Fantastic location, nice apartments with a good sized balcony. Walls are a bit thin, so if you have a noisy neighbour it's not great. Great value though.
I would recommend getting a first floor apartment. I wouldn't fancy the ground floor as people using the pool or walking past are right on your doorstep.

Friendly helpful staff, plenty of food & drink, and great poolside atmosphere for couples or family. The hotel’s within walking distance of Old Town, which is quaint & relaxing, and the beach is further down the way. Me & my partner went for a few days and it was the most rested I’d been in ages.
I’d recommend bringing high factor sunscreen if you’re planning to get a tan because it gets absolutely blazing hot here but take a dip in the pool and you’ll feel refreshed.

Just returned from the Europa. The girl on reception was lovely & helpful. The apartment was very basic, cleaned once in the week. No clean sheets in that time. Apartment close to the pool. Not comfortable with children & adults dive-bombing into the pool (not allowed) so a constant splashing even when trying to eat. There is no supervision for the pool. There are 20 loungers 1 per apartment but it would be impossible to have them all in use at any 1 time.
In essence it basic & in a steep quite area with a walk to the variety of shops eateries etc, hard on the legs for the eldery etc.

Can't really fault it .only for the single beds and a little bit of noise in morning but that is everywhere. Lovely restaurant right next door. La baba. Magic food. Good prices. Great place all in.

Just came back from these apartments today. The reception staff and cleaning staff were very help ful. The rooms are basic but very clean and a little dated. The pool is great enough room for the amount of rooms in the apartments. They just had Wi-Fi installed on Wednesday, which was even better. If reception is closed then the adjoining restaurant staff may have your keys. And are very helpful too. The food in here is great too. It's up at the top of the hill, but a 3 euro taxi ride from town. But ask for La Bamba not Europa when in the taxi. There are 3 choices of shops nearby for self catering needs. The one direct over the road a little pricey but only over the road. About 2 minute walk there is a big spar or 5 to 10 minutes a Super Dino which sells everything. It was my first time I Lanzorte and staying here has been great fun and will return someday.
