Fantastic hotel and very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean and rooms were cleaned every day. We had a large family room which was big and enough room for the four of us. There is plenty to choose from in the restaurant for meals with different themes in an evening. If you want to venture out into town you can get a short taxi ride (5 mins) to all the shops and bars. A fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend staying here.

I can speak 4 languages and my mother language is Turkish, at restaurant hasan the waiter showed up and did not asker for permission he said i am going to chare beer on your table your friend brought you wine glass bla bla. And at the same time I am having time with family never again here, and hasan my friend and food and beverage manager of this hotel I am sorry but you need to ask for permission to ruin our family dinner even if there is a big problem. I will never forget my experience and will tell it my friends. It's a good hotel very good location but waiters ruin your dinner. -100 star never again, otherwise say hi to hasan and bar crew they are ready to ruin your night katastrophe now wider hier

The hotel is not that bad location-wise, but the food at breakfast is terrible. They serve leftovers from dinner, and the other meals aren't much better. The snack bar actually has better food than the "restaurant". Also, the swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, were so cold that it was impossible to swim. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Nice fairly small hotel. Never a problem getting sunbeds even in peak season. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Up in the mountains above Oludenniz so a £5 taxi to get to the two local towns. Breakfast was awful, eggs incinerated, rarely fresh yoghurt, bread rolls but no croissants. Other meals were fairly good but would have been better if they'd mixed it up a bit with themes like Chinese/Turkish night, Seas are clear but hardly any fish so not great for snorkeling. Went out for a couple of nice meals. Around £100 to £120 for four people. Good holiday, rooms spacious, staff fantastic, relaxing but Turkey has become so expensive

Rooms are small but big enough. That's the only negative issue I can find. Absolutely delicious food, restaurant style, so cooked to order. Service outstanding and all-inclusive drink menu expansive. Drinks served to you on the beach while reclining on your thick cushioned sun lounger. Even free to use air beds for the water. Beach is sand, so easy on the feet, and is private, so there is no need to find a bed early in the morning. The bazaar is 15mns walk and local buses are many and cheap. What is there not to like? Please don't all book as I want to go back ASAP!

Enjoyed my stay here with my partner, she is beautiful. So far, the best place we’ve stayed in Turkey. Pros: Great location, staff are lovely, food was good - especially breakfast. A bit let down by the laundry prices as they were quite expensive - I ended up choosing to hand wash my clothes because I couldn’t justify the price. Gym facilities were good and open at reasonable hours so that I could get my pump on in the morning. Wasn’t great though that we were not provided with free water and that it was only for the “all-inclusive” patrons. Rooms were neat but old and cheap materials. The TV was tiny and had terrible reception. We encountered a ‘relationship breaking’ scent as last night a powerful gust of smell blasted into our room (my partner assures me it wasn’t her), and left us feeling rather uncomfortable. This not so long after a plumbing mishap - please be sure to double check that the toilet actually flushed after use. To sum it up, good stay, would stay again if back in Turkey if I had to. Thanks for the rides staff members 😊

I recently stayed at The Beachfront Hotel, and I must say, the service was exceptional. The staff was cohesive, helpful, and incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming, almost familial atmosphere. Their warmth and kindness make you want to return again and again. We had the best vacation there and will definitely be back. The food was delicious, and the location couldn't be better—right by the sea. We highly recommend The Beachfront Hotel to anyone looking to experience a blissful atmosphere of relaxation. The evenings with live music are magical, and the hotel spa is the perfect complement to the chill vibe.

I fell in love with this place.. it’s close to everything, overlooking the beach from the room and just two steps away from it.. it’s close to all the nice restaurants which makes night life just around the corner.. i highly recommend! The staff were very friendly and nice and I would visit them again for sure!

Just back from club tuana, and it had exceeded my exceptions from the minute we checked until we left, we got upgraded to the attic room in the lagoon rooms. It was a gorgeous room with the sun been on the balcony all day. I felt the staff were always happy and eager to help you and friendly to us during our stay. They really did go out of there way to make myself feel comfortable. Hasan in the lagoon bar made the best cocktails and Mimi was so lovely from the main bar. Ali from the main bar floor always made sure we had drinks all the time. The selection of food in both the main restaurant and snack bar was really good. It was lovely and peaceful stay, we enjoyed the entertainment at night time. The disco bar was really fun too! We booked a boat tour 7 islands from the hotel and it was so much fun. We got to swim at 3 stops and the staff were so lovely. I really couldn't fault this hotel at all. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome, all inclusive is the way to go!

