Excellent hotel, we are just back earlier today. We can honestly say we had a lovely stay .staff could not have been more helpful.
Reception staff very helpful, we had great chats with Jeorge & Nicholas & all reception staff. Food excellent choices. Housekeeping very efficient service. Pool & Bar excellent.
We have stayed before & will be back.

Fabulous hotel, couldn't do enough for their guests. Breakfast buffet was brilliant, so much to chose from. From the rooms to the pool the hotel was so clean. Pool towels available from room at no extra cost and you could change with lifeguard. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

On arrival we were warmly greeted and offered a drink. Once checked in our luggage was taken to our room for us.
The hotel is situated next to the main promenade and offers direct access to it and has lovely sea views whilst remaining quiet and secluded.
The included breakfast was amazing and offered a huge choice of cold, cooked food and an egg bar offering freshly prepared fried eggs, bacon, omelettes and pancakes.
Evening entertainment in the bar between 9.30 and 10.30 was varied, of a good standard and well attended.
This is an older hotel that has been refurbished, the rooms are slightly small but ALL the staff were really helpful and made our stay first class, they accommodated our requests with a smile, they really are one of the hotels greatest assets.

Perfect hotel right on promenade. We had a sea view room with balcony & loungers. All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful. Breakfasts were very good, but struggled to find something decent at dinner, [not very appealing]. The market on Tuesday & Sunday is literally a 2min walk away as are plenty of cafe's & bars.

Original review below. However I have to edit this as we encountered an issue at the end of the holiday.
You have to be out of your room by 12 noon on the day of departure, we offered to pay to keep tje room as our pickup isn't till 6.50pm.
They couldn't do that but said we could book a room for 30 minutes to shower and change. But when the time came, no room, so they sent us down into a basement fitness room, and many steps, with our suitcases, i am 68, I have pulmonary fibrosis and arthritis in most of my joints. There are 2 mens showers 1 worked, 2 women's showers, neither worked. No air conditioning down there and it's hot.
So all in all we were just as hot and sweaty as before we went to the shower
So this review below I take back !!!
Best hotel I've stayed in abroad, rooms are lovely, the staff helpfully and cheerful.
Breakfast is the best of Amy hotel, bacon just like home.
On the downside, the aircon in the bedrooms are very poor, it hard to get tje room cool, all windows closed and on full blast, other guests say the same, some complained of low water pressure on taps ans shower. Our shower was fine
I also don't care for the hotel system of charging for all drinks and paying at thr end of the holiday, you may get a shock.
