For this price you cannot expect more. The staff was excellent, very helpful and polite. The hotel is located very close to the beach, multiple shops, pharmacy, bus station, taxi station, restaurants and so on.
The room was a little bit outdated but always clean, smelled nice, and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was not the best, to be polite, however we weren't there to sit in the hotel all day. There was a lounge bar, outside sitting area with a small pool.
Food was always fresh and tasty. It was getting a little bit busy during lunch and dinner time, but there was always enough food and apart from queueing for a few minutes everything was going smoothly.
To sum up - for the price I have paid I was pleasantly surprised about a few things I have listed above and was expecting way less after reading all the reviews from other guests.
I would recommend it to people who do not spend holidays in and around the hotel and only want a clean bed, good food and friendly service.

We arrived with no light and water for the night through to the morning. they asked us to pay hotel tax which I had to speak to the manager about as it was a concern for me because I had no amenities. The manager then proceeded to threaten me he was going to lock my room if the 13 euros was not paid. This is actually a horrible gesture melted out to me as a customer. He told me yes I didnt have water and light like the other 400 customers in the hotel and wasn't his fault.
What a disrespectful thing to say.!!
He showed no remorse. I was put on the 8th floor and had to walk with the stairs.
Their food is bland with no taste.

I booked a holiday of 7 days for me and my family. When we first arrived, the staff was welcoming and it seemed like it would be an enjoyable experience. Before booking here, I checked other reviews saying its not family friendly due to the noise at night ; I can confirm that it is true, if you have kids with you they will be woken up abruptly. As an adult, it was hard for me to also sleep through the noise at night however if you are looking for more of a party vibe then the noise shouldn’t be much of an issue. The location is good it’s very close to the beach and shops. I had high expectations for the all inclusive food, however I was quite disappointed as there wasn’t much of a range of food and also it was the same thing being served every single day. In addition, if you are with children it will be very hard to find food for them. The room was okay, the staff comes and cleans for you everyday if you wish so, however I noticed some bugs crawling around on the floor which was very peculiar. The hotel also provides wifi which is always pleasant. However, I wouldn’t come here again.

Very great hotel. Food is delicious, service also (great and kind people). My room (1st floor,) was great, clean with clima. I would say this hotel is 4 stars, not 3. Outside is very noisy (because germans of course).
