Absolutely beautiful place with the location ideal for everything. The beach being only a 10 minute walk, perfect for eating at many restaurants or the all inclusive with many ranges offered. Brilliant for the family with the daily entertainment team being at the heart of the fun. They are constantly working hard, either entertaining the children in the kids club or the daily water activities, French bowls, darts, ping pong tournaments and many more. All doing things with great passion and enthusiasm. We come every year and absolutely love the place. Lovely family break that doesn’t cost a fortune

We weren’t completely satisfied, but overall the hotel delivers what you would expect from a 3-star resort. It’s a huge holiday complex spread over a very large area with countless buildings. There are many pools, but they do get quite crowded. In the main restaurant, there aren’t enough tables and chairs for everyone, so if you go late, you’ll probably have to wait for an empty table. However, there are plenty of snacks available throughout the day, so you never really get hungry. The snack options include fries, burgers, meat dishes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream, and much more. There’s also a small play area for children in the evenings, but it’s limited and quite expensive — we paid 6 euros for just 3–4 minutes on the trampoline. Because the resort is so large and busy, the limited number of staff can’t always stay fully organized, so it’s best to just go with the flow and not expect perfect service. The sea is quite far away — the nearest beach is Alcudia, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to walk there. If you’re planning a beach holiday in Mallorca and only need a hotel to sleep in, this place can be a good option.

Will post this in english so everyone can read it. Arrived on saturday 11/10/25, what a bad joke! It is really unbelievable that this can still operate. Building wich are like 18 of them... are all extreem outdated! No maintenence has been done here for years! We have been send to different rooms in different buildings ;minerva1, 2, leda, Fedra 1. And all the same thing. Bugs, dirty, paint on walls etc is like someone spit or pissed on it. Everywhere on the resort is garbage. Empty cups, food, drinks, glass and so on. The climbing towers and slides are surrounded by red tape because everywhere something is broken! Food is terrible!!! Cold pasta, cold en dry chicken, spare ribs without Meat only bone, cold fries, bread in the evening is bread from the morning buffet. Our meals were... sunnyside egg and cold churros for breakfast an lunch. And diner mostly cold Fries. Glasses are terribly dirty!! Dont take all inclusive cause when you ask for an ice cream and such everything is not included! Elevators take ages to come down or up and make noise you get scared off....really old and no maintenence! The roads are bad! No communication what so every when you mail the reception. Terrible resort

Double deluxe room was great and really salvaged this. Worth spending extra to get a good room as a lot of horror stories. Food was the worst I’ve experienced at hotel buffet. 95% remains the same every day and the 5% is rotated across 3 days. Snack bar offers the same every single day. Good selection of pools and enough to keep the kids entertained. Same song for song kids mini disco each night so gets very repetitive for them. Entertainment afterwards mixed bag. Kids funfair good for those maybe 6 and under. All in all good stay, but even at the value of the all inclusive the food really didn’t cut it

Can't fault this place- they went above amd beyond for us when there was a mix up with our booking. We went all inclusive however didnt avail of it much as we went out for dinner every evening. Good selection of drinks available and from what I seen there was always a good spread on for lunch ect. Place is outside main alcudia but I loved this as the location was ideal for us. Wasn't too busy. This place would be ideal for people with young kids
