This place is well run and maintained, great staff, geared up to look after people from all demographics but especially families with small children. Brilliant. We’ll be back for sure. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and well run. Everyone we spoke with was helpful. And we met plenty of other people who were returning guests, I can see why. Special thanks to the cleaning staff, breakfast staff at both venues and the staff by the family pool and in soft play. Well done to you all, bravo.

I travelled here with my wife and 1 year old daughter and it has been by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the service from every single member of staff so consistent across the hotel, the quality of food and the amount of different options was the same every night. The amount of things to do for entertainment for both me and my wife and also my daughter was amazing. I honestly could not speak highly enough of this hotel it delivered double the amount of my expectations and I would and will 100% return back here.

Amazing hotel especially for families. Our second time in less than a year and it won’t be our last. Amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. Guest relations surprised my partner with a wonderful cake and decorated the room for his birthday anywhere else you would need to request a birthday plate but this hotel goes above and beyond for their guests. Fantastic offering for breakfast with 3 dining room options to choose from. Rooms are fantastic. If travelling with an infant I highly recommend the baby kit you can rent for the week which includes high chair, changing table, food prep machine, stroller, steriliser to name but a few this takes the hassle out of packing for a younger child. The Italian restaurant on site is fantastic offering authentic dishes.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in early November with my wife and our 7-month-old baby. While the hotel is certainly family-friendly—providing a baby kit in the room with essentials like a sterilizer, changing mat, baby bath, and bottle warmer for a small fee—the experience was unfortunately let down by poor cleanliness and an even poorer response from the hotel.
To start, the bins in our room weren’t emptied for two days, meaning they became filled with used baby nappies. When I tried calling reception to request they be emptied, I couldn’t get through due to an issue with our room phone. I ended up going down to reception in person to have this sorted.
Adding to the disappointment, our room was infested with ants. When I brought this up with the hotel staff, their response was to tell us not to have food in the room—despite the fact that we had none. Being blamed without any investigation is disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber.
Ultimately, I had to go to a supermarket to buy cleaning supplies to handle the issues myself. For a 5-star hotel, this level of cleanliness and service is simply unacceptable.

Our experience at this hotel was first class from start to finish. From the Bell-Boy to the pool and towel staff we were made to feel very welcome. The room was fantastic with well built furnishings and high class bathroom facilities. We will be booking again but for longer next time.
