We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is modern and beautifully designed. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights was the food—both breakfast and dinner offered a great selection of delicious local dishes, which we truly enjoyed. The hotel also puts a strong emphasis on sustainability, with filtered water stations available throughout the property and initiatives to reduce water waste and minimize waste production.
For families, the kids’ program is excellent! Our children especially loved the mini disco (with Imara ❤️) in the evenings—it was definitely the highlight of their stay.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would love to return! Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff especially Daniel (bar/restaurant) The hotel was really clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool and landscaped area surrounding it. 10 min walk to beach and easy access with buggy.
We opted for half board and food was buffet style (we didn’t use sit down restaurant as we had a small child and it was really good and had a great selection with some daily variety.
Overall we were really impressed and would want to come and stay again.

Irena on reception is a lovely lady and will help you out with anything. 3 of the bar staff, Joel, Daniel and Robert (Bob) always happy and make the best drinks. Had a great laugh with them. Restaurant was good with plenty of choice, strange though how no beans or sausages. The credit system is awesome except we have got €350 left to use in 2 days... So could be a few free drinks flying around tomorrow (our last day) lovely heated pool and plenty of sunbeds. Overall an enjoyable 25 night's so much that we have booked again for next January.

Me and my partner had a very enjoyable 7 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean with staff regularly brushing / sweeping / washing down areas. The pools and the areas surrounding them were all immaculate and the sunbeds were of good quality with plenty available each day. The grounds of the hotel are also very nice with lots of nice plants and flowers making it very pleasant on the eye.
We stayed half board and had €27 each per day to spend on food and drink at the hotel, which was a great initiative. The allowance rolled over if you didn’t spend it all in one day. We had food at the poolside bar which was nice and drinks from the main hotel bar which were also very nice. This is also a good area to sit and relax in the evening, often there is live music on.
We had breakfast at the hotel each morning and found there to be a really good variety and selection of food, and it was good quality. The restaurant was nice and modern and a nice place to enjoy breakfast.
We used the on-site sauna and spa which was a nice experience, we found it to be a good facility that was very clean but you have to pay extra for this. There is an onsite gym which has two bikes, one treadmill, a cross trainer, a rowing machine and some weight machines. The gym was always clean and tidy.
We found the hotel to be in a good location for what we needed. At the bottom of the road you turn right for Playa Blanca, which is around a 10-15 minute walk with lots of bars and restaurants, or go left to the harbour area which was a bit more expensive but is really beautiful.
Our room was nice and clean - the only thing we found a bit uncomfortable was that it is one big room. The doors for the toilet and shower do not reach the ceiling, so you can hear everything. And the glass is glazed but you can still see the other person.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

To caveat the 1 star review, the rooms, pools, facilities and entertainment staff were lovely.
However, the manager was so obnoxious that we cut short our trip. He interrupted our breakfast with our 3 year old and 10 month old children, putting a wet dishcloth down in front of me and telling me to clean up after our son before walking away. My husband was appalled at the interaction and approached the man who we didnt know if he was a hotel guest or staff to explain to him that we had wet wipes in our bag and would of course clean up once we were finished eating. He declined to acknowledge that he was in the wrong either in his method (or lack of) communication and in making the assumption that we wouldn't clean up when we were finished our breakfast before leaving the table. He went on to describe the way our baby was eating as 'not normal' and 'disrespectful'. I completely acknowledge that there was yoghurt on my son's face and the high chair but anyone who has a 10 month old child will know that mess accompanies meals but it is very easily cleaned up with a few wipes. We are always very careful to leave every table and surrounds exactly as we found them. Also to clarify, we were not letting our child self-feed in a packed restaurant where he was disturbing other guests - this happened before 8am when the huge buffet dining room in this 'family hotel' was not near full and the couple sitting close by had been smiling over and talking to our son.
After getting no adequate response from the man, my husband asked where he could make a complaint and the man replied that he could complain to him as he was the manager. He eventually got the name of a lady in guest relations who was understanding but unfortunately she couldn't do anything as the complaint was in relation to her boss.
Despite the hassle of booking a new hotel and moving our family and luggage mid holiday we decided it was worth it as we have never felt so judged, unwelcome or disrespected in any establishment since having children.
Overall, a huge disappointment where our stay in this lovely modern hotel was completely ruined by its obnoxious old school management.
