Lovely hotel in a great location, right next to the beach and within walking distance of lots of eating places and shops.
We were very happy with our room and its facilities.
The breakfast buffet was fabulous, staff were great and it had a great variety.
Our only comment would be that it’s a shame there isn’t really a bar/lounge area open in the evening that you could use to have a couple of drinks and perhaps meet friends.
The pool bar closed at 6 pm and we weren’t impressed with the Blue17 restaurant/bar which we used on one occasion. The service was extremely slow. We waited an age to be seated, then waited again for menus, waited again to order. We were there for nearly 2 hours and only had 1 drink each and a main course!

Very nice hotel. Staff really friendly. Stayed for two days used relaxing spa and had a very energising deep tissue massage. We loved the suite the comfortable beds and the rich breakfast. The nice view into the atlantic as well as the professionally made cocktails in the evening. Only flaw is the stuttering tv reception hence 4* on room. Wont stopping us from staying here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Service from Claudia J!
My wife and I recently visited the 17th-floor bar at the Grand Hotel in Arrecife, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible service from Claudia J. She is a beautiful, kind, and professional woman who made our evening truly special. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that made us feel completely at ease.
Claudia’s attention to detail and care were second to none — she made sure everything was perfect for us. Her charm and professionalism truly elevated our experience, and it’s safe to say she was the highlight of our visit.
We almost decided to come back the very next night just because of her! If you visit the Grand Hotel, don’t miss the 17th-floor bar — and definitely ask for Claudia J. She’s a true five-star gem! 🌟

This is not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3.5.
Rooms are clean but need refreshments. The room safe was not working so reported it but was never fixed.
The Sun terrace is nice but not enough sun beds given the numbers of customers.
The level 17 bar is nice but under staffed, shame on you general manager for putting your staff under stress. Those waiting staff were great but let down customers because of staff levels.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want a 5 star experience.

Best point of hotel is the spacious rooms with great views. Nice welcome comfortable checkin with a cava. Arriveffe is a working Spanish town which is rather run down not many nice restaurants to eat. We were half board which is in the buffet restaurant we are not big fans of buffet food but this one was not too noisy and nice food changed daily. Shame you could nit get a credit to eat in the other hotel alacarte resturants. Blue 17 bar on 17th floor great views and live music in the evening short staffed so they were stressed and long waits. In the day we went for lunch but renovations meant all we could hear was drilling and banging so left. Limited outside sunbeds but nice inside bar areas with good views. Overall nice hotel in not such a good area. Short staffed so service was poor for a 5 star hotel . Best food was at the end of the pier next to hotel with great view and superb seafood. Called islite de Fermina shame you can’t sunbathe there on great Freeform pool
