I had a lovely stay here for a week. You’re greeted with a welcome drink, which was much appreciated after traveling. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. I opted for the sea view, which I would recommend if you plan to spend a decent amount of time on your balcony as the view is gorgeous. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and drinks.
Things that made it only a 4 star stay for me were:
The website says that the pool is heated in winter, but was not. That is the primary reason I booked the hotel because I thought I could swim in a warm pool. Even the jacuzzi water was cold. Please update the website as this is very misleading.
The wifi was spotty at times. They have 2 wifi networks I was able to alternate between, but was still annoying.

Best thing about this hotel is its location. It goes down hill from there. Cheeky rude staff. Threatening to ban me from the restaurant for wearing new smart shorts saying they are swimming shirts they are shirts with side pckets. Shorts are shorts.. The food is diabolical. The breakfast this morning was rank. Everything was cold.not cooked properly. The evening meals are bland and tasteless. No water or juice or coffee to drink with the evening meal. The staff just want to sell drinks to you. The whole place is scruffy and tired. The handle in the door to the balcony is almost dropping off. The door that conceals the minibar fridge in wonky and has to be lifted up to close it. The toilet flush only partialy works the plug in the sink doesnt close propetly. Tge bathroom door diesnt close properly. The rooms are tiny. Very limited storage space. The WIFI band width is only 3mb download and 0.5 - 1mb upload. The key wristband system is a joke. Have had to go back to the reception several times to get them reprogrammed. The wrist bands are really awkward to use. You have to contort you wrist onto the lock above the handle to get it close. There is no card alternative.
To be honest I came on holiday to relax in reality its been a stressful experience on my third day of my 14 day stay. I am going out to pay for a better dinner elsewhere tonight and if there is no impovements in the food quality i will be doing the same for breakfast and dinner. After speaking to other guests i am not alone with this.

I went with my family to Tenerife for the first ever time back in August (only just getting around to writing the review now) and we were all really looking forward to it after the amazing things we all heard and kept hearing. It didn't disappoint!
This hotel is incredible! It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in and wanted to go back to so much since leaving (my parents have actually looked to rebook already). The hotel staff are as a collective, the friendliest and best staff of any hotel I've stayed in across the whole hotel. The moment we arrived we were greeted by a member of staff offering us a lovely and needed glass of bubbles. We were then met at reception by Daniel who was very friendly, funny and informative (this was then the norm during our stay from reception from Daniel and their colleagues). The bar staff (day and night) were amazing too, very chatty, engaging and liked to have a laugh! I would try and speak my very limited Spanish with them when I could, including the English/Spanish member of staff. My sister has coeliac disease and as such, she was given a 'private' tour around the restaurant every evening by the Restaurant Manager and shown what she could and couldn't eat. He was excellent throughout too.
The hotel and room itself was lovely. Small and very clean. The rooms were cleaned to an exceptional standard everyday and the maid who cleaned our room was lovely - so friendly, cheerful and chatty. We were regularly given little treats in the room and had our towels changed even when we didn't put them to be. The room itself was a good size, had a lovely, powerful shower and very nice balcony with a beautiful sea view. The aircon was nice too. Couldn't fault it at all.
They had daily exercise classes which we attended with Isabella. Yoga, Pilates, pool aerobics etc. She's great!! Again, very friendly, engaging, simplified everything for us rookies and had a laugh. We all loved doing it and speaking to her each day.
The pool are and pool itself were all very nice. We could exchange our towels at specific times throughout the day which was great. There were enough sunbeds available in the morning and throughout the day - we always got one and that's the main thing. The beds were very comfortable and there were pillows which you could take and use. There were also plenty of umbrellas to get some much needed shade. The pool is a good size and depth too and it was kept very clean.
The food was delightful for all of our stay. There were numerous and plentiful options every night and the fresh cooking counter was very good. I had many different freshly cooked fish options I had never had before and I really enjoyed them. None of us had a bad word to say about the food, despite reading some questionable comments just before going and from other guests staying at the same time. The food available to buy during the day in the bar area was very nice too. We all thought the prices for food and drink were very reasonable, especially for a hotel when they usually charge a lot more. We were very pleasantly surprised. The system of ordering, scanning your wristband and then paying at reception whenever you wanted is brilliant too. Very stress free and saved us worrying about always having money with us.
The only thing we thought could be potentially be improved was to have longer entertainment at night.
The location is excellent. Short walk to the local pubs, restaurants and beaches. There are a couple of shops very close by (one next door) where we could get our water and snacks throughout the day. Ideal! The mini golf course opposite was excellent too. We got hotel discount and despite it looking like a basic mini golf course, the holes were very tricky and we had a good laugh and a challenge playing it.
Thank you very much for such an incredible and unforgettable stay! We would all absolutely love to return at some point. The fact it's adult only is a bonus and luxury neither of us have experienced before and would love to do again. 10/10 and would recommend for everyone!

We literally stumbled into this hotel and were greeted by Jorge and a glass of champagne!! So refreshing. We didn't have a booking and got a room that was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and can't wait to go back. Jorge at the front desk was so kind and efficient. Wonderful stay

We had a horrible experience in this hotel. We had been discriminated and humiliated and the worst experience I had in Tenerife. We went to this hotel before going back to the airport to visit our friend who was staying in this hotel. We come to Tenerife often and we wanted to check this hotel out as we’re thinking of booking rooms next time. Lo and behold, the receptionists, at least three of them treated us horribly and was told that we are not allowed to go inside, visit our friend’s room, not go to the bar, not go to the pool. In short, we were told to go away. Whilst these policies are ridiculous, we never questioned these. However, the way they talked to us was unforgivable; they created a scene in the lobby, shouting at us and people were staring. We were unfortunately discriminated and we definitely do not deserve such treatment.
