Great location with plenty of amenities close by. Some rooms are dated but good sized. Good sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. Relaxed atmosphere. Food very good at bar and decent prices. Staff absolutely wonderful and can't do enough for you. Would not hesitate to book here again.

A long 20 min walk to the beach. Rooms decent and free air con which was great. Duncan’s over the pool pretty much at 10am onwards so its pool and sun beds were in a perfect location. If travelling with TUI don’t expect any support of help through this hotel or through TUI themselves (useless and unable to contact them if necessary). Free WiFi while in the hotel even tho it was patchy when in your room. Breakfast was decent but not fantastic.

Me and my 2 boys (12 and 14 years old) stayed here for 11 nights (16th July - 27th July). we arrived at the hotel at 2am check in was easy staff where brilliant. 1st day there we found glass in our room on the floor near one of the kids' beds, I went down notified reception and they got someone to come clean our room again. Towels and bedding were changed every couple of days. We stayed in room 411, so I never really heard the mosque going off at all hours. We didn't tend to eat or drink in the hotel as I found the prices were expensive I paid 480tl for a Pepperoni pizza at lunch time one day. There are plenty of places around for drinks and food at reasonable prices the sok across the road we was getting a 2.5ltr bottle of coke for 46tl (proper coca cola). My son hurt his foot pretty bad one night playing football in the court opposite the hotel, one of the reception staff (guy with glasses normally works the night times) couldn't have been more helpful he was fantastic helping to clean his foot up and asking if he was OK every time we saw him. We looked at booking for around the same time next year but it's 3 times the price now the price I paid for 3 of us is the price for 1 person now so I think we'll be looking for somewhere else to go. Other then the glass found in our room the only other problem I had was when we was going down for breakfast in the morning only certain people where turned away and told they need to put a top on understandably. My eldest was one of these people that was asked a couple of times to put a top on but then when others where coming in with no tops on and noone was saying anything (the main person telling people was the older guy with grey hair and glasses that does breakfast and works on the bar) and when I questioned other staff if it was mandatory they told me it wasn't mandatory to wear one and I said it shouldn't be one rule for one and a different one for someone else. The breakfast was nice but repetitive only thing that changed was one day would be omelette and the next would be pancakes. We stuck to eating cereal, fruit, toast and pancakes we tried the Sausages etc my kids wasn't keen but I didn't mind them.

Was nervous after reading the reviews but we had a great experience here. The pool was lovely and spacious. Staff at the reception are very accommodating at any hour of the day and always look cheerful even at 3am. There are staff around to always help you with your luggage. Reviews were complaining about someone called Brad Pitt but the guy offering the spa package to us was polite and not pushy at all. Reviews mentioned the rooms not being spacious but this was not true at all. The rooms all had a wardrobe each and a cupboard for extra space with a dressing table. Hotel is beautiful as a whole but rooms have a bit outdated furniture. The view is gorgeous and there is a mosque in the view. Azaan (Muslim call to prayer) can be heard from far and may awake people from sleep if your room is by the pool side but is it a beautiful calming sound. And turkey is a Muslim country so things like this should be expected. There are options to extend check out time for an extra cost. I think it was like £20 upto 4 hours extra. Rooms can be cleaned whichever day you like by leave the provided sign on your door. Cleaners are also very polite- a bit of a language barrier with them but just have Google translate ready to use with the cleaners. Only negatives are that wifi doesn't reach most the rooms (only reaches the ones by the lobby or pool) but they do make us aware of that beforehand. Also breakfast gets a bit repetitive. They did have cake one day a week though and they alternative between fresh pancakes and fresh omelette. Also lighting was very poor but only in some rooms. Waiters at breakfast looked a bit miserable to be honest but I guess it is hard to be cheery at 8am lol. Also there was no laundry service which was a shame so we just washed our clothes in the shoe and hung them on the balcony.

Decent location however rooms feel cramped and could do with some updating/modernisation… fantastic aircon which definitely brought it up a star… staff are ok
