Apartments are a reasonable size with a small kitchen and a nice balcony looking over the pool and the beach. Our room wasn't ideal when we arrived but they were very accommodating and moved us to a better room the next day. They had a problem with the laundry so the towels smelled for a couple of days but were fine after a while. No noise from the supermarket beneath the apartments. The road outside was also very quiet. The town is an easy walk and was full of restaurants and a few bars. Perfect location for a gentle holiday or a cycle touring base.

Well designed apartments opposite beach and with private swimming pool. Fantastic location and view , near to a lot of lovely restaurants and general facilities. My only gripe would be the lack of communication from staff , a lot of unknowns (frequency of cleaning for example), staff are there most of the time but not overnight or during very early or late times (after 6pm) . I phoned them on my UK phone a couple of times but it’s an expensive way to get a simple answer. Pool was lovely and beach too no overcrowding. I had a 3 year old child and we arrived just beginning of September which appeared to disturb the general older crowd but if you’re not worried about this then no problem.

We arrived late in the evening of May the 11th, we found our keys waiting in reception for us, the room was a nice size, very clean and cosy for 4 adults.
After our first night we were chatting to Valentina who runs reception and she asked us if we would like a sea view room, we were very happy to upgrade and this came free of charge!
We moved the following day, the room was at the very front of the hotel overlooking the beautiful beach of Puerto Pollensa
On day 2 of being in the new room there was a torrential downpour and the balcony above flooded and found its way into our bedroom, we immediately informed Valentina who sorted everything out she was so apologetic, she arranged a new room for us again with a sea view.
On our last day the manager and owner of the apartments allowed us to use our apartment until the
airport pick up arrived, we were so grateful to have the room on our last day.
The apartments are fab and I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a cosy self catering apartment.

We have just come back from a 10 day holiday at these apartments. Very impressed from start to finish. The major selling point is the location, over the road from the beautiful beach. We spent time at the pool and beach... Backwards and forwards all day with my two daughters. It was perfect. Pool is perfect for my 8 year old and 5 year old. It's not super dooper fancy but it was great for us.
We arrived really early and the lady on reception who is english did her very best to get us in our rooms ASAP... Despite the 3pm check in. We were in our rooms by 12pm.
The apartments are great. Very comfortable and air conditioning was wonderful in August. It was perfect for us 4 but would be a squeeze for any bigger families. We paid extra for a sea view apartment and it was worth it for the view. Ours was apartment 25 and it was lovely. Really had no complaints atall.
If you have a car I would suggest you drive to lidl and get your food. We did not have a car and had to use the spa around the corner which was so expensive. We ate out most nights but had lunch in. I would recommend the beach bar over the road for a nice meal and so easy. The pizza is fab there. My girls loved it.
We booked with on the beach but next time I would book direct either with travel Republic or direct to them. There was an issue with their phone number but they said they were sorting this.
If you want a very fancy luxury apartment then this is not for you. But if you are a family looking for a nice relaxed holiday... Beach over road, restaurants all around and great pool... Then this is the place for you.

The appartments Bellamar are very well located. Just in front of the beach, the view from the balcony is amazing, you can watch the incredible sunrise on Pollensa Bay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The size is good for 2 and had everything you need. The kitchen is little but efficient. The bathroom is nice, good Italian shower. There is and hairdryer. The swimming is nice with chairs and umbrellas to relax. The location is perfect, a 15 minutes walk till all restaurants and shops in the center of peurto de pollensa and enough far yo have some quiet time. You have a couple of little supermarket for food and a couple of bars on the beach.it was out first time and wr will go back for sure, the price is very good for his location and the size of the appartment.
