This hotel has been proposed to us as a 4+star hotel and we got all inclusive , unfortunately this hotel is very old and the manger/owner doesn’t take good care of it.
Issues: in the room one of the electric socket was coming out, the door will open sometimes after 10-15 swipes with the card (maybe that’s why some doors look like somebody punched them).
Entering the lift (in the left wing) was dirty and smelly, in the lift itself were some strange stickers. In many places outside, the floor tiles were broken which is a hazard, playground for kids is forgotten by staff and there are many cigarettes on the ground.
From 3 water slides 2 were working and just one was functioning as on the blue one you just need to push yourself to get to the bottom.
For an all inclusive 4* we had just once in 7 days some burgers for snack time.
From 7 days just 2 days we had some entertainment in the evening and that one came straight after a lady came to do some checks on the hotel. In the same period the outside toilets started to be cleaned, in the full day, when people were using it (my son slept on the tiles and bumped).
Food was average, not great but you could find something. Coffee machine was getting broken or leaking often.
The waitress (guys) were a bit too “crazy” when seeing a more pretty/sexy woman which I think is inappropriate.
Room was ok but looking tired.
We looked at the other 4* hotels nearby to compare and we could see that they look much better than this one.
Internet connection el was just at the reception, nothing in the left wing.
The good things: food - you always could find something, fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach was very close and they had soft sun beds and it was fairly clean of stones compared to other parts of the beach.
The view was great from our balcony and we were thankful that they have offered our room when we arrived early in the morning.
The pool was ok, in good state but not the tiles around the area.
This hotel definitely needs a good refurbishment and good care!

the hotel is horrible, the food is the same every day. The staff is very rude, the rooms are dirty. Also on the beach there are many stones and the water is dirty. The city is beautiful and recommended for young people.

I am writing this review to express my significant disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below my expectations for several reasons:
Cleanliness:
Upon entering the room, the first thing that caught my attention was the poor cleanliness. The floor was visibly dirty, and the carpet had not been adequately cleaned, leaving it stained and dusty. The bathroom was in terrible condition; the sink was grimy, and there were smudges on the mirrors and glass. Even the bed linens and pillows seemed like they hadn’t been washed in a long time, making for an uncomfortable and unsettling sleep.
Furniture:
The furniture in the room was extremely outdated and showed signs of long-term use without any updates. The chairs were worn out, and the tables were covered in scratches and stains. The bed itself was uncomfortable and looked very worn, which made for a less than pleasant stay. Honestly, it seemed like the furniture hadn’t been updated in decades.
Staff Attitude:
One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the staff’s attitude. They were unprofessional and seemed disinterested in ensuring the guests’ comfort. When I requested to change rooms due to cleanliness issues, I was met with indifference, and no action was taken. Additionally, the front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to answer any questions or provide necessary assistance.
Conclusion:
Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. There is a dire need for significant improvements in cleanliness, furniture updates, and staff training to ensure professional and courteous interactions with guests. I hope these issues will be addressed to improve the service in the future.

Very very very Bad experience, count the issues:
1-Bathroom water not working in proper way
2-One air condition that is not working in good condition
3-No air-condition in the bed room while it’s too hot
4-Insects in the rooms due no safety windows
5-Fridge is not working , so not cold water to drink
6-Room cleanness service is horrible , 6 nights with no cleaning properly
7- Food smells in the rooms due kitchen cooking & preparation
At the end , special thanks for Chef Yussof , he was great and helpful

Where does one even start.
Got to the hotel at 2:30am, no security at the front of the hotel. No one to help with bags or suitcase.
Made it inside the hotel where apparently the system is not working and the receptionist asked if he could keep our passports until the morning which we declined and he was fine with it. Randomly started working after 1 hour of waiting in reception. We was asked if he wanted tea or coffee by the manager.
Finally got into the room and the young boy tells us that this is just our room for the night as our room which we booked is not ready. We were to tired to argue and slept in a small bed.
Breakfast was very basic and horrid which was included in our package but only went to it once as it was that bad.
In the morning, our room was changed. Not the greatest room. Bathroom light did not work, we ran out of toilet paper and bath towels which I had to ask a few times from reception. Housekeeping kept coming into the room whilst we were sleeping and when I asked if he could come back after an hour, which he did not.
No issue with reception staff although English was very little I do not expect them to know English as I am visiting their country. On the last day, the two receptionist staff a girl and boy were VERY unprofessional and made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable. They kept looking over at us and talking and then laughing which we ignored. The girl then took a photo of us which we found extremely rude and weird.
The only people who are nice in that place is the two managers and one of the young boys on reception.
The girl on reception needs to learn some basic people/customer service skills. Nothing deluxe about that place. Would not stay again.
Great managers shame about their staff & hotel itself.
Would not recommend this place based on the services it offers or lack of, horrendous customer service & food.
