1st the staff were all wonderful from the cleaners, kitchen staff to the receptionists, all helpful, friendly and available. The rooms served the purpose of clean beds, good sized room and basic but fully functioning. The bathroom shower was divine. The TV worked and you can practice your languages whilst you there. Had a desk and chair and storage for clothes. Breakfast gave you options hot or cold, which was fabulous. For families, couples and groups like us too. No issues here at all.

in my opinion this hotel deserves at least four stars out of five. Room comfort and everything else is average. But food service is much better than you originally expect from a hotel of that category. You’ll always find something tasty. Buffet restaurant staff very friendly. We didn’t expect that cause usually they don’t smile cause of hard work. In this hotel they were all in good mood. Food always quickly replaced with new fresh food. Due to an early flight they offered a cold breakfast at 04:00AM. For our small group of five people they opened the restaurant and served nice breakfast. Special greetings to Violetta from the Restaurant. She was brillant and made our stay very comfortable. Thanks again. We wish the whole team all the best! Overall this hotel was a really good choice.

We came to this hotel and had special request to live on the top floor. And thanks personal we got the room on the 9th floor. The room is small, but very clean. Cleaning and fresh towels we got every day. The first is the face of the hotel we seen was Mario - he is very nice, polite and well-groomed young man. There's not much to choose from, but all food was good and tasty. Specialy Thanks to "meseras" Aitana, Sabrina, Suly on the bar. They are very friendly and kind to the children and make all tables clean very fast. the beach is a few minutes from the hotel.

Amazing quality price. Generous buffet 3 times a day. Wonderful breakfast. Very nice staff, a special mention to Carlota so helpful. She could remember my name and surname perfectly the second time I met her! This hotel had been recently renovated. Two swimming pools super new and clean. Fantastic beaches a few minutes walk away. White sand. Transparent turquoise water. Good TV with lots of channels. Good AC. Nice bathroom with a tube. Good wifi. A balcony. Nice bedroom spacious entirely newly renovated. I am glad I didn't read the negative reviews.

Sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated Alejandro, dilay and carlotta they were very helpful and always smiling. The location was perfect — close to the beach shopping centre and convenient, and restaurants, most especially palma airport yet peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast lunch and dinner was delicious with a great variety, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a room with a balcony and a sea view, very nice, only the bathroom should be renovated, but for a 3-star hotel it's ok. We didn't even have time to stay too long in the room, it's a gorgeous area, and the beach is very close to the hotel. Cleaning every day and the hotel staff were super nice and friendly. All inclusive: The food was very good and varied, you always found something new to try and very tasty. The limit of 3 alcoholic drinks per person for each lunch and dinner is ok. Outside of the meal schedule at the restaurant you can drink coffee, tea, juices and have snacks at the pool, and after the pool closes you can have drinks at the hotel bar, only for alcoholic drinks you have to pay. The hotel has a pool with bar on the first floor and another pool up on the top floor with a great view. There were no problems with the elevator either, everything went great. We were very pleased.

Wish I could give it more stars, it's basic done very very well. Everything was clean and well presented. Staff were lovely. The room we had was small but I couldn't fault it. It was just very basic. The balcony was a drag, you were sat with everybody else/no privacy screen so you couldn't relax because other people/strangers were sat next to you. I'd say for a 3*hotel, id give them 5*s for their efforts, but in general it's still a 3*.

The hotel has very limited parking spaces. Upon arrival, we were charged a €22 tourist tax, which we were not informed about in advance. Regarding the rooms, the bathroom door does not close completely, compromising privacy. Additionally, the shower area causes water to spill all over the bathroom floor. At night, around midnight, it is possible to hear drunk guests shouting and banging on doors, disturbing the peace. The restaurant offers good quality food, with a wide variety of options catering to most diets and allergens. However, drinks are not included with dinner, not even water, and bringing your own drinks is not allowed. This forces guests to buy drinks at the hotel, with prices around €3 per drink. Breakfast meets the usual expectations for a hotel, and again, it’s worth noting that the food quality is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and honestly, they are the best part of the hotel experience. The pool area is well-equipped with plenty of sun loungers and is well-located to catch the sun. There is also good music and a bar that serves guests efficiently.

