The hotel is really nice! The best are definitely the staff members 😜 So helpful, kind, smiling, full of energy 👍 Food was great too (the best is dinner for sure) 💯 In my opinion the pool area (swimming pool and the bar) needs some refurbishment to match the rest of the hotel and just expect a little smaller bathroom 😅 the shower is huge but the sink/toilet area is a little small … Overall great hotel

Fabulous hotel, the dinner was some of the best food I’ve ever had. We had a huge room, best in the hotel for a one night stay as our original hotel was over booked. Staff were all lovely, especially Christina and Katerina and the lovely pool bar lady. Spotlessly clean everywhere

Sea was very rough and beach is steeply shelving and rocky, so not ideal if you have kids- I struggled to get out of the sea as an adult and the next day red flags were enforced. Hence the 4 star for location, but not their fault obviously!

The hotel itself and everything about it is amazing. One thing to note however is that if you are coming for a beach holiday the sea can be violent on this side of the coast and I would recommend going more south of the island if you are going specifically to only swim in the sea. The hotel has an amazing pool so if you are not too set on the sea you will not miss out of on swimming.

spent a week there and it was wonderful! the location of the hotel is great, as it is right on the beach and close enough to rethymno which makes a great trip. the rooms were very comfortable, spacious enough (especially bathroom!) and clean.
the hotel is small enough so it's never crowded. not really suitable for small kids because of the rocky entrance and big waves in the sea. the pool is big and gradually deepens up to 3 meters. there are pool floats available in the pool.
there is enough beach umbrellas for everyone and it's free.
the service was impeccable, everyone was very nice and helpful. food was delicious, lots of options, suitable for vegetarians, gluten free options available!

I highly recommend this hotel located in a fabulous location. When you leave the room, you enter the beach. I couldn't rate anything lower than 5 stars. The room - very large, clean, modernly furnished, very hygienic bathroom (cleaned every day by friendly service), a big plus for the terrace with a table and chairs. The food was delicious and very varied - the opportunity to eat in a lodge on the beach - an amazing experience! The pool was very clean and the sunbeds were incredibly comfortable. Everyone from the cleaning service through the reception to the manager was very professional and open to the guests. Everything we asked for was organized. I cannot forget about the pool bar whose location facing the sea moreover the cocktails and drinks served there made you feel very relaxed. It was impossible to be bored. We will definitely go back there.