We’re just back from the hotel and we had a lovely time. We stayed in the family room which was modern, had two separate rooms and were both fully air conditioned. They have a mini bar in the room which they fill at the start of your stay, we just refilled it ourselves using freely available bottles of water from the restaurant. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel is about 30mins drive from Fethiye, you can get there by a bus which runs from very early in the morning until about 11pm. The bus operates every 15mins and costs about £1 per person. If you’d prefer a taxi the taxi rank is at the main gate, costs about 650 Lira (about £15) and the taxis all have metres. The food was excellent, we got a wee bit fed up close to the end of our stay but this is expected with buffet dinners. The pool was lovely and entertainment staff made a massive effort to keep everyone enjoying their stay. You need to get up early to grab the sun lodgers. The views from the hotel were gorgeous. The hotel has a family zoo on site, personally I would like them to close this down. I’m not a fan of small enclosures for animals like this. Overall, we had a really great stay and would recommend it to couples and families looking for a peaceful holiday. I’d recommend staying away from the shopping mall. The staff are unfriendly and the prices are ridiculous. There’s a small shop close to the main entrance which was much more reasonable.

Was here last week as a surprise gift for my mam's 60th birthday and it was so perfect for us both. Lagoon rooms are fabulous, food is lovely, staff are hardworking and polite, entertainment team are fabulous, décor is beautiful. Already planning next year's trip! Also a special mention, Sila at the Lagoon bar who took care of every single one of the many many drinks we ordered! A hard working girl who greets everyone with a smile. Thanks again!

I did not enjoy my stay. They give you ONE key per room. Curtains in MULTIPLE rooms were TOO DUSTY to sleep beside, and that’s where they set up additional single beds. The phone in our room was unplugged and no one did anything about it despite us calling once and going to the desk another time. We just made do with no access to a phone. WiFi throughout the property was super spotty, and mobile data reception was even worse. There are many surprise paid items all over the place, including fresh juices and other food items even AT THE BUFFET, and ALL arcade games are also paid in and around the kiosk they call a “mall”. FALSE SUSTAINABILITY PROMISE: There is a huge dependence on single use plastic. It’s so excessive and unnecessary, to the point of using plastic cups even in place of bathroom glasses. There is also no evidence of any recycling being done at all. There’s also a “bird paradise” section that is just a caged bird exhibit. So sad to see. Also, super overcrowded with families. Not neurodivergent friendly AT ALL. If you come, come armed with earplugs. You will need them everywhere. No quiet spots. Food is just BARELY ok. Some days, there was nothing even edible in the buffet. I stopped eating anything on the premises after 3 days of experiencing poor digestion from unappetizing food. Pros: decent gym, good cabanas for rent, decent beach, nice guest relations lady, housekeepers, and groundskeepers. Stressful vacation. I WOULD NOT RETURN.

This is family run and I've been going for the past 6 years approx. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I had a health issue and I was looked after. I love coming here and will keep coming until I get to the point I can't until physically get a carer or anyone to help me. Thankyou all very much. Back from a week staying here. Yes the rooms are basic and dated but it was a cheap holiday and we didn't expect 5* rooms. The location was amazing in old town but not too far from the heart of it all. Lovely grounds, pool lovely, balcony nice and big with stunning 360 views. Food lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if looking for a cheap basic place to rest my head .

This place is a hidden gem Rooms are very basic and older but definitely acceptable. Staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Pool is spotless and loads of sunbeds at all times. The reception girl goes out of her way for everyone. The nearest restaurant is a family run place with amazing food and vibes. I'd come again for sure. Cheap and cheerful what more could you want.