Parking is a big problem. We paid 24€ tourist tax, which was not specified in advance when you came to the hotel. You have to walk 10 minutes to the beach. The air conditioner does not cool down enough in this heat. There is no refrigerator or shampoo in the room. Just soap. But the rooms are clean.

Disgusting, hot, and frustrating. They clearly never clean. I’ve never seen a hotel with this much hair everywhere. The bedding smells, and the air conditioner just does not work. At all.

Stayed at this hotel from 10-15th April and it was a great place to stay! Very close to the beach, many different restaurants, and cute surroundings. There isn’t any place to keep food cold, but you can rent a mini fridge for 40€ in the reception!

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Good experience overall. The room was big and clean, well maintained and with a balcony. The room also had a work desk, which was useful for me. Overall I was very satisfied with the room. The service was also nice. I could leave my bike in a separate building free of charge. And also was allowed to keep my luggage and stay in the lobby well past the check-out time. The location is overall good. If you want to travel to the East part of the ireland or to Palma, the bus goes like a hundreed meters away from the hotel. But on the other hand most restaurants and bars are located 1.5-2 km on the West from the hotel. The food was good. I prefered the half board. What could be better about food is some variety. Each day was the same menu, I would prefer some variety. Also on some days there were fresh fruits, and on the others the fruits looked old. But overall I was satisfied and would come back to this hotel

Would recommend for young travellers in a group, not so much families. The walls are quite thin and sometimes you are able to hear people speaking in the next room. It can get loud at times but we haven’t had a problem with sleeping. The AC works wonders in the hot weather, a mini fridge in the room would be nice to have. The staff have been very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is decent with many options depending on dietary requirements. Keep in mind that the elevator is not that good, it’s quite cramped and it takes a while to get to your floor depending on the time of day, a real hit or miss whether you need to take the stairs or not. The rooms are clean and house-keeping are very friendly. The location is perfect because it’s close to the beach and restaurants, along with multiple small conscience stores. The area is quite German and it is often heard, in our experience they can be quite loud and drunk.

A group of 4 of us girls stayed in a studio apartment in Whala!Beach hotel mid April. After reading all of the reviews before going, I expected our stay to be quite unpleasant, but I can honestly say that it was a lot better than expected. We arrived after midnight and there were 2 members of staff on desk ready to greet us. The check in process was quick and we were taken to our apartment, which by the layout, looked as if it was located in the older part of the hotel. The room was ready for us with 4 big towels and 4 hand towels laid out, along with the bed being made up and both sofa beds having pillows and sheeting on ready. The duvet covers were located in the wardrobe in the bedroom, so we were very pleased, considering we arrived late, we just wanted to get straight into bed. The rooms themselves aren't quite as the pictures show, they are a little more dated and the layout does seem different to what's advertised, but we didn't mind. It might be different in the rooms located in the newer section of the hotel. Once we were ready for clean towels, we put the sign on the door and went out for the day, and by the time we were back at the hotel, we had all fresh towels provided and floors cleaned. We went up to the rooftop pool (located on the 9th floor) throughout our stay, which had a bar in which you could also order food there, which comes from the diner upstairs. This service was quick and very affordable, with a minimum spend of 10 euros for the diner. The pictures show 2 outdoor pools, but for some reason, we could only find the rooftop pool whilst there, with there being a private sunbathing area on floor 8 which wasn't accessible during our stay The location was great, being only a minute walk from the beach and shops everywhere you go, even directly in front and behind of the hotel. These shops are extremely affordable and if you don't have enough room to bring a beach towel, they sell them in all of the shops around the hotel for only 3.95 - 5 euros. The main negative that I've read a lot of reviews about would be the noise. Where we were located, our door took us straight outside to a courtyard area. During the hours of 4-6am, around 5 big bins would be jet washed along with the metal stairs leading up to the apartment. This was very loud and disrupted us every night we were staying there. The walls and windows are also very thin, so we could hear every conversation on the street outside and all the thudding of kids running upstairs constantly. Luckily, we were only in the room to sleep and out all day. Another negative would be the fact that there is only 1 elevator for the whole hotel. The first day we were there we wanted to go up to the pool on floor 9. This took a whole 10 minutes minimum as it would stop at every single floor, even if there was no one waiting on that floor. A lot of people resorted to walking up and down the stairs instead, which I can imagine would be hard for families with pushchairs for example.

