Overall, this is beautiful place. I'm glad we got city facing room(but we paid for it 🤭).
The rooms are big and spacious, the kitchen has most of the cutlery and pots for cooking. There was microwave, kettle, toaster. All there to prep a meal.
The cleaning was almost non existent. We were there for 7 days and housekeeper popped twice - once she walked on when we were talking quite loudly and were getting dressed - she just walked casually to us in the bathroom and asked about cleaning. Next time, they came in and did the bed... Not even properly... They just threw a throw and that's it... When we got to the room, the bedding, the walls in the bathroom had loads of hair. The spare pillows had spit or snot or heaven knows what on them. We have asked to replace it.
The reception staff was most of the time were very helpful.
I'd like to mention animation team. We were not involved on day activities, but we were there for the evenings. Young man that was leading mini disco was very enthusiastic and fun. My son(14y/o) was surprised, how a person can be so happy every day. I did tell him that is part of adult life, sometimes you have to pretend that you are happy, when children are around, especially at work where it involves children.
The evening shows where good. You could see that there was lots of preparation before the show. We loved 'back to the future' the most. I liked the fact that there was no dragging people from the crowd etc.
Food... It was good for the value. But it wasn't the best I'd say. Variety could be better. Having said that, for the price paid it was perfect.
Pools were good. We did not go to crowded on as it looked too busy. We went to quiet one and it was fun. We did not explore the slides as my children are a bit too old for them.
The beautiful beach is about 10mins away. To get to the beach is a lovely walk by the shops. Shops are nearby where you can get most of the things.
I would recommend this place if you are not very picky and just need a place to sleep, eat and go explore.

Unfortunately, cleanliness in the restaurant area leaves a lot to be desired. It’s very common to find dirty cutlery, plates, and glasses. Sometimes you have to go through 4 or 5 items before finding one that seems clean. This seriously impacts the overall experience and makes meals quite unpleasant.
The resort definitely has potential. It’s located in a very nice area, with beautiful views and close proximity to the sea, which makes for a pleasant setting overall.
If it weren’t for the serious issue with dirty cutlery and dishes, I would have been quite satisfied with my stay. The hotel is reasonably priced, and I don’t have high expectations. The pools are nice, and the room service is fine. But those damn, sometimes disgustingly dirty plates and utensils really ruin the experience.
So in the end – unless the issue with the cutlery is resolved, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. At least not with meals included.

Absolutely beautiful place with the location ideal for everything. The beach being only a 10 minute walk, perfect for eating at many restaurants or the all inclusive with many ranges offered. Brilliant for the family with the daily entertainment team being at the heart of the fun. They are constantly working hard, either entertaining the children in the kids club or the daily water activities, French bowls, darts, ping pong tournaments and many more. All doing things with great passion and enthusiasm. We come every year and absolutely love the place. Lovely family break that doesn’t cost a fortune

We were very happy with our stay at Bellevue Club! 💙 Great location, perfect for families with kids – everything is close by: pools, playgrounds, and beautiful surroundings. The kids had such an amazing time! 😄
A huge thank you to the wonderful animation team for children – you truly do your job with love, joy, and so much positive energy. ❤️ It’s beautiful to see people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Thanks to you, the children were smiling and their eyes were full of excitement and happiness. 🥰

We weren’t completely satisfied, but overall the hotel delivers what you would expect from a 3-star resort. It’s a huge holiday complex spread over a very large area with countless buildings. There are many pools, but they do get quite crowded.
In the main restaurant, there aren’t enough tables and chairs for everyone, so if you go late, you’ll probably have to wait for an empty table. However, there are plenty of snacks available throughout the day, so you never really get hungry. The snack options include fries, burgers, meat dishes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream, and much more.
There’s also a small play area for children in the evenings, but it’s limited and quite expensive — we paid 6 euros for just 3–4 minutes on the trampoline.
Because the resort is so large and busy, the limited number of staff can’t always stay fully organized, so it’s best to just go with the flow and not expect perfect service.
The sea is quite far away — the nearest beach is Alcudia, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to walk there.
If you’re planning a beach holiday in Mallorca and only need a hotel to sleep in, this place can be a good option.
