Absolutely beautiful place with the location ideal for everything. The beach being only a 10 minute walk, perfect for eating at many restaurants or the all inclusive with many ranges offered. Brilliant for the family with the daily entertainment team being at the heart of the fun. They are constantly working hard, either entertaining the children in the kids club or the daily water activities, French bowls, darts, ping pong tournaments and many more. All doing things with great passion and enthusiasm. We come every year and absolutely love the place. Lovely family break that doesn’t cost a fortune

Will post this in english so everyone can read it. Arrived on saturday 11/10/25, what a bad joke! It is really unbelievable that this can still operate. Building wich are like 18 of them... are all extreem outdated! No maintenence has been done here for years! We have been send to different rooms in different buildings ;minerva1, 2, leda, Fedra 1. And all the same thing. Bugs, dirty, paint on walls etc is like someone spit or pissed on it. Everywhere on the resort is garbage. Empty cups, food, drinks, glass and so on. The climbing towers and slides are surrounded by red tape because everywhere something is broken! Food is terrible!!! Cold pasta, cold en dry chicken, spare ribs without Meat only bone, cold fries, bread in the evening is bread from the morning buffet. Our meals were... sunnyside egg and cold churros for breakfast an lunch. And diner mostly cold Fries. Glasses are terribly dirty!! Dont take all inclusive cause when you ask for an ice cream and such everything is not included! Elevators take ages to come down or up and make noise you get scared off....really old and no maintenence! The roads are bad! No communication what so every when you mail the reception. Unfortunately, cleanliness in the restaurant area leaves a lot to be desired. It’s very common to find dirty cutlery, plates, and glasses. Sometimes you have to go through 4 or 5 items before finding one that seems clean. This seriously impacts the overall experience and makes meals quite unpleasant. The resort definitely has potential. It’s located in a very nice area, with beautiful views and close proximity to the sea, which makes for a pleasant setting overall. If it weren’t for the serious issue with dirty cutlery and dishes, I would have been quite satisfied with my stay. The hotel is reasonably priced, and I don’t have high expectations. The pools are nice, and the room service is fine. But those damn, sometimes disgustingly dirty plates and utensils really ruin the experience. So in the end – unless the issue with the cutlery is resolved, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. At least not with meals included.

👎👎👎👎I can't recommend this hotel because upon check-in, they wanted to charge my husband for the already broken TV screen in the room. The hotel manager named Pablo claimed he was the one who broke the TV and lied to our face about seeing it on camera. After we asked to see the video, he was confused and ultimately didn't provide proof, just saying, "Okay, sorry, there was a mistake." 🤦🤬 Pablo even deigned to offer his assurances, but simply said it was a mistake.🤷🤷🤷🤦 This is simply disgusting; the start of our vacation was ruined. He simply wanted to charge us for an already broken TV and rip us off. There were also electrical problems in the room: the microwave was crackling, the light was flickering, there was no hairdryer, the bathroom door didn't close, there was someone else's hair on the beds, the toilet was dirty, and cleaning was rare. Upon check-in, they charged an additional €55 tax, €30 for using the safe, and a €20 deposit for the hairdryer and safe. For some reason, this wasn't mentioned on the website. 🤷 They also put ribbons on us that weren't all-inclusive, even though I paid for full-service, and I even had to prove that we were entitled to all-inclusive.🙆 The reception staff were generally poor with their customers.😡 We probably won't return to this hotel; it left us with unpleasant memories. So be careful with people like Pablo. If there's anything wrong with your room upon check-in, immediately report it and show it to reception. This is very important; they really do try to blame their own shortcomings on their clients. Our vacation was saved by the warm, beautiful sea and sun.

We were very happy with our stay at Bellevue Club! 💙 Great location, perfect for families with kids – everything is close by: pools, playgrounds, and beautiful surroundings. The kids had such an amazing time! 😄 A huge thank you to the wonderful animation team for children – you truly do your job with love, joy, and so much positive energy. ❤️ It’s beautiful to see people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Thanks to you, the children were smiling and their eyes were full of excitement and happiness. 🥰