Paper thin walls, very bad building quality, can hear the people use the bathroom above. I asked to move room three times, there is music noise coming from all room balconies, people listen to loud music, on phone calls at 2-3 am. Not able to sleep well and relax here. If you need a good nights sleep on holiday, stay away. The area is super packed and noisy at night, that combined with paper thin walls in the hotel room, means no decent sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Avoid it if you're coming as a couple. There are a lot of Germans who don't respect anything at all, throwing things off the balconies and shouting outside until late at night. We are very disappointed with this hotel, even the reception isn't very friendly. 😡 Then €12 per person for breakfast when there's practically nothing to eat...😤

Not suitable for a relaxing stay Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel if you're looking for peace and quiet during your vacation. The sound insulation is extremely poor — you can hear everything from adjacent rooms, the hallway, the outdoors, and even from the floor above. It often felt as though all the noise was coming from inside our own room, making it very difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the rooms are cleaned daily, which is appreciated. However, some fixtures are in need of replacement. For instance, the toilet seat was visibly damaged. While it was cleaned, its appearance remained unpleasant. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful — definitely a highlight of our stay. The food offering is very basic and lacks variety. The coffee served was of low quality. A major downside is that no beverages are included with dinner — not even water. Moreover, guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks to the dining area, which was a first for me in all my travels. Overall, I would only consider staying here if the price is significantly lower than comparable options or if there are no alternatives available — and only with a good pair of earplugs.

I will give 5 stars, because: -it is very close to the beach, - the dinner was delicious. - exemplary cleanliness. - it has areas with tables, bar, sofas where you can sit with friends/family. - it has a swimming pool. - we had a quiet room. It was not perfect: - the breakfast (but you can't find cheap and very good ones). - the floor is only tiles.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for a week. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and eat breakfast and dinner it’s fine but there are many things that I did not like: No sound isolation at all. When someone is walking or talking nearby it feels like they are inside your room, we thought that someone broke in our room many times because of that. Also many people are coming late from parties and are being extremely loud at night No air dryer AC barely working WiFi not working in rooms Food is okay at most, isn’t really good if I’m being honest You don’t get free drinks at dinner, not even water. 1.5L costs 3€ The location- the town looks a bit ghetto The hotel doesn’t have it’s own parking So overall it is a cheaper hotel so if you don’t mind a bit of noise and you’re not a picky eater you will be fine but keep those things in mind. The staff is very nice tho.

We had really good experience as a family of 3 (2+ 1.5yo) during the Easter 2025. Staff: always welcomed and helpful. Reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning staff- we can not complain, everyone friendly and always smiling. Rooms: bit old fashion but VERY CLEAN, everywhere-behind the bed, lamp, every single corner was touched i was impressed. Public spaces also- you can literally just 'eat from the floor'. Cleaning service everyday. New towels, tidy up, bed etc. There was no bad smell from the toilet like most likely in the Spain. Food/restaurant: food was good. Lots of meat/fish/vegetarian food too. Desserts, pastries, fruits. The only issue is no free drinks for the evening meal (even for a water you need to pay extra, but the prices are not very high, few euros for a beer, couple more for a glass of wine etc. Swimming pool: water bit cold but we managed to swimm anyway, is just beginning of the season so we did not expect warm water. Water was bright clean and around the swimmimg pool clean also. Free sun loungers to use. Location: beach 5-7 min by walk, shop /supermarket around the corner, 2 minutes away a pharmacy, lots of bars/restaurants around. There is no hairdryer in the room and was no option to borrow from reception (some comments say ask at the reception but they said no, sorry we do not have). And there is no car park for the guests- there is not many spaces on the roads close to the hotel so in the evening is a bit challenge - we get a ticket from Police for €185 for the parking which was a bit sad. Free big car park /ex building site is about 10-15 in by walk. !For this price and this location is a great bergain! Two lifts, busy around meal time but available. Reception 24/7. Luggage storage. Our little red head girl enjoyed stay also 😀 especially she loved one lady at the reception and a dark hair lady from the restaurant. Kisses here and there from her 😉 Well done Reina del Mar👏👏

Had a lovely stay here, very friendly staff. Nice and spotlessly clean rooms, food is decent. Good entertainment.Very hardworking staff. The receptionists and bar workers were great, the receptionist Donna with the curly hair was especially kind and friendly. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. She deserves recognition for her work. The only downside in my opinion is the all inclusive drink situation of getting a choice of wine/beer each meal, it would be nice to have spirits included and be able to have an alcoholic beverage by the pool outside of meal times.

