-- Room: 1. There's nothing stopping the water from the shower from flooding the bathroom floor. If you shower, be prepared to have to dry it up. 2. Lights are installed in a weird way. Different light switches work for different lights... 3. The water in the toilet kept running. We asked to get it fixed, someone came, left, and it was still not fixed. 4. This is not a complaint but more of a warning. The walls are very thin. You can clearly hear people if they are talking enough. Please respect the Hotel's rules and do not play music, it will disturb your neighbors, and it disturbed us. -- Service Room service is offered daily, and you can put a sign outside your door in order to receive it. However, if this sign is not put outside the door, and even if the door is locked, the cleaners will often enter anyway... -- Location: It's near all the city's activity, so prepare for some noise. There are many shops nearby, so you can easily go and buy essential needs. -- Kid-friendly?: There's not specifically anything that makes this kid-friendly.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Less than a 5 min walk to Palmanova and all the gorgeous restaurants/bars and the beach there. Other than that this place is an absolute dive. When we booked our holiday with Jet 2 this was advertised as a 4 star hotel. It is barely scraped 2 stars in my opinion. It’s probably best for young people who are looking to out on the strip in Magaluf. Other than that don’t bother booking here. Balcony door did not lock, mold on the bathroom roof and holes in the ceiling.. our actual bedroom door did not shut unless you slammed it and the door frame was practically hanging off the wall. Rooms are not cleaned beds are just made and toilet roll replaced. Staff are just unhelpful and miserable in every sense. I wouldn’t of minded these issues if we had paid £300/£400 each for our week stay, but at £650 each i expected at least some cleanliness. It is also not accessible, there is a small ramp leading into the hotel but to get down to Palmanova/the beach/strip it is a very steep hill so if you struggle walking a distance I wouldn’t recommend either.

We have enjoyed the stay in the hotel. I cannot confirm the feedback dealing with noisy environment. It was rather quiet and comfortable. The both beaches (north and south side of the small headland) are just few minutes away. Personally I preferred the south one (many less people enjoying the sun). The hotel staff was nice and approachable. Available for any question or request showing full commitment. They help me with the dinner for our anniversary. The timing for pool could be extended little bit (as I am usually early/morning bird) - this is however not contributing to the overall feedback to any extend. Full hearted recommendations!

Location was good so I can’t fault that however the reception staff are rude I’d explained that if left my hoodie in my room after I’d checked out and asked if I could go get it or if the cleaners had picked it up to be told there’s nothing in the room and I can’t look as there is now people in there however this was before check in?? I know if left it in there so just think this is really odd also the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on in the rooms beside you and outside of the room the beds are rock hard and you’re given 1 flat pillow also the food was all tasteless wouldn’t recommended staying here at all

This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. On the very first day of our stay, a terrible incident occurred: my girlfriend's glasses and headphones were stolen from the luggage storage. When we reported it to the staff, their reaction was simply shocking—complete indifference. No one wanted to listen to us, and we never received any help. The hotel employees acted as if nothing had happened and didn’t even try to investigate the situation or express any sympathy. Such an attitude towards guests is absolutely unacceptable, especially when it concerns the safety of their belongings. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel!