This review is not designed to slate the hotel, but to be open and honest so as potential guests can make their own minds up before making a booking. Let me start with the positives; the backdrop scenery (from a the upper floors) is stunning. The swimming pool is lovely. The staff work hard and are always pleasant. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweigh the positives. The rooms are very basic and in need of renovation and maintenance. Our shower enclosure was just about held together by a 4 inch screw. The balcony door lock was broke and despite reporting on Day1, was never fixed. The fridge interior looked like someone had been smoking 24 cigarettes a day in it for a number of years. In the week we stayed the room wasn't cleaned once or the towels changed. That's not great by anyone's standards. A couple of other things worth noting. Toilet roll does not come as standard. Use your allocation of one and they charge 10 TR per roll - that is a pisstake! Air Con is £60 extra per week - if you're staying here in the hot months, you'll need it. Finally, be aware there is a mosque in the near vicinity. Expect to awoken at 5am for morning prayer. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this 'hotel'. I would also recommend that UK tour operators that approve this hotel have a look in the mirror and ask yourself, 'is this what our customers really want?'

For the price we paid we were pleasantly surprised with Sunshine Holiday Resort Hotel after seeing previous reviews. It is definitely a 'you get what you pay for' place and we were happy enough. All staff were extremely friendly and showed great service throughout our stay, going above and beyond. The food was just standard all inclusive food really. We always found something we could eat. They did a nice all inclusive cocktail.. just ask for the special cocktail! They did put rather a big amount of vodka in so do be careful 😉. Rooms and some areas could do with a bit of an update (ours had a leaky shower and the balcony doors didnt fully lock) but it wasn't anything too major, we were only there to sleep in the rooms and wash so it didn't matter to us much. The pool area was good. The location, although seeming far out was only around £4 to Hisarono and the hotel had daily shuttle buses at 11am til 4pm to go to the beach, with several little beaches just a short walk along. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Holiday Resort.

This is on behalf of my daughter who is there at the moment. - wishing she was anywhere but there. When we arrived we immediately had to change rooms as the first room was dirty, unsafe due to wires hanging out from under the phone in the bathroom and just disgusting. The key then wouldn’t work on the new room, the attitude of the woman on reception was disgusting. We eventually had to be given an actual key instead of a card key as the mechanism is broken on the door. Due to the lock not working on our room door, and the hotel having to give us an actual key and not a key card, the key then snapped in the lock. When my daughter went to reception to inform them that the key had snapped in the lock, they told her that it was our fault and we have to pay 220 pounds to get back into the room. The attitude of the woman on reception was absolutely disgusting. I then stepped in and refused to pay anything as it is not our fault that the key snapped. The woman then gave me an absolutely disgusting attitude saying she had done a lot for me to try and make me happy that she didn’t need to do. To which my reply was, well if this hotel wasn’t so awful, none of it would’ve had to be done in the first place. I informed her that her technician had told us that the lock was faulty and that was why we had to have a physical key and not a key card. A man from the hotel, Rohan, not sure if I’m spelling that right, stepped in as it was getting very heated. He then said to come back tomorrow and speak to Zara the manager as there are no managers in the hotel in the night. He then let us in our room and gave us a different key. I am absolutely disgusted by how rude the staff are at this hotel. I have never known anything like it. They stand there staring at you, making faces, laughing and talk in Turkish. All night all there’s been is people complaining to reception on how bad the hotel is, how they haven’t got the swim up room that they’ve paid for etc whatever you do, do NOT come to this nightmare of a hotel. The room is absolutely disgusting. The chair for the desk is covered in stains, the sheets are covered in stains, the toilet paper holder is broken, the shower is broken, wires hanging from the phone in the bathroom, the whole room is just absolutely disgusting. My daughter couldn’t sleep in the single bed as when she rolled over, the bed toppled. Absolutely ridiculous. The slides are not open - not been able to use them for the last 5 days and they keep saying, tomorrow, tomorrow. Overall a shambles of a hotel.

Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality at Sunshine Holiday Resort We had an exceptional stay at Sunshine Holiday Resort. Everything was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team was very kind and worked diligently. The room was spotless, and the pillows seemed brand new. We enjoyed the best 7 nights, and even after checking out, we were allowed to stay for an additional 8 hours until our flight, with full access to food and drinks as usual. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, thanks to the excellent work of the restaurant staff and chefs. The hotel offers uniquely beautiful views, with stunning mountains and incredible sunsets that made our stay even more memorable. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Muhammad (Mehmet). Additional gratitude to Ozzy, who was always around to help whenever needed. And thanks to Serjey for his kind attitude and care towards the guests. Your exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We will always remember you and hope to see you again next year!