We booked an all inclusive and asked for a beachfront hotel. We were changed to a different hotel than one wanted. Although staff were friendly and hotel clean, it was definitely a lower standard. We were allocated a ground floor room but backed onto a residential road. The food was not great and the evening meals were terrible, tasteless and unimaginative. The worst part was the so called all inclusive drinks package. The alcoholic drinks (only beer/wine) was only available at lunch time and dinner time and you were allowed only 3 each occasion. Outside of these times you had to pay for them. They only left some pastries, ham and cheese sandwiches between meals for guest. Only water was freely available to help yourself. The juices and other drinks you had to wait to be served and most of the time there was only one person serving, even during busy periods. You had to hire the cups for a euro when getting drinks. The hotel didn't have any information point for guest unfamiliar with the area and would have liked tips on what to do and where to visit. The hotel wasn't in the heart of the activities in the area, but had great transport connections, so that was a plus. We still had a great holiday and would come again, but different hotel.

The rooms were cozy and always clean, which made us feel right at home. In the dining area, there was a wide selection of delicious food to choose from every day – something for everyone. Room a little small, view onto neighbouring street. Food was very nice, plenty of choice. Although I don’t drink alcohol I thought the 3 drinks rule wasn’t on for an all inclusive. The pool doesn’t open until 10am because the cleaning doesn’t start until 8am as do the cleaners of bar /patio area, so you can’t sit round the pool & you are in the way of the cleaners in the reception patio area. Rooms were freshened daily. Good location for beaches & shops, bit of a hill to come back up. Limited entertainment. Generally a nice 5 day break and would return.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite some reviews, I didn’t see any insects or cockroaches. My room faced residential buildings, and I didn’t hear any roosters — it was peaceful and quiet. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are bus stops and shops nearby, which was very convenient. The food was very tasty and varied — I looked forward to every meal. The staff were kind and always ready to help. Special thanks to Ines at the reception — she was always smiling, very friendly, and quick to assist with any questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

Really nice hotel. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of selection. Beds are comfy. And got a good nights sleep. Location is at the top of a small hill. Also this is a complex, so there are several different hotel blocks. You may have a small walk to your block/room. However, this is well explained by reception staff and you are given a small map of the complex and easy directions to get to your room. Room rate does seem to fluctuate, so just check. But we found it very good value for money.

I don't know where to start because the number of minuses is so big that there probably won't be enough space for a comment. Let's start with the supposedly "all inclusive" where guests are only entitled to 3 beers or wine per person, served only during dinner and lunch, not to mention that you only get 300ml. The time between days is definitely too long because you had to wait 4 hours if you didn't make it to lunch. The food is not seasoned, you can break your teeth on the pasta and the fish has more oil and bones than meat. Chicken nuggets are just breading with some mush inside (it's hard to call it meat). To sum up, when it comes to food, we had to go to the kebab shop next door or the restaurant to eat something decent. To get a cup, for example, by the pool, you have to pay a €2 deposit to have something to pour your drink into, in a word, a total disaster. The pool is only open until 6 pm XD? And if you try to jump into the water, the entire staff starts shouting at you. Cleaning in the rooms is probably just sweeping the floor because there were no towels and paper. The only plus was the animators who somehow saved this place from our escape after the first day. To sum up, the hotel has 3 stars and should have zero and the word "Motel" in its name. I do not recommend it to anyone. It is better to pay a little more and have a real all inclusive and not a cheap imitation. No greetings :)

