Great food, everyday a lot of meat options to choose from. Spacious and practical, although quite old rooms. Higher floors have a pretty nice view on Costa Adeje and partially the ocean. Unfortunately the ratio of kids to adults was surprisingly high, which was pretty exhausting. All in all really nice stay :)

This is a very generous 3 star. The family rooms are not very good and don't match the photos. Paper thin walls but you also hear the people walking above you. Family side of the hotel doesn't have drinks available after 5.30ish so you have to walk quite a way to get a drink. For families with babies, they don't serve dinner till 6.30pm which we found very difficult as our babies bedtime is 7pm so getting him to wait and not kick off before and during the dinner was a test. Kids entertainment is ridiculously late, think it was 9.30pm? 2 receptionists were absolute legends though, definitely part of the reason they got a 3star. Helped where needed, always smiley and friendly.

A nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Food in the buffet was repetitive but generally good. The Italian wasn't very good with very little on the all inclusive. Drinks were OK. Amstel on tap and the spirits were your normal local spirit but with an actual percentage. Ideal for Siam park as there's a shuttle bus just down the street outside Duke shops

We had a family room in the white annexe building at the rear of the hotel. Very first impressions of the room before I’d even unlocked the door weren’t good. You can see the blackout curtains are tatty and worn and in disrepair, ripped and holes everywhere. The rooms are dated and look nothing like the modern, minimalist rooms on the brochures. We are a family of 4 travelling with our 7 and 5 year old. The sofa and fold out beds aren’t the best - I wouldn’t enjoy a night on them. My 5 year old wanted the bedroom straight away as soon as we arrived. There is a kitchen in the room with a fridge, hob and microwave. We only used the fridge to keep drinks cold and the kettle to make a drink in the morning. There wasn’t enough cups and glasses for 4 people in the cupboards and the cups we had were chipped and had sharp edges. The soap dispenser in the bathroom looked dirty and was hanging on by a wall plug, twisted at an angle. The water that comes out from the taps isn’t clear, it’s yellowish. There’s a large wardrobe in the bedroom to unpack some clothes - but we felt that more storage is required to organise the kids clothes. My suggestion would be to take the kitchen out - just have a place to make drinks and keep the fridge. Even create a partition wall to have a separate bedroom for children. Kids splash park area is good and my children used it twice briefly during the week - but they preferred the main pools around the main side of the hotel. Despite the hotel being full (we knew it was full because we complained about our room on our first morning and was told we couldn’t move rooms) - there are no food refreshments on the family splash park area. The drinks stop around 6pm - beer pump, fizzy drinks and hot drinks - everything else you have to walk through the hotel to the other pool bar. The buffet is ok but it’s not very inspiring. We decided to eat out 4 nights out of 7. Breakfast is probably the better offering. Day time snack bar by the main pool is basic and looks and tastes very cheap. The all inclusive drinks aren’t great either. I understand and support plastic and paper cups around the pool - but at night time when people dress up you’re still drinking out the same cups. The fizzy drinks are flat and the spirits just don’t taste the same. The pool area - I didn’t see anyone pick up a single cup or plate to keep the place tidy. There are bins available which we made use of - but lots of holidaymakers leave waste around sunbeds and it’s left to the next guest to clear up. No entertainment on a Sunday, it’s the teams day off. I have to say thank you to the staff that served and helped us, they work extremely hard. We made friends with a few couples also travelling with children during our stay - all of them made complaints to reception. A couple next door to us had no air conditioning so they had to be supplied fans. Everyone agreed that the rooms were tired and out dated. To sum it up - it was a bearable stay - the room, although it was tired and lacked maintenance, it was kept clean and we made a go of it. It was our honeymoon (yes, with children!) but the hotel didn’t acknowledge that on our booking. If it wasn’t for our two children that just enjoyed swimming then we’d have probably had to move to an alternative hotel.

Overall was good. We stayed in the annexe room and was very dated and tired. Beds uncomfortable. Not great WiFi. We hardly stayed in the rooms as we had kids with us and was exploring the island most days. Food variety breakfast lunch and dinner was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was reasonably clean. Pools were good and children loved the entertainment. Location was good. Short walk away from beach and markets. Overall I would stay again but maybe upgrade to another room.
