The rooms and such weren't fantastic. Location was great. The staff were super friendly. We often saw them and always greeted them in spanish and they always greeted back with a smile. They were also very social and sometimes even struck up a conversation with us whenever we went out which was fun 😊 The people in the lobby were absolutely fantastic and helped us greatly whenever we needed extra toilet paper and such. What was also sweet was when we asked for extra the cleaning lady always left two extra rolls from then on in our room which was nice. Also really happy it was adult only! All in all I didn't hate it, but didn't love the hotel either.

The five stars sum up our stay. Everything from check in to check-out was spot on. All the staff were pleasant and actually looked happy in their work environment. Will definitely be going back. One tiny (hopefully constructive) criticism, it would l have been nice to have a few water stations.

Pros: Lovely staff Very clean Heated outdoor pool Good water pressure in showers Nice toiletries including conditioner (hurrah!) Powerful hair dryer Location is excellent for bars, restaurants and the beach Evening entertainment is high quality Things to improve: It would be nice to have an outside bar that is open in the evenings Breakfast is not good enough for a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The baked beans are rock hard, the tomatoes are under cooked, there’s no mushrooms except for one day. We saw the waitress pour carton orange juice into the supposedly freshly squeezed orange juice jugs, the fruit is pretty tasteless and the breads like most places in Spain is sweet and pappy. There’s no vegan natural yoghurt despite us requesting it before arriving. You have to hire the beach towels (deposit returned on checkout) which felt a bit strange for an upper class hotel and not something I’ve experienced at competitor hotels. There’s no table on your balcony, only chairs which again I find surprising for an up market hotel. They’re doing up the car park at the moment so you have to park on the street but there’s not many spaces. That said, I would stay here again if I was in corralejo but I think there are nicer parts of the island that are less touristy.

Amazing service, food, staff & location. Housekeeping staff keep everything spotless. The catering is excellent. Plenty of choice. Beautifully presented too. Again excellent staff. Great position to walk along the beach front & wonder the shops.

My Sister and I booked in 11th December. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing. Big shout out to Svetlana and Leah. Who went above and beyond to help us. The pool bar staff are wonderful. We also have to mention the the ceramic painting and cocktail making. Which we really enjoyed. The hotel is stunning clean and beautifully decorated. Cannot wait to return.