I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. Premium room was great and spacious, very comfy bed and large terrace, however I could hear people next door. Food was very tasty 😋 , restaurant lack of atmosphere,it's in w basement . Pools were fine, clean with lifeguard on duty. Snack bar very disappointing (worst I ever seen), basically nothing there to eat apart from fruits and dry biscuits hence 4 *. Very close to bus stop and the beach. Would definitely stay again as great value for money

on this holiday when we did arrive to this hotel in Mallorca, well booked all inclusive hotel ? So what that mean ? Well unlimited drinks, snacks but what ? WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED when we booked nothing saying that we can only have 3 drinks and after we need to pay for it… (let me remind ALL INCLUSIVE… )snacks bar? Closed …. We haven’t been even informed about this and the man in reception been saying where and which building we can find it … but this bar NEVER BEEN OPENED. If I knew it before I wouldn’t pay for all inclusive and I’m not happy that I have payed extra money for something that anyway I never had … as I been eating outside (during my “snacks bar time ” and buying alcohol form the shop in front as had only 3 drinks allowed on all inclusive)well now let’s talk about the room… DISGUSTING first day I did called up reception and said about air conditioner doesn’t work and I don’t have a tv remote… been waiting 3 days for someone to come fix and give us remote(till end of my holiday that never happened ) most !!!!! Terrible is we did had a massive mold on the walls but massive !!!!!! None did anything with that…. The room wasn’t clean … the floor been really dirty. Found two cockroach on the floor. Did anyone did anything no ! Haha most funny!!! Last day we did late check out, I guess they haven’t been informed as they didn’t nocked just open the room and a man came with cans of paint to paint the mold as we entrance the room I could smell the paint , disgusting IF THEY OFFER YOU A ROOM IN VILLAS !!!!! AVOID. Even don’t waist your money to go there, I bet you will get cheaper airbnb !!!

Shoutout to Nicolas, he's our man. Other than that it's not a nice place to stay. Alcoholic beverages are not free and you have to rent cups. They like to rely on the excuse that's it's the law, same with that "tourist tax" BS we had to pay up on arrival. Well riddled me this dear hotel, why have a fake all inclusive option if you know the law states other wise? You think you wash your hands clean but forget to consider that people are upset about the false advertisement, not the law. The main selection for food was fish, dog food and uncooked chips every night. We had to eat out every day which wasn't great after spending hundreds booking this place. We did however come back for them cakes for desert, only thing that was tasty from the buffet. The rooms were actually decent we had no air con and were given two single beds instead of a double but those are minor details. It is also on a good location very close to the beach and restaurants which came in handy. If you just book the rooms and eat elsewhere it's not too bad of an option. WIFI didn't want to connect most of the time but who needs entertainment when you have Nicolas.

Just finished a short all inclusive holiday here and loved it! Perfect location! Staff were amazing! Some of the hotel is a bit dated but everywhere was very clean. Myself and my daughter need a gluten free diet and the restaurant team were AMAZING!! Went round with us every meal and were really knowledgeable. We are quite sensitive and had no problems whatsoever!! So much choice! Only downside was the pool doesn’t really get much sun till midday and they need a few more sun loungers but other than that we would definitely return!! All in all a fantastic couple of days away and we all said how we would have liked to stay longer 👏👏

Fantastic Stay – Great Value for Money! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10 for a 3-star!) We’ve just returned from a 5-night stay at AzuLine Hotel Bahamas & Bahamas II and honestly, we were really impressed. This isn’t a 5-star resort – and you’re not paying for one – but for a 3-star hotel, it absolutely deserves 10/10. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which had everything we needed. The beer was San Miguel, which is standard, but the cocktail menu was excellent. There’s no limit on how many drinks you can have – they use a simple token system where you swap a token for a cup, so you can only get one drink at a time, but go back as many times as you like. Super easy and fair. The food was okay, but again, you get what you pay for. The buffet was constantly being refreshed, and we never went hungry. There’s was also a snack bar open from 11AM with fresh burgers, pizza & toasties! Our room was basic, with no fridge or kettle, but that wasn’t a problem for us. It was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels whenever we needed them. Only small comment (not a complaint!) – the pool doesn’t open until 10AM, but as it’s in the shade until about 11AM anyway, it didn’t really affect us. The location is great – only about a 10-minute walk to the beach and centre, so everything is close by. Overall, for what we paid, we have zero complaints. The staff were lovely, and the hotel and pool area were spotless. We would 100% stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay! 🌴

