If you are looking for a luxury hotel with modern decor you can stop reading this review here, this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for a hotel that povides excellent value for money, this place could be the perfect place for you.
I nearly didn't book this place because of the wildly contrasting reviews, but I decided to go ahead and for me it was a great decision. I got a great deal via EasyJet holiday's and found the hotel to be great value for money.
The hotel is quite crowded but thats because it was by far the most affordable all inclusive package holiday available, so you will need to be prepared for that.
I believe the problem is that people do not understand that the hotel is rated 4 star based on its facilities and not its class, if we are talking about class then the rating would be no more than 3 starts.
The room we stayed in was simple but clean and comfortable, room was also cleaned every day with fresh towels provided upon request. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. That is my requirement, this may not be the same for other people.
There is 5 different meal times, the food options are largely good quality however it can be repetitive but I expected that and I didn't always eat in the hotel so I was fine with that.
The pool was fine, plenty of sunbeds but you have the usual problem of people leaving towels on the sunbeds and reserving them.
There is a basic gym, its adequate if you can be creative with dumbells and a bench, it has 3 running machines and 1 working cross trainer.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, I didn't experience any rudeness. The one downside I experienced was that the wifi wasnt working for the first couple of days. Also there is no iron in the rooms so take a travel one.
Overall this is the place for you if you have reasonable expectations and if you understand the concept of getting what you paid for.

When I went in August last year with my friend and my family I had a blast :D The slides are really fun, loved the cakes and food and the pools. You can also get photographs , hairstyles, spas, they even have a place called kids world which is brilliant. Although I do have 1 concern. In the main outdoor pool if your or your child can't swim pls do go in with out a life vest since the pool is 7ft deep!
I rlly miss it and I wish I can go againn :D

The hotel itself has a grand look at the entrance, featuring a hotel spa, hotel hair salon, jewellery shop, hotel shop an few other extras.
Ground floor rooms situated next to the kids swimming pool can be noisy, but usually less noise in the evenings.I personally think the rooms needs upgrading and the air condition takes a wee while to start.
Food at the hotel was great ranging with live eggs counter for morning breakfast, good lunch choice and evening dinner with a live entertainment every day and when it comes to waitress, it is a bit awkard because they wouldn't bother at all, unless a good tip served they give the best service, yet blame them as extra money helps locals too.
Hotel pool is great, a bit small size when it is busy.
Local tourist adventures are awesome, for all age types and gino down the road is a local guys who organises local sight seeing .
Overall a great experience, highly recommeded

Overall the only disappointing aspect was the hotel. Marmaris is beautiful with lots of activities a stunning harbour. excellent shopping and good local food available.

We had a great week. The courtesy bus to the beach was much appreciated. The sun beds were really too tightly packed at the hotel. We were on top floor with great views over Marmaris to the sea though you had to stand to get the best of the view.
