Our stay at Grand Sirenis was absolutely beautiful — the kind of trip that fills your heart with gratitude and memories you’ll cherish for years to come. What made it especially wonderful was how much my kids enjoyed every single day. Seeing their smiles, laughter, and excitement made this vacation truly unforgettable for our whole family.
One of the things I love most about this resort is that there’s something for everyone. The kids were thrilled to swim with the dolphins right on-site — such a magical experience! The gym was spotless, well-maintained, and had excellent equipment, which I really appreciated. And the spa… truly out of this world! I took my daughter for a little mother-daughter spa afternoon, and we were pampered so beautifully. If you have the chance, do the hydrotherapy session — it’s the most relaxing, rejuvenating experience. I loved it so much, I went back three times!
For families, the kids club is such a thoughtful feature. It’s wonderful to have a safe, fun place to drop off the little ones if you need some “me time.” They have activities every hour, and the staff are so kind and engaging. My daughter isn’t quite old enough yet, but I loved that they also have a teen zone where older kids can hang out, play games, and make new friends.
We met so many incredible people who made our experience extra special. I want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Paula, our personal concierge, for her kindness, quick responses, and dedication. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and we appreciated her so much.
To the amazing waitstaff — Sandra, Marcel, and Omar — thank you for taking such good care of us. We were lucky to have Sandra serve us three times, and each time she made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Marcel holds a special place in our hearts — he remembered us from seven years ago, and it meant so much to reconnect with him and start our mornings with his warm, friendly service at breakfast. Omar also took wonderful care of us at the breakfast Lobby buffet, always greeting us with a smile and great energy.
A special thank-you as well to Cecilio Hernández Torres, who led the bike tour I joined. He was so attentive and ensured everyone felt safe and comfortable. His knowledge, kindness, and enthusiasm made the tour both fun and memorable.
We are so grateful to everyone at Grand Sirenis for making our family vacation so special. It’s clear that the people here truly care about their guests. We left with full hearts, and we can’t wait to return one day soon.

We had such an amazing stay! The staff honestly couldn’t do enough for us – everyone was so friendly and helpful the whole time. Our room was super clean, well-kept, and got a proper tidy-up every single day, which made it feel really fresh and comfortable.
We tried a bunch of the restaurants and every meal was great – no bad experiences at all! The food was always tasty and there was plenty of choice. The drinks were just as good.
Overall, everything about this trip was easy, relaxing, and fun. We’re already talking about coming back because we enjoyed it that much!

This was our first time in Mexico for me and my wife, and although we could only stay for a week due to work commitments, we had an absolutely amazing time. In fact, we’ve already started looking at re-booking for next year!
The staff were all polite, friendly, and genuinely happy to help, which made us feel really looked after throughout our stay. The resort itself is large with excellent facilities – you can either enjoy a stroll or use the convenient shuttle service to get around.
The food options were fantastic, with so much variety. My wife has a gluten allergy and the staff and chefs went out of their way to accommodate her, which made dining stress-free and enjoyable.
There are plenty of pools (two with swim-up bars serving premium spirits included in the all-inclusive package), and never any issue finding a lounger to relax on. Our room was spacious and comfortable – we had two double beds which the staff kindly pushed together for us, giving us even more space.
We were also lucky enough to be there for Mexican Independence Day and had such a fun time at the celebrations. A special mention to Eric and Giselle, who were fantastic hosts and made the party extra memorable.
Overall, this was a true 5-star experience that we would highly recommend for both couples and families. Can’t wait to come back!

I have been an Ultimate Leisure Club member for some time, and this was unfortunately the most disappointing vacation I have experienced with them. It took considerable effort to plan this trip, especially since I recently gave birth and needed to coordinate schedules with my parents and sisters.
When we first arrived at the resort, the check-in process was very disorganized. No concierge available. The staff member handling our arrival confused us with another group of guests, which resulted in nearly an hour of waiting just to check in. In addition, our towel cards and dinner schedule were not provided until the second day of our stay.
Prior to our arrival, I had specifically inquired about the availability of distilled water for my one-year-old daughter, who has a sensitive stomach. We were assured by our concierge that distilled water could be purchased at the resort, which led me to trust the information and not bring heavy gallons of water for our five-day stay. Upon arrival, however, there was NO distilled water available. As a result, my baby developed diarrhea, lost her appetite, and became sick, and I spent much of the trip confined to our room caring for her instead of enjoying our vacation.
Other requests made well in advance were also not honored. I had asked for three ground-floor rooms close together for my elderly parents and my sister with young children. Instead, our rooms were scattered, with my parents placed upstairs and no cribs provided in our room. Some rooms had incorrect bed arrangements as well.
The condition of the rooms themselves was also disappointing. Our room had two cockroaches. My sister’s room smelled bad and, after requesting a transfer, the replacement room had opened water bottles and stained bed sheets.
On top of this, our concierge had arranged a surprise room decoration for my husband’s birthday. I was instructed to keep him out of the room between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to allow staff to prepare it. When I went to the ULC office around 5:30 p.m. to check if it was ready, I was told no one had informed them about the decoration but that it would be ready by 5:45 p.m. The entire arrangement felt very unorganized and stressful.
I feel embarrassed for my sister’s experience because I had personally assured her that the service here was amazing and encouraged her to come. She was originally interested in becoming a member, but after this stay she has decided not to pursue membership.
Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from ULC. I truly hope management takes these issues seriously so future guests can receive the level of service promised.

Beautiful hotel, lots of wildlife. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Night shows are really great. Never made it to the disco because it’s so far but a few staff told us that no one even really goes there. Not much nightlife. Food at the restaurants and buffet were really good. The drinks were pretty disappointing. Was so hard to find any that we actually wanted to drink. They don’t use real fruit or real fruit juice, just syrup so, not great. Even fake syrup at the Health bar.
Extremely difficult to book reservations at the restaurants. We tried to do it immediately when we got there but you can only reserve before 3 PM. We tried the next day to book for the rest of the week and only two restaurants were available. All the rest were already booked out. Pretty disappointing but we did walk into a couple of restaurants and they allowed us to sit down.
Definitely get a reservation for Carnal, it’s awesome. Mediterranean restaurant was also delicious. Asian restaurant was good but not a need to go to one.
Also it is full of almost solely British people. Maybe a couple Hispanics and a couple Americans. Was not expecting that.
The two big pools with the swim bars are huge and nice. Lots of seating outside. The quiet/relaxing pool is great. I worked from my laptop in there. One thing that was not great was that there’s not much music throughout the day at the pools. Only for a few hours every so often. Not like most other all inclusives. Also if you are thinking you will be listening to Spanish music since you are in Mexico, you are wrong. Almost all the music is an English which again was disappointing. I’m guessing it’s because of so many British people.
Beach is very pretty and there are lots of fish.