I loved my experience in this hotel. I was in a premium double bedroom on the 6th floor. They have great food for both breakfast and dinner. They have a good cleaning service. (You can just put the no-disturb tag on your door if you don't need cleaning) It is a very safe hotel and perfect for solo female travelers and families. There are only 2 elevators available for 6 floors but it doesn't get that busy. They have some entertainment at night in the bar and patio to spend some time inside the hotel. It is very close to the beach and there are many restaurants and bars available around the hotel and it's only 2 minutes from the bus station. I just hoped that there was a water-boiling machine in the room. The cons: At night I could hear many teenagers in the room beside me making lots of noise or playing music until late. If they can control the noise level at some point it would be great.

I don’t even know where to begin — this was by far the worst hotel experience of our lives, and it completely ruined the end of our vacation. We had booked the best possible room available, but when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that as a “gift,” our stay would now include all-inclusive service. Right away I felt something was wrong. I travel weekly for work and stay in hotels all the time — I have never received such an “upgrade” for free, and it instantly raised red flags. As soon as we entered the room, it was a disaster. It hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom reeked of sewage, ants were crawling everywhere, and even the air conditioner didn’t work. When I told the receptionist we wanted another room — since we hadn’t booked a standard one — he said it wasn’t possible. I then asked for a refund so we could go to another hotel, but was told the manager was not available and we’d have to wait until the next day — Sunday. We left and stayed elsewhere that night. When we returned on Sunday, the manager said that banks don’t operate before 12:00 PM on Sundays, so we’d have to wait until then. We waited, and when I asked again at 12:00 PM for our money, he said the hotel didn’t currently have enough cash to refund what we paid — so I couldn’t even get my own money back. Later we found out that our room was supposed to be in the new wing of the hotel, right next door. But that room had already been given to someone else, and we were placed in the old section of the hotel without being told. Eventually, they refunded 5 nights of our stay, but kept one night — and we only received the money two weeks later. By that time, our whole vacation was ruined. We had to rent another car, buy new tickets, and ended up with over €1,600 in losses — not to mention our lost time and peace of mind. The staff were completely unhelpful and even dismissive. We felt looked down upon and mistreated. This is not what we paid for — thank you azuLine Hotel Bahamas & Bahamas II for the worst experience of our lives. Never again.

was really worried about coming here after reading all the bad reviews but thankfully wasn’t bad at all! - just to preface i was speaking spanish at this hotel, not english so keep that in mind- staff are lovely and welcoming, does help if you can speak spanish in order to communicate as some staff don’t know english too well. reception staff are really helpful and welcoming, especially the girl Ginger she was lovely! we had a room for three people and it was two normal beds and then an extra on the side which i had no problem with, so just depends on the person. no issues with bugs or things like that which we were worried about! cleaning staff did a great job at cleaning our room and were always polite when we saw them through the corridors. restaurant was a bit chaotic and food wasn’t terribleeeee but the staff are so friendly, polite and super hardworking. the lady with glasses that does the entertainment at nighttime is so lovely and kind and she really made the entertainment great! bar staff were great and very friendly, in Bahamas 1 (not the main hotel) the older man who works at the pool bar was great. ricardo in the main bar and his taller slim colleague with a beard were also very kind and welcoming. just keep in mind that there are two pools at this hotel, we found that the pool in bahamas 1 (across the road from the main hotel) was more often than not better than the main pool. although most times it got packed with spanish teens (up to 60 at a time) and they were not very respectful of space or of belongings (they threw our pool ball over a fence) but that is no reflection of the hotel or its service. photos attached are the pool in the other building and the view from our room (floor 6)

