Thank you for a great stay at this hotel. I came for a few weeks together with my grandma. In this time I had to extend my stay several times due to unplanned events, and I experienced both standard and deluxe rooms. Overall it is a top notch hotel, modern, spacious rooms(even standard) with all you need, and great views of mountains from balcony on any side of the hotel. Staff is friendly and very helpful, most speak well English. Most importantly, it is a super clean hotel, and it felt nice to never have to worry about finding bugs or hairs or such from other guests when checking in to a new room.
I would like to highlight the heartfelt, great experience of having Claudia as the cleaning lady on 2nd floor. She gave me the warmest welcome and a warmer goodbye. Interactions with her every day gave me such joy.
Also the man with the glasses in the restaurant, gave exceptional service. Especially travelling with food allergies, I highly appreciated his skill and genuine friendliness, he was ready to take care of everything - with a smile. His service was one of the best I have experienced in customer service.
Everything is very close, grocery store Lidl right next door, larger supermarkets and some shopping, along with restaurants, all 1-10 minute walk away. The beach is also quite a short walk away, right above 10 min walk. Bus stop close by. Everything you need.
Only downside I experienced was that due to there being a lot of sports teams visiting this hotel, sometimes it can be noisy on some rooms. Staff was very accomodating in finding a different room if that happened though. Otherwise, it was super quiet, as there are usually mostly pensioners visiting, at least at this time of the year. The hotel in general was quite quiet and nice, not much drunk people or parties aside from music and some fun for people in the bar/cafe for weekends. Never heard noise from this in the rooms however.

The positives..
Lovely relaxing atmosphere! Not far from the beach & Benidorm. Lovely staff throughout. We had no issues with ants or mosquitoes so that was a massive bonus. The hotel and grounds were kept clean at all times! Appreciated that you were not allowed to reserve sun beds (but there was still the odd who kept towels down and went away). The pool area does not open until 10am. There were 3 lifts, very efficient. The rooms were spacious, fridge, kettle and hairdryer provided. Towels provided in the bathroom did get changed daily. Close to all amenities. Beautiful views on the top floors! Did not use the spa, prices are cheaper elsewhere.
The negatives..
- Unfortunately the food was just awful.
- Our bed never got changed the duration of our stay and with a one year old it got messy.
- when the maid did make our bed, she had just thrown the main sheet over the top to hide the crumpled sheets underneath.
- A wedding held on the Saturday closed off the pool area for the reception and photos, no apology was given.
Overall, I would return again.

This was a Christmas break and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the the hotel. Close to all amenities, bus service great, to local towns and beaches. The Spa was very relaxing and refreshing, would recommend a visit. Food was very good, fresh and tasty.

Extreme good value for price
Good location in Albir, everything on walking distance.
Hotel rooms are comfortable and not too small. Also the beds are good.
The breakfast area has some rooms for improvement, its very noise, extremely busy and most of the times one of the four coffee dispensers are not working which results in very long waiting times.
The breakfast area gives more of the impression of a kantine rather than a breakfast area.
Just like everywhere in Albir, mostly elderly people or young families are visiting this hotel.

It's definitely not 4*.
No tea coffe kettle in rooms, no saucers for cups in dining room, fridge door hanging off, no table cloths on tables, staff poker faced, all balconies overlooked by next rooms from all angles, bathroom ok but dated. It's a very good 2*, it's an ok 3*. But definitely not 4*.
But, the hotel design is beautiful, (to look at) inside and out. Gardens are very tasteful but face North so small pool is shaded, not much room. I would stay again but pay extra for room facing pool, the road was noisy all night.
