I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights mid December.
I already knew the hotel from previous visits but had never stayed there.
Check in was friendly. James? I think was the guy. Spanish guy but with the best British accent :) definitely did his best to welcome and give all of the information.
I had a nice room on the top floor facing the mountains but even though the busy street is below the room was still quiet at night.
Only had breakfast at the hotel and was able to choose from 2 breakfast locations.Tried both but decided to stick with the quieter one at the corner bar.
The pool area is nice and seems to have enough sunbeds etc. The way the hotel is built some areas don’t get sunlight all day, especially towards the evening. Also no sea view (sunset ) from the pools etc
All in all a nice place to relax. I didn’t watch any of the entertainment so can’t comment on this.
Although there are lifts / ramps etc there are A LOT of stairs. Also to get from some spaces it is also necessary to change lifts.

Although there are lifts and ramps for disabled people most areas have steps and would suggest that if you have issues with walking then I wouldn’t advise the Princess Inspire due to its actual location and its layout. That said our holiday was good but warn that the annex building that faces the main pool ( 3 pools in total) does not get any sunshine at all but the rooms are very clean with all the necessary equipment, comfy beds and pillows. Food is to a good standard with breakfast having virtually everything you could want, dinner choices in the Food Market were limited but always had options including steaks, chicken, pork , beef and recently added turkey. 3 main bars with waiters including the Lyon and One bar plus 1999 Cocktail bar that also serves snack food. Staff on reception were exceptional and all staff that cleaned or served were pleasant, smiling and well presented. You could engage in day time activities and evening entertainment was mostly fine. During summer acts performed on big stage by the main pool and in winter months acts performed inside the Lyon Bar and were beamed across the hotel facade for all to see. All in all a decent hotel, good staff and good standards throughout.

We stayed here last week. The first impression was that the hotel was spotless. Check-in was quick, and the member of staff was very helpful. Sorry I didn't catch his name. We were on the fifth floor overlooking the pool, which was nice. The room was spacious and very modern. The room was kept clean, and towels changed every day. The buffet restaurant had plenty to choose from. The only thing I would say was sometimes the food wasn't hot enough, albeit it was very tasty. The staff is very friendly and efficient. There were plenty of activities during the day. The entertainment at night was good and the bar staff was very friendly. We were at your sister hotel 2 years ago which was excellent, but we can say we will be back at Inspire Princess. Thank you and your staff for making our holiday memorable.

One of my best holidays!
Staff were all so nice and polite, the hotel was fantastic, it was recently refurbished so it looks very new, clean and comfortable. It’s an adults only hotel, which provided some nice and relaxing days.
Going with AI we had great choice of food in their restaurants and bars and drinks plenty, refreshing and delicious.
Will definitely go back! ☺️

**Short Summary:** This hotel is a beautiful, well-managed, and clean adults-only retreat, perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of South Tenerife.
**What I Loved:**
- **Stunning Aesthetics:** The hotel is visually impressive both inside and out. Check out the photos!
- **Exceptional Cleanliness:** This is likely the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's common to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons or polishing handrails.
- **Efficiency:** The hotel's operations are highly organized, with staff using radios to communicate swiftly. This means minimal waiting for service; if one staff member can’t assist, they’ll quickly connect you with someone who can.
- **User-Friendly Mobile App:** The app for reserving sun loungers eliminates the usual chaos of claiming a spot. You can book your lounger a day in advance, ensuring availability at any time. After noon, any unclaimed loungers are up for grabs, so just keep your towel on the bed when you go to lunch.
I believe the app could be expanded to allow ordering drinks directly to your table or lounger, enhancing convenience, although having waitstaff come around is great.
**Minor Critiques:**
- The air conditioning could be colder; it feels more like a cool fan. It’s refreshing when you first enter, but the room can warm up quickly.
- I’d love to see more cozy spots to unwind in the evenings and additional seating on the roof terraces.
We stayed in a top-floor standard room with a mountain view and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodations, despite initial nerves from reviews focusing on the upgraded Essensia rooms.