I checked out early because staying any longer was simply impossible. The room did not match the description at all: there was no desk or chair as promised, no minibar or even a bottle of water, and the fridge was frozen and non-functional. The safe required an extra fee, which was not mentioned in the listing. The bathroom was in poor condition — visible mold, rusty fixtures, and a broken toilet flush. Only a tiny bar of soap was provided, although “free toiletries” were listed. The hygiene was unacceptable — even at breakfast, some plates were dirty. The worst part was the constant noise and complete lack of order: at 11 PM, guests were playing loud music on a speaker near the entrance while hotel staff stood by and did nothing. There was shouting, banging, and someone even knocked aggressively on my door during the night. Around 5 AM, maybe cleaning staff started making noise in the hallways. It was impossible to rest or feel safe. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

My Husband and I Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, We were politely welcomed at the door. The room was very clean, and the view was ok. The pools were very clean and lovely lady (Lifeguard) always smiling. The food however, was fantastic plenty to choose from! staff always very friendly and polite! Brilliant location!

Honestly, this stay has been quite disappointing and feels like a real waste of money. The reality doesn't match what was advertised at all. There's a constant issue with very loud, intoxicated people, which makes it impossible to enjoy any peace. They claimed we were '50 meters from the beach,' but it's easily a ten-minute walk. And the 'suite' we were given was incredibly small and basic – certainly not what we expected. Even trying to relax on the balcony is out of the question due to the noise from other guests. This place really seems geared only towards those wanting a party atmosphere, and if that's not you, steer clear. The transfer was a complete mess, taking a full three hours with all the waiting. Definitely recommend taking a private car if you have to come here. I'm really upset that the hotel's promises turned out to be so misleading. It's been a truly disappointing experience. It's also frustrating that you can only eat indoors, even though the outdoor seating is completely empty. And despite the stated breakfast time. Even tho you have all inclusive, doesn't makes any difference. The coffee in the machine is for free and the quality coffee in the expensive machine, you will need to pay anyways. The food in the hotel is just okay, nothing special at all, and the meat wasn't even properly cooked! Overall, this place has unfortunately felt like throwing money away.

The room smelled funny and the air conditioning was just for show, as was the mini fridge (the drinks remained warm). The hotel had no parking lot, but in the booking mentioned it had. The Wifi and location where fine. The WC wasnt separate from the room. Felt more like a 3 star hotel. Dont recommend staying here.

The location so good near to airport and city center. The issue that there is no parking in that Area you could spend 1 hours searching for a parking place at night. The service of the hotel is good because they did a great gesture when then knew that we are in honeymoon. I did not like the the room because cleaning is 3 out of 5 and the bed is not comfortable at all howerever the 6th floor had a beautiful view

The room had really weak air-conditioning. The cleaning service starting too early, and multiple days we were waking up to it. We had an indication on the door that we do not want cleaning. The other days when we needed cleaning, but the cleaners only did the beds and left everything untouched! Sand left on the floor and wet towels left without changing. The hotel receptionists are teenagers and don't even know how to say hi to people entering the hotel. Also no parking possibility, which I understand as it's on a busy street, but the receptionist was extremely rude with me not believing that they don't have parking. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options, but the staff constantly bothered us and did not leave us to have a quiet moment. Overall extremely poorly organized staff. We were not able to rest, we needed to sleep with earplugs to be able to have the proper amount of sleep.

There is air conditioner at the reception, however as soon as you go upstairs to the first floor there is none. There is air conditioner in the room we booked but you need the card(room key) to turn it on. If you open the balcony doors the air conditioner will stop. We paid for breakfast (from 8 to 10:30), which is pretty good deal with enough variety from fruits to english breakfast and fresh pancakes. However the vegetable selection is poor. There is only fresh tomatoes to choose from. The cleaners at the breakfast was already making so much noise that we could not enjoy our breakfast properly To enter breakfast you get a sharp green bracelet which was annoying me for the whole holiday as it was accidentally hooked up on my skin, my husband’s skin, my clothes, my hair etc. The walls are pretty thin so you could hear the cleaning lady moving furnitures in the next room and eventually knocking on our door (9:00am) to check if she can clean. Although we indicated that we do not want cleaning. On other days when we needed cleaning they did not do a good jobs and had ants everywhere.

The reception is modern and clean, the swimming pool area is also very pleasant and clean. The bar personal is very friendly, great cocktails though wouldn't recommend their food besides french fries. But the rooms are quite old and full of ants. The sliding door to the room balcony is really difficult to open.
