So central to old town and pubs and food minutes away and the beach not far either. Lovely hotel pool is great pool food is lovely...best latte cappuccino there is, only downfall is the hallways one each open floor the tiles make so much noise with suitcases and as so open if hotel is full and busy you do hear people coming and going. No air con and would deffo miss that when extremely hot but I opened window in bedroom and apart from odd noise that woke me I didn't find it too hot. Sea view rooms are just amazing views

Stayed for a week here . Very helpful friendly staff . Great self catering apartment. Next to all amenities and 5 min walk to the beach Had a balcony overlooking the sea . Would stay again Maids asked everyday if we wanted it cleaned . Have a 24 hr mini shop aswell. Swimming pool .had free yoga lessons and a free ball room dance lesson from lovely couple called Frankie (lady ) and Graham as we were staying at hotel . Couldn't ask for nicer staff and people.

I really can't believe what I'm reading on the reviews of the Volcan. I've stayed there now 4 times in the last 2 years and have booked to come back again in march. I've stayed here on my own and with a friend and never had any issues whatsoever, yes it may be a bit dated and the linen and towels are only changed aver other day but it's never been an issue. I've read that money has gone missing from rooms- pay the money and rent a safe it's not that much for your belongings money, passport etc to be secure. No beech towels? I've never expected there to be and have never seen them in any other locations i've stayed in. Noise- yes if you're on the road side you will hear traffic and a bit of noise from the drunken monkey, but when we stayed on that side we slept very well. Amazing place for what you pay ideal location between the strip and the old town, so I certainly will go back again
