I was on vacation with my parents from July 25 to August 1. The hotel is nice, and the food is good, but the rooms were not clean. There is a green button in the rooms that, when pressed, should signal the maids to clean the entire room. However, after they cleaned, everything was still the same—dirty floors, stones and sand in the bathroom, and towels that had not been changed. The only thing they did was tighten the bed, which remained dirty. While the service and food were commendable, the cleanliness was a complete disaster.

The staff at the Spa is awful. Super rude and always arguing.
The chairs at the beach are so close to each other that you can barely breathe.
If you have the misfortune of getting into the wrong hotel chairs, you can get in a lot of problems.
We were attacked by neighboring hotel staff.
The food is acceptable and the mood in the pool is nice, even though you have almost no shadows.

Good vacation, good service, great food and drinks. Regarding the hotel, great location near the beach, wifi with extra charge (free only 500mb),clean but the bed linen was not changed at all and the towels only once, regarding the air conditioning in the room it was central air conditioning, the thermostat did not work and it blew all the time only the speed of the fan was adjusted (and now I have a cold because of it) because it blows very badly directly at you, the only drawback is the sunbeds are very close to each other and you have to go much earlier to get a seat,in the restaurant, the floor is quite slippery in the drinks section.
In the end, a well spent vacation.🇲🇰👌

Horrible hotel. Trash service. The staff is very rude and don't respect guests. They don't speak English or any other language except for Turkish. They don't respect other people's culture and religion. They talk back and like to argue to their "guests" that they treat inhumanly. The air conditioning does not work. Especially the people working at the spa are very disrespectful even towards the elderly. Me and my family came here thinking that it would be a nice place because we read the reviews. It wasn't. The food was dry and bland. The toilets are leaking. The extra bed that we asked for was broken. I literally heard one of the staff swear at my mother in Turkish after she said she doesn't speak their language. Certainly do not recommend. DO NOT BRING FAMILY OR FRIENDS. Trust me this place is horrible and a WASTE of money and time. Not a place for humans.

The hotel has a good location, making it easy to walk throughout Kemer.
Pros and Benefits:
1. Hotel one minute from the beach.
2. The beach is clean as well as the sea. There were enough sun loungers, but during peak season this may be a problem.
3. The service is very good, the waiters in the hotel restaurant are very attentive and I want to say a special thank you to the bartender Yusuf and the young guy at the reception, Habil.
4. Drinks are not bad, but could be better.
5. The food is not bad, some are tasty, some are not. Overall I would say 7/10.
6. The hotel itself looks very good, the pictures correspond to reality. The rooms are clean and the hotel itself looks clean and well maintained.
The biggest disadvantage is paid WiFi. Other shortcomings and disadvantages are not so significant. Overall I recommend this hotel. The impression was good.
