They took money from our deposit for something we didn't break in 1 of the 3 rooms. Take photos of the room before you check out if you don't want bad surprises. The hotel is in the middle of no where with a shuttle bis that is always fully booked. Beds uncomfortable and the showers had mold. Not enough sunbeds by the pool for everyone. The kid asked me please please not to take him to the kid's club, they only spoke French and was boring. Most of the time it was closed. Not enough towels in the room for everything and had to chase them for more than 1h to get them. On the positive side, the food was ok and the staff friendly. Take earplugs with you to the night shows, the put the music too loud.

We have just arrived back home from this fantastic hotel. I could not recommend it enough. From check in to the bar staff and the entertainment staff were all fantastic. The food was amazing always found something to eat. Room and towels were changed daily. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and tidy. I will be returning.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good entertainment. The staff were always smiling and kind to everyone as well as being good karaoke singers. Rooms were really nice and cleaned frequently. Also good options for food, loved the desserts. Really enjoyed my stay here, would recommend! :)

We have just returned from an amazing week-long holiday at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was spotless, with rooms cleaned, towels changed, and beds made daily. The buffet offered a great variety of hot and cold food, and the à la carte restaurant had a simple yet delightful menu. The pool bar served food to order from 10am to 6pm, providing a nice alternative to the buffet. The freshly made pizzas were particularly delicious. The pool itself was clean and warmed up nicely throughout the day. The entertainment staff worked tirelessly and put on some great shows. The only downside was the sunbeds, which seemed to be reserved well before 7am despite the rules against it. I do understand this is a common issue in many hotels and can be challenging for the staff to manage. I would have liked to see the staff enforce the rules by removing towels from reserved sunbeds after an hour. However, if you asked for a sunbed or if the pool staff saw you lying on the grass, they would try to find you one, which we appreciated. There was an adults-only area with plenty of sunbeds, but since we traveled with kids, we couldn’t use it. We arranged two excursions through the onsite excursion coordinator. The first was an evening camel ride to watch the sunset, costing around £60. The second was a private taxi tour with a knowledgeable guide who took us to the Mosque, Bahia Palace, and the Medina and Souks for about £90. The private tour was definitely worth the money; the guide was very knowledgeable, shared fascinating historical insights, and led us to some Souks we might not have discovered on our own. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We would definitely visit again.

TREAT THE ROOM AS A RENTAL CAR. PLEASE make yourself a favour and record/take photos as you would do with a car. When you arrive and especially when you check-out the room to avoid being call a liar and your deposit being taken. I left the room perfectly (no kids with me, just myself), I always have a last look to see that all is ok. When i got to the reception the cleaner that went to check my room so I could get my deposit back said that I broke a mug. I never touch the mugs (most hotels clean them with the same sponge they use to clean the toilet). They wouldn't believe me and took 5 euros for a mug. So imagine how much they can charge you if they decide to say that you broke the beds or tv. Not a treatment that you expect fom a 4 starts hotel. Also, the taxi we booked with the hotel never came to pick us up from the airport. If this happens to you, walk outside you will see Official taxis (cream colour) parked. There is a machine to ender your destination and the price is cheaper than the hotel's one. You pay with card in the machine and you won't need to talk to the driver, all info is in the paper for them. Easy to use. Beside that bad experience that spoilted the end of our stay, the hotel is good for families holidays. WIFI is a bit patchy.
