Great if your German, e were English visitors so found it a little tricky to communicate. But overall a nice hotel, good food, clean and in a great location.

very good hotel, lots of choices and good food, 2 large swimming pools, close to the shops and close to the beach where food and drinks are also provided from the hotel

My experience at Grand Seker Hotel started well, nice pools, delicious food and great location however I'm currently fuming at the way I was treated in reception by a member of an female staff.
I'm due to checkout tomorrow so naturally I wanted to know details regarding my transfer. I had a look a few times at the transfer folder however I was unable to spot my name.
I spoke to two staff who delt with my enquiry respectfully.
However just after 8.30 I decided to have a look one last time, well this time the new person on reception she was having a deep conversation with another member of staff, I was happy to wait.
Finally when it was my turn, I explained the situation and she looked at the transfer folder.
She pointed to Mr......... And said this is you very abruptly and continued in that tone saying why are you looking for Mrs ..... You should ignore that they don't know if your a Mrs or Mr! Aggressively crossed the Mr and again in a blunt and abrupt manner tapping at the first letter of my name ( full name not present) this is your name or not!
😞 Her tone was really unpleasant, not a super farewell I wanted!!
Needed a holiday break to gather my thoughts, staff should be wary how they speak to people.

Hotel is generally good, has good entertainment and big pools.
Problem is the overnight buffet which they claim they have, but poor you if you count on it. I mean, it is there, but the only proper food I got was bread and cheese. There are also rooms of different quality that are sold by the same name. Quite confusing. You can more-less solve this by talking to the staff (they are very helpful), but many people won't like the fact that they need to do that.

We booked an all inclusive holiday from Czech Republic. We paid about 1000 EUR for one week, no transfer. While the room is quite spacious and beds are really comfy, for that price you expect a better service. The staff is friendly like almost everywhere around Turkey, nothing exceptional, treating some guests better than others, definitely. The food was great, a lot of options, bar open almost non stop. One of the biggest disappointment was the gym and the included spa things, while the gym was incredible small and the machines are very bad, the spa did not bring any value to our stay. Internet is prepaid, 2EUR extra per day, which is horrible to think, for one week holiday you pay the hotel bill 😅Take this in consideration when you negotiate your stay. Maybe good for a family with kids, if you would like your kid to get friend with 100 others in the pool, not suitable for a relax, quiet holiday.
