Lovely clean and modern hotel.
Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of breakfast choice. Great location in middle of the strip and old town. Only downside if it is a downside is the lifts were a bit slow especially at busy times but who’s in a rush on holiday.
Rooms serviced every day and we had bedding changed half way through a 5 day stay. Load your key card with some euros and spend on food and drinks around the pool at discounted prices. Great idea. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We spent a very enjoyable week at the hotel, we only did B+B as we like to eat at local businesses. The quality of breakfasts was good with the usual dishes, you could make up your own full English if you wanted, and as much as you wanted. From pastries, breads, fruit, cereals, yogurts, cakes, something for everyone. Friendly helpful staff clearing tables and setting fresh. Our room was a real surprise, very spacious, king sized bed, sofa bed, fridge, enough sockets for electric (only just) but in good positions, smart tv, bathroom had large wash basin, jacuzzi bath and shower. Our balcony was bigger than our room with sunbeds one those day beds umbrella. We don't know why but we were upgraded on arrival, which was a great surprise. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

First off... why allow smoking
Rooms were OK, had problem with shower not draining twice, they just sent housekeeping- no maintenance.
Desk staff are so uninterested it's unreal.
Guy at the bar is so outbof his depth when it's busy.
Location is fantastic, pool area good

Hotel good rooms excellent. Pool area bit tacky with artificial grass .bar service good .excellent location.lets it down with food very limited choice for dinner but you can get by with it but wouldn't say 4 star on food .breakfast ok but have to ask each morning to get chef out of kitchen for omelette and fried egs/pancakes these were excellent and hot . Had to tell restaurant staff about bacon and sausage being cold and undercooked. Chef did look under pressure like he hadn't time to come out of kitchen maybe under staffed in that area not sure.We did have an issue with Jet2 no cases still in uk not hotels fault but reception staff were very understanding and helpful thank you. Entertainment good when on .

Our initial impressions of the hotel in Benidorm were very positive. The property looked great upon arrival, and the reception area was welcoming with a friendly staff. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.
However, our experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, we were disappointed to find no parking available in the hotel car park, despite the website indicating that parking could be requested upon arrival. This caused some inconvenience as we had to find alternative parking options.
Upon entering our room, we were initially impressed by its appearance. It seemed well-decorated and comfortable. Unfortunately, after unpacking and resting from our drive, we noticed it was very warm. My husband tried to adjust the air conditioning but couldn't get it to work. We informed the receptionist on our way out to explore the town, and they assured us someone would look into it.
While we waited, we enjoyed a drink by the pool. Before heading into town, we checked back at reception and were informed that the air conditioning was indeed broken. They offered to move us to another room two floors higher. Although it felt inconvenient to pack up and move again, we agreed because the room was too warm to sleep in. My husband requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience, and the hotel kindly offered us a free dinner, which we accepted.
We changed rooms before going out and later went to the hotel restaurant for the complimentary dinner. Unfortunately, the food quality was quite poor, resembling that of a subpar school canteen. The fish was dry, and overall, the meal was disappointing. However, since it was a gesture from the hotel, we did not complain and expressed our gratitude.
The issues didn't end there. Upon returning to our new room later that night, we noticed the light was flickering on and off. To our horror, we encountered a cockroach in the bathroom on the 9th floor. As a result, we avoided using our room's bathroom for the rest of the evening, opting to use the lobby facilities instead.
We mentioned the cockroach incident to the receptionist upon checkout but were met with disbelief and no offer of compensation for the additional inconvenience we experienced.
In summary, while the hotel has potential with its great location and initial appearance, our stay was significantly impacted by the lack of parking, malfunctioning air conditioning, poor-quality complimentary dinner, and the cockroach issue. The hotel management should address these issues to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for future guests.