Just got home after a week’s, all inclusive stay at sunshine holiday resort (which is rated a 4 star hotel). We booked through ‘On The Beach’ & flew with ‘Sunshine Express’. Not going to lie but after I’d booked I was really nervous as I came across some worrying reviews (we’ve always holidayed at least 4, if not 5 star). Anyway here’s my honest review, along with a few tips: -Yes the room was on the small side & pretty basic (we had a standard room). The room could do with a bit of an update but it was kept clean, so we were happy. Bed sheets could have been bigger & the pop up bed wasn’t ideal for a 5ft 8”, 13yr old boy, but he never complained. -Reception area, pool side, restaurant & the grounds were all kept clean & tidy & were in good condition from what we saw. My only criticism would be the fact the slide wasn’t open much. -The staff we dealt with were all A*, so no complaints there. They literally can’t do enough for you & are always happy to help! We had no issues with communication. Weysi, who worked in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. He’s always so happy & working hard to make sure guests are too. The man in the shop was really helpful as well. If he didn’t have what we wanted, then he made sure to get it in for us asap! -We were pleasantly surprised by the food, it all tasted good & we had no issues, other than maybe breakfast could of had a bit more variety on offer (there were a lot of eggs). Enjoyed the drinks & cocktails on offer. -Highly recommend Murat who runs the spa. We had an amazing experience & his staff are brilliant too (you can tell they have a lot of experience). Even if you get the ‘Basic Monty’, it’s excellent value for money & helps prepare your skin for the sun. -The entertainment was good, although the timings of things were a bit off (often things started much later than advertised). I feel like the entertainment could start a bit earlier in the evening & the stone seating area isn’t ideal & can get uncomfortable. It would be much better if they provided table and chairs but instead we used the sun lounger covers as cushions, so wasn’t too bad. The area itself isn’t that big & can get packed, so get there early if you want to actually see what’s going on! The fire show & acrobatics is what we enjoyed the most. -Get up early if you want to guarantee sun loungers & parasols! Some days were a struggle but other days not so much (but better to be safe than sorry). Probably not so bad out of season & we did always manage to get some in the end. -We booked all our excursions through Ismail who was our rep (everything we booked wasn’t too far from the hotel). Ismail is a great, honest & down to earth guy, who doesn’t rip you off. He goes above & beyond to help you & even sorted us out a dongle for a reasonable price (WiFi at the hotel isn’t great). We had a fantastic time on the jeep safari (highly recommend-although there’s a few extras not included in the price, so bring money), water park was also great & we enjoyed a trip to the beach & the market (bring plenty of spending money for that 🤣🙈). -We were a bit annoyed that ‘On The Beach’ advertised the hotel as having a gym but on arrival we were told it wasn’t open this season. Overall we had a fantastic time & would say the holiday was good value for money. We may have been lucky with our room, as I did speak to another couple who had problems with their air-con. However, after raising this with staff, they were promptly moved (they are very accommodating when you are polite). We would definitely like to return one day and would also like to say a big thank you to ‘Sunshine Holiday Resort’ for helping us create some unforgettable memories.

Great holiday and entertainment, my 3 boys had an amazing time here. The staff were amazing my boys loved the restaurant crew, super friendly. Food was great paid for it when I got back to the UK 😅😅, lots to choose from salad bar was great also. Will definitely go back, thank you sunshine holiday resort 💛 ✨️. The spa was amazing too I had bronzer package, my skin felt brand new my dry face was so smooth and soft really did give me confidence I felt amazing 🥰. We also met alot of lovely families here, was nice to see them also enjoying the holiday. The cleaners were very friendly one in particular was cleaning our room she was very sweet and put all her effort even down to the little details, her name was hiki I think. All the staff work very hard and are pukka 👌 they are funny and friendly (yous did an amazing job). If you love cats, take some cat treat/toys there Were about 7 little ones who you'd see having a stroll they were so cute and made me miss my cats 🥰. (I think the cats live in the houses over the road) not sure.

Very large place with attentive and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Excellent and well kept gardens with plenty of facilities for all sorts. A short walk to a good beach with clear and calm water. Although there is a lot to keep guests occupied on site, it would have been nice to have alternative places to visit nearby in the evenings. Overall, there was a high standard of cleanliness, but parts of our room, were missed during our fortnight, despite a polite request to the housekeeping team.

