Our stay was great, check in was very quick and all the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and varied to suit everyone. We had no problems with the cleanliness. The hotel has a very good location and is close to the beach. We will come back again for sure!

Found the reception staff very helpful, especially a young girl called Bea. Gave me advise with regards to places to eat. Also the bar staff and a waiter called Fran who spoke really good English very friendly. The breakfast and staff were good. Place was very clean and in an excellent location - near to all the bars and nightlife. The only downside was the Hotel was a little dated. Would definately return.

Plus points: The location is spot on if you want to be close to the Benidorm nightlife as it's literally next door. The beach is a short walk away. Considering the proximity to the Benidorm strip, we couldn't hear any noise from our room (we were at the rear of the hotel). The pool area is nice. We didn't see any trouble or rowdiness at the hotel at all. If, like us, you just want a place to rest your head, that's close to the action, it's perfect. Clean and comfortable. The smell that is mentioned in other reviews comes from across the road and really isn't an issue once in the hotel. The room had a clean bathroom with a nice warm powerful shower and a hairdryer, and there were tea/coffee making facilities along with a fridge. Cons: The hotel is basic and tired. It could really do with a refurbishment. Most of the rooms don't have balconies, but we were lucky enough to get one of the few, but the air-conditioning units that sit outside the building drip water down to produce a constant puddle on the patio. I haven't got too many negatives about the hotel, but don't expect luxury, it's a tired, basic, no frills hotel in a great location. I can't comment on the breakfast buffet as we opted for room only. Would I stay there again? Yes, I think I would.

Just back from a four night break at the magic villa hotel, the location is good if not a little noisy at nights but to be expected, unfortunately there was always a not so pleasant smell in the front lobby area and sometimes outside too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful we did not have breakfast in the morning as to be honest we were put off by the smell often lingering around the lobby area. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed but the rooms and whole hotel can do with a total refurb. The furniture is well past its time and walls need fixed and repainted.We had a balcony which was in need of repair and the walls painted plus all the rooms above with only windows are not that good to look at plus people throwing their cigarettes on to the balcony was a bit off putting. When you compare the hotels round about this area then this has to be the least favourite that I have stayed in. To make it worse I have returned home with at least 16 bites all over my body which I could only have got while in my room as the only time my whole body was exposed is when I was in the bed.

Brilliant staff, perfect location, great service. The pool area is a suntrap, and it also has a rooftop sun area. The bar is reasonably priced, and again staff are jovial and great. Can be a little noisy at night due to nearness to the beginning of the famous Benidorm Strip, but you're in Benners!
