Enjoyed our holiday here. Good pool, good restaurant, and a great supermarket all in one place. Shower was excellent. A bit light on cooking pans and utensils so if your planning to eat in then enjoy your sandwich. Fresh baked goods in the supermarket everyday. A constant dripping of water from the balcony above was annoying as it made our floor wet and slippy. Air con was excellent and made my stay more enjoyable as it was very hot. Overall a good and cheap place to stay and would come back again.

Just back from our trip, I was very worried going based on some the reviews but we had a great time. We were staying in some of the older apartments and while they aren’t very modern, they are spotless and the staff in reception were great. They even took our bags on our last day and gave us towels after checking out so we could shower downstairs. The shop is fantastic and has everything you could think of. We also had no problems with the water like I know a few had mentioned. The one big downside is definitely the sun loungers if you’re someone who likes tanning, they definitely need replacing as some are very broken and others almost fold up as you sit on them but we made it work and also no wifi which wasn’t ideal but gave us an opportunity to switch off a bit more.Would definitely go again, nothing fancy but a great location, very clean and lovely staff

Arrived on Saturday 20th September after 12am as our flight was delayed – upon arrival there was no one on reception as they apparently go home at 12am, so there was no one to let us onto the premises. No contact information sign available in the window or in the reception area. A lovely couple were arriving home after a night out let us in with them as we explained we had just arrived. With no contact information for a receptionist to assign us a room we were left stranded, we had to sleep out on two sofas in the foyer which was totally unacceptable as it was actually outside, I have attached pictures. If that couple didn’t let us in, we would have been out on the actual streets for the night, imagine if we had our kids with us. I tried calling the contact number on their website but got the out of hours message, which was of no help as there was no way of getting in touch with anyone. I also contacted On the Beach who, we booked through and they advised us to seek alternative accommodation for the night, but as it was nearing after 1am, we weren’t sure of where to go or where we could even get accommodation, so we stayed put. The couple that had let us in gave us blankets & would have given us a place to stay if they had the space available. The next morning the cleaning lady arrived at 8am and upon seeing us in the foyer we explained that we have been there all night, she called the receptionist straight away who then arrived. She had no empathy, did not care that we were stranded overnight without a room to stay in, she basically blamed us as we arrived after 12am. Never have I heard or experienced this in my life, any hotel/ apartments I’ve been to always had a receptionist or contact info 24/7. We were eventually assigned a room and then On the Beach called us. Caroline who I spoke to said she would contact the apartments after I had explained everything that had happened and would call me back. Second phone call from Caroline, she advised that the apartments were not accepting any responsibility and offered a €50 voucher off a next holiday with them. I was so fed up that I accepted it, as it was the worst beginning of our holiday. I would never stay here again, if you are staying make sure you’re there before 12am or you’ll be stranded.

Having read reviews before my stay I was a little anxious. My apartment was clean spacious and comfortable. The terraces and pool were always immaculate. Handy little supermarket on site. Lovely fresh baked bread and pastries. The pizza from the pool bar was as nice as anywhere else. I do have a few petty grips but they are nit picking. I’m 5ft and struggled to reach the crockery in a high cupboard. 1 frying pan and 1 other pan. And the microwave plug has to be held in place when using. But I didn’t come to cook much. But I think a family of 3-4 might struggle if trying to keep eating our costs down. Also had ants but not a lot anyone can do about those. I did aee maintenance spraying a couple of times. I had to keep a towel on the floor infront of the fridge as it self defrosted over night. The shower is lovely and powerful although this and miss temperature wise. Sun beds on the terrace are limited as people put them on their balcony. The upper terrace is nice a quiet. Leaving the kids to splash in the pool to their hearts content. Overall. Great place to stay. I’m already looking at coming back. Solo traveller.

Quiet close to airport, so you get the noise of planes landing and taking off, but you get used to it after while and don't pay much attention. The rooms are clean, but dated. The pool is a decent size and very deep. Staff are friendly and helpful.
