Fortunately, despite the many negative reviews, we had a good experience with the hotel and the staff. The cleaning of the rooms and the food was absolutely fine, the staff was nice and helpful. Special thanks to Ismail for his kind service in the beach bar, he was the one who always welcomed us with a warm welcome and a smile. We had a great time here, it is well worth a visit, so I can only recommend this hotel.

The first thing we heard from other hotel guests was WELCOME TO HELL.
The most disgusting place I have ever been, a place that cannot be called a hotel by any standard. They have no standard at all. Terrible dirty place with terrible food, which is from yesterday or from the other day, I don't know, I have no words for the taste, absolutely tasteless and terrible. No bar they have a reception called bar without glasses, they serve alcohol or beer in a plastic coffee cup. And you have no choice, cocktails don't even exist and they don't offer them. Your choice of food and drinks is limited to the extent that you are in a prison but not a hotel, but there the quality will surely be at a better level. and from the dirty water in the pool, on which the stairs are never. or cleaned, they have an awful lot of mold and mildew in addition to the dirt. The hygiene inside the hotel and common areas can give you skin or gastrointestinal problems, and the heat and lack of air in the elevator can literally kill you. Forget even basic things like soap in the bathrooms, room cleaning or good service. The staff hardly speaks English, they laugh and mock, shout and swear. Due to the reasons listed above plus the fact that after less than 24 hours of staying in this place we started throwing up and had to move to another hotel. And if you want to have an access to Wifi you need to pay £3 per person every day

My holiday was completely destroyed by you. The stay was atrocious and far below the standards that were advertised and expected, severely impacting our holiday experience.
Upon arrival at Miarosa Konakli Gardens on 17th Aug, we were shocked by the state of the accommodation. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained.
- The AC of both the rooms was leaking making the floor wet and making the leaking noise the entire night. Despite several complaints, nobody looked at it. We had to use towels and bedsheets to cover the floor. - Out of the 5 days we stayed, our rooms were not cleaned even once in spite of numerous requests.- The bathrooms smelled like public toilets and there was no hand wash provided in 5101. After requesting 4 times and literally hunting a housekeeping person, we were given hand wash in the toilet.- The floor dustbins were overflowing all the time and the refuse was kept by the guests outside their rooms.- There were stray cats in the hotel lobby and room lobbies all the time.- The sink in both the rooms were broken and the bathroom mirror were extremely dirty.
These conditions were not only unacceptable but also a significant health and safety concern. We had expected a relaxing and enjoyable stay based on the descriptions provided on your website, but instead, our holiday was marred by these unacceptable conditions.

As a 4 star hotel horror as a low cost holiday perfect. Immediately upon arrival, we were surprised by the dirt in the corridors. The hotel has seen its best days. What I appreciate are the mattresses and pillows in the room, which were comfortable and you could sleep well. The hotel has shortcomings such as worn furniture, sanitary facilities in the bathrooms, dirty carpets, chipped glass and a dirty elevator. I rate the breakfast positively, the same every day, a typical breakfast menu (eggs, ham, cheese, lots of vegetables and fruits, pastries of all kinds, cereals), so you could choose. Lunch was poorer than dinner, but we also found our own. However, they cooked excellently, I rate the kitchen positively, they cooked tasty and healthy, which suited us. However, the minus was that about 30 minutes before the end of dinner or lunch, they no longer served new dishes. As for the drinking regime: the water was bottled (from an ecological point of view, it was a horror, serving water in 2dcl jars seemed to me over the line in the age of plastic), they poured the original Pepsi, Mirinda and Sprite, the beer was excellent, the wine was awful, vodka (we didn't taste it), whiskey (my man didn't complain) and rum was perfect. For the children they had lemonades, teas from the world's inventions and hot chocolate. Coffee from a machine, (don't expect Italian espresso). In the afternoon, salty and sweet snacks were served in the pool bar, which we missed, because the Russians put the snack on their plates in kilograms. After that, the uneaten plates were lying around on the lounge chairs in the corridors, you simply know the culture of a nation by the way it is eaten. Ice cream was served in the morning, you had to stand in line for half an hour for it. As for the pool, the water was clean and warm. The hotel beach was approx. 500 m from the hotel, either across the alley where the bazaar's fake rags were or next to the hotel. The road is not maintained, there is garbage everywhere, in some places we literally had to carry the stroller. The sea was beautiful, clean and incredibly warm for June, with a gradual entrance along the pebbly beach. The sand was only up near the covered sunbeds. The beach bar was a disaster, only water and beer were served, the food was fried from 10 in the morning until the evening of the 18th, the sun was baking on it, no refrigerators. The Slovak neighbors caught the poisoning on the first day and ended up with their 10-year-old daughter in the hospital. We preferred not to consume anything at the Beach Bar. Since it was not possible to "eat" and "drink" on the beach, it was half-empty and quiet, and we always catched the sunbeds. That's why we thoroughly enjoyed the sea in the early evening as a family. I rate the staff positively, everyone was smiling, always wanted to help, but there were not enough of them and they could not keep up. They had animations every evening and during the day. Who doesn't like loud music should ask for a room facing the street because from 10 in the morning until about 11 pm the animation team played music and we were like at the disco.
Overall, I have positive feelings about the hotel, as we went to a low-cost hotel after a canceled vacation, we knew what to expect, we were cautious and when we found some positives, we were only pleased.

They call themselves a 4-star hotel, and I would not give them 1 star.
Is very dirty and not enough food served for the amount of guests is has.
Me and my partner had a cockrouch in our room, and staff didn't care at all about it, there was loads of cockrouchs running around in the canteen where they tried to serve food.
The food is very poor and tasteless if you manage to get some food if you can get a table as they are alway full of diry plates and they take ages to be cleaned and cleared.
There is not tea or coffee in the rooms and you cannot get a tea or coffee after the bar as closed, you have to wait till breakfast is severed so if you are departing early or an early riser you will have to wait you go with out.
The pool is an ok size but gets very full at times. There are loads of sun rounders but always get towels on them and no one ever sitting on them.
The area around the pool was never cleaned when we were there, and the floor was very dirty.
The pool only serves beer and cola, if you want any other drink you have to go to the lobby bar.
For and all inclusive package hotel, they offer nothing that you would call the basic stuff.
There is no WiFi unlike they state there is.
No tea or coffee in room.
Only serve food enough for 200 people even know there is around 500 people in the hotel.
Me and my partner have been coming on holiday to Turkey for many years now and this is by far the worse and dirtiest place we have ever been too or even seen.
Would never stay here even if they paid me to.
Be warned and stay away.
