Where do we start with this? Hotel needs knocking down and rebuilding. Maintenance of hotel is shocking. Lifts old. Place has a weird smell to it. Entertainment, Spanish only?? Staff knew basic things. Steep steps food was terrible. Couldn’t wait to go home!!

I loved the hotel. Didn't eat here but wanted to get out and about so it was just really to sleep and chill by the pool. The hotel is a little dated but was very clean and the reception staff were fantastic. It is on a hill but it's only £8 to get back from town. The pool is lovely and not over crowded with sunbeds which was good.
I would stay here again if I could have a balcony as we did book one but was put on the ground floor with bars on the windows that's the only thing I didn't like.

Hey mate! 🙋♂️ Just wanted to drop you a note about our recent stay at this hotel... Honestly, from the minute we checked in, the staff couldn't have been more wonderful!💁♂️ They've been truly helpful - top to bottom. That lad, 'Danny boy' at the bar? He's a proper friendly bloke, outgoing too. Sort of fella you'd love to grab a pint with, you know? 🍻
There's also this small, bald chap in the dining room, another diamond! He's got the service down to a T.👌 Our first room though, mate, wasn't quite up to snuff. But guess what, they moved us the next day - no fuss at all! 🛏️
The food, I tell ya, is absolutely lovely. 😋 The entertainment, as you'd expect, let's it down somewhat. More for the older lot really, kind of like being at a funeral. 🎩
But hey, we've gone all inclusive, so all our meals, drinks, everything is sorted between 10 AM and 11 PM. 🍽️🥂 Bit of a heads up though, the hike to the hotel is a bit of a mission - loads of stairs. So you'd want to be prepared for that if you plan on staying here.🧗♂️
This hotel, if you asked me, is more of a 2 to 3-star affair but it's decent for what we paid - and would I stop over again? Absolutely, mate. The staff are a gem, the hotel is sparkling clean, and the room's cleaned daily. 🧹🛁 All the staff are real friendly and it's a place I'd readily recommend. 👍

Where to start, just spent a week here n I’d never go back. All inclusive we were the food is nothing we were even able to eat. Entertainment was all Spanish. As we were a young couple in the hotel it was just full of older people and just filled with Spanish people witch made us stand out and any time we went down to look at the food to see if we could eat it we were just getting funny looks and being pointed at off the staff and guest. The pool wasn’t even open “due to a leek” the all inclusive drinks were shocking I couldn’t even stomach the vodka it’s made me sick. The hotels on a Steep hill where the bus drops you off at the bottom and have to walk up. Our room was at the very end of the corridor witch we were fine with until we got into the room and went out to the balcony to then realised that it’s that close to a walk way that someone could easily jump over it n get into our room. 0/10 would not recommend this to anyone.

I had a good week, the food was delicious, the service was pleasant.
The only thing I didn't like was that they told us we could visit the facilities of the Hotel Gran Bali since we were in the same group. But when we got there, the security guard told us he didn't know if someone from another hotel in the chain could come in, so he asked at reception. The manager who came out told us we couldn't go in because our hotel only had 3 stars, although as a personal favor he could let us in
after the trip... Very kind!
