Stayed here in June. Studio had a shop like shutter. Buffet food was extremely cheap, however I enjoyed the Greek dishes. The location wasn’t great, area was rather run down. Staff were very friendly and it was great there were two pools with comfy sun loungers.

I had a beautiful birthday and we also celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were amazing.

Beautiful vacation for our family (2 adults and a 6-year-old girl). Lovely rooms (suite), stunning pool, super friendly staff, very clean, and the owner ensures discipline is maintained in the establishment. The food is buffet-style, and there’s always something to find (we’re not picky when on vacation). Of course, this remains a destination for young people, and the music from nearby nightclubs (3-4 km away) plays until 6 AM, but with the windows closed, we didn’t hear anything. The beach is a 10-minute walk away (make sure to turn right, then directly left at the T-junction below the street, and don’t go left), though access isn’t so straightforward because there’s no sidewalk and the cars drive pretty fast. Thanks to everyone for this beautiful vacation.

What a wonderful hotel! Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location not far from the beach and close to the city centre of Malia. Delicious food.

Stayed here for a week the service was amazing they left us food in our room when we got in late our first night. All the bartenders were so lovely and very chatty, the waiters in the restaurant were very efficient, the chefs cooked amazing food every night. They had a good selection of food for every course and themed buffet nights a couple of times throughout the week. There was live music last night which was incredible, the staff got everybody up dancing and having so much fun. The pool there is very clean and very refreshing. The location is perfect as it is half way to the beach and strip yet still close to the old town too. The rooms were perfect and the cleaners did an excellent job. Alex at reception was exceptional and so accommodating, we spoke to the manager at one point and he allowed us to keep using the all inclusive facilities throughout our last day as we had a late flight. There were a couple of rowdy English boys being stupid and acting like eejit an and being too drunk but the staff handled them perfectly and didn’t allow them to ruin any bodies holiday. All in all and absolutely impeccable hotel, could not recommend them enough.
