Stayed at complex in a Studio Apt was lovely here. Everything from start to finish was amazing from reception staff,eatery staff and especially the cleaners who worked hard in the hot weather.
Upon departure(while in flight)I realised that I had thrown my engagement ring into the bin in room 🤦♀️ I email 1st thing next morning and explained what I had done. Got email back to say that one of the maids had gone and located it such loyalty and honesty I now have my ring back safely. . Defo will return next year

Request a wheelchair accessible room given room in ground floor had a step up to get into the terrace
Payment for WiFi experience and didn't really work 😞
Apartments very basic not a problem had a bath so I spent ten days washing at the sink as not able to use a bath.
Request for a change staff very rude and told me nothing available and told me to see manager. No management available to see for the entire holiday.
Location is not great good distance from the strip up the cardiac hill (says it all) pools and pool bar very enjoyable very quiet in evening bingo bit of fun but needs some music around the pool during the day or activities for kids but best part of course in Lanzarote is the weather

Location was ok. Close to strip but unfortunately cardiac hill to tackle every day. Room was modern but had cockroaches. Toaster didnt work and beds were only changed once in a week. Stayed here on and off for 23 years but is not the best complex now. Wont be staying again as both female receptionists were unhelpful and rude. We asked in june if we could keep one of our 3 apartments on as we had children and late flight. We were assured then that we could but when the day came we were told the complex was fully booked so we couldn't keep any on. Receptionist didnt even check and when we looked there were at least 20 empty apartments we could have used. Weather was great though!

My second year here, and I couldn't recommend a better place, always clean, lovely staff fantastic location, family place kid-friendly, never any trouble always peaceful, pool area cleaned every morning apartment clean every 2 to 3 days. Food is great, even the (legend) Daniel is a top top guy. Don't let that 3 star fool you. You will not be disappointed. The only downfall is that bloody cardiac hill 🤣.

Don't let two stars put you off (well we stayed in the refurbishment apartments, 246)
Everything you want and beside all the shops, restaurants etc, or get food on site (especially the steak)
Cleaners in almost everyday or asking if you need anything, came back one day and beds made and place was spotless
Receptionist staff could do with better English and be more helpful (especially for people on their first sun holiday without a clue)
A great mix of old and young without any noise apart from talking (and we had windows open 247)
Highly recommend and we can see why people keep coming back
