Room was quite small, with no tea or coffee making facilities. Air conditioning valves were noisy, not good if you are a light sleeper. Limited staff at reception & bar. The staff don't allow guests to collect bikes from the secure lockup without being accompanied which then take staff away from reception. The outdoor area is very spacious with plenty of swimming pools. The restaurant can be very busy with families & dogs. The optional Brazilian restaurant which is open 2 nights a week is superb with a great choice of tasty fish & meats. The staff in this restaurant were very friendly & generous with the food portions. Lunch is only available by pre- order & food selection is limited & poor. The points card payment system is a good idea, although bar prices are quite high. Staff communication could be better. Not really 4 star in my opinion.

Lovely 5 night stay at MYND Yaiza. Situated in a good location with easy access to local shops and bars and a 5 minute walk from the beach. We stayed half board and it was a good choice, food for breakfast and evening meal were of good quality with a good selection available. Our room was modern, with a comfortable bed and a shower. The hotel overall looks Modern and very clean. Lots of pools with a good kids and family area for those with children. Would definitely return with our grandson. Nice lobby with bar and a pool bar too with a good selection of drinks. Staff were all friendly and nothing was a problem. Will definitely stay here again when in Lanzarote 😊👍🏻

Lovely hotel. Located pretty central. Rooms were pretty noisy so you could hear the neighbors pretty well. Maybe because we were in a family room with a door between the two rooms. Rooms were clean and were cleaned regularly. Breakfast was okay. Dinner was not our cup of tea. We ate outside of the hotel most nights (but thats our preference as we like local food). The cocktails are amazing. Gym was okay. Lovely people working at the hotel. Lunch at the poolbar is also nice, but it has a simple menu. So after a few days it gets boring. Loved our stay and would recommend when visiting Lanzarote.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything from the room to the location are excelent. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The relax zone is perfect for unwinding and forgetting the stresses of life. I have stayed at Mynd 3 times in the last 12 months and am looking forward to making my next booking.

We spent 1 week here. Very good complex. It has a family zone and and adult zone. Plenty of sunbeds. Daily activities for children and adults. Big thank you to Victor (no.1) and bar man Marcus for our Cocktail making class which we enjoyed very much (it was a free activity) Buffet breakfast everyday was excellent, plenty of choice. Room very clean and modern. We opted for the cleaning programme where we got credit to use at the bar for drinks for each day we didn't want our room cleaned. Location was excellent. Max 10 min walk to the beach front and then another 10min to old town and Marina. Good restaurants near by. And supermarket at the end of the road to the hotel (3min walk)
