We stayed here for 11 nights. When you book a room, be aware there are two locations for the apartments. The one shown here on the map and one to the north (not far) if you book a 'garden view' room you are in the smaller location, that's where we stayed. It is very quiet, rooms were basic but clean, sheets/towels were changed every other day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a small pool, but you have access to the larger pool and restaurant in the other location. Thee ground floor rooms don't get a lot of sun during the day, even numbers are upper floor. I'd recommend it for the location, you are a short walk to the strip and the beach. Would recommend the place. Great value and nice quiet location.

Lovely staff from check in, bar,cafe and cleaners. Apartments basic but clean. 2 pools to choose from in separate blocks. No steep hills to climb when heading to beach 5 minutes walk away. Will definitely stay again.

I have just returned from a 1wk holiday here with my wife the 2nd time to stay here but, would not stay again it's not the staff mainly the Bar/cafe staff Ruben and Tina and boys plus the cleaners who were so lovely .it has a child's pool but they are not allowed to play with a ball in it ,this happened to a 10mt old child .....the life guard stopped it, who to me are Power hungry.Rules are too stricked for the poor children. Another young family came all excited for there holiday only to be told no snorkeling or anything come on lightning up.If want ,you can have ADULT only ,but clarify no young families welcome ..

The staff there are brilliant, they leave you to it and do not disturb you.
The family whom run the on site bar, are also top tier.
Food was decent too! Great breakfast.
Rooms are very big, and you have everything you need. Shower was good too.
A very short walk to the main road, then you can have a nice walk down the strip.

Do not come here if your children like to play in the pool. No lilos, balls or anything else allowed in big pool. The rules are extensive and enforced. The one advantage was because there was no sun bed booking I didn't have to be up early with towels. The bar is great, the food there is good. It's a short five minutes stroll to the strip. My daughter and I like to throw a little ball between us in the pool, it's the size of a ping pong ball and made of rubber, this tiny ball was not allowed. The apartments are clean and typically Spanish. We had a ground floor so two sun beds were on our terrace. The pool area was immaculately clean. There is no music allowed around the pool. The atmosphere is quite dead. If you want a really quiet Holiday, just lying on your sun bed tanning and going for a swim, it's ideal. If you like a bit of activity going on, then it's not for you. We ended up walking to playa grande every second day just for some stimulation. People don't even shout at the shock of the cold water if they jumped into the pool, it's that quiet. View from room 111, ground floor. And a little egret came to visit one evening along with green parrots.