Really nice hotel, with excellent service and great facilities. It’s a little remote in terms of location but that allows the hotel to have huge grounds, lots of activities and all next to a beautiful river, everything is very well maintained. We had a river view room and the scenery was amazing and the room in a quiet location of the hotel. Staff were excellent throughout the stay, kids club is really good and flexible. Great set of pools to cater for everyone and a huge beach. If you are looking to stay mainly at a resort and be well looked after, this place will take some beating.

This place was amazing! The rooms were so clean! The funnest water park ever! I recommend this hotel if you go on a holiday to turkey! Staff were so nice and friendly! The food was great! There are shows at night that are pretty good (got a little headache )if you are bored there are clubs for kids! ( review by my daughter 😁)

This hotel has all necessary prerequisites to be a very good vacation destination (nice location, spacious rooms, nice pools and even good selection of branded alcohols in all inclusive offer). But there are some major drawbacks: cleanliness of rooms and restaurant spaces and the fact that majority of service staff seems to be not motivated to do a good job (with some exceptions of course). Many of them also do not speak even basic English. Some surfaces in our room were not touched during the whole week. Vacuum cleaning also seemed above the capacity of the cleaning staff. After we complained to customer relations there was some improvement. But from 5 * hotel you would expect different level of service.

I booked this hotel with low expectations from what I have previously had before in all inclusive hotels in Turkey. However, I was very wrong. This hotel is very hard to fault - the food was excellent, there was nothing that they didn't have on offer. The rooms were superb, staff so friendly and polite. The whole hotel was immaculate, being cleaned all the time. You can easily get lost in this hotel, the outside areas are vast. The beach was incredible. The only thing I could complain about is that our room was very close to the hotel next door where the entertainment was ridiculously loud until the early hours of the morning. However, with the doors shut and the air conditioning on you could hardly hear anything.

A surprising amount of kids in this hotel, here was me thinking if I avoided the kids holidays I'd be fine. Obviously a lot cheaper for families, can't blame them. But the pool area did resemble a crazy kindergarten who'd all been offered CocaCola and Chocolate earlier that morning. Lots of sunbeds but the typical Brits all out by 7am hogging the best ones, contrary to a polite request not to. Pool, eating and communal areas all tidy and well staffed. Special shout out to all the lovely staff who make this stay a 4* when it really should only be 3.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are absolutely amazing here, they go above and beyond, special mention for Ahmed, Jon and Pete who looked after my family of 16 the whole holiday. Loads of activities during the day and at night, food is also very nice. Rooms are basic but apart from that beautiful hotel would definitely recommend.

Oh god, this hotel has chosen by my wife and one of the worst one we have stayed in Turkey. The room was very basic, in fact its very outdated with old furniture, old doors but bathroom was nice because I think it has been updated not too long ago. Room was clean when we arrived but didn't get cleaned after that. We even had to ask for clean towels for twice. there isn't any mosquito net on the windows and balcony doors and I think its because they want to sell Aircon???? One of the worst things about this hotel was the noise levels. The restaurant/club blasts music every night until very late and the doors are so old you can hear everything what's happening outside and the doors have self close mechanism but not soft close so it bangs every time someone goes out of room or comes in. Luckily we weren't there half the time because like to see around Marmaris. Staff was pleasant enough though when we dealt with them. I gave service 3star because of that.

The hotel and apartment we were in was clean and the facilities for families and adults were great lots to do, the evening entertainment is great especially The Drifters 3 guys singing were amazing would definitely recommend a visit to Club Atrium even just for entertainment.

The hotel is similar to a hostel. Very dated and basic. Patio door broke, air con button missing and was very dated and seemed broke. Very tiny rooms. Noisy. Walked out and didn't return. Paid extra and went to a decent hotel. Wouldn't recommend

The room was lovely, but it would have been ideal with multiple air conditioners. Fortunately, the staff's kindness and friendliness made up for any shortcomings. While there was no room service, the nearby shop offered convenient food and drinks. However, for late-night cravings, venturing into town or grabbing instant noodles was necessary. The location was breathtaking, nestled in the mountains, but be aware of the distance from the city center. I indulged in the spa and massage, which were decent but could benefit from some enhancements. The hotel restaurant was exceptional, featuring a delightful buffet that will surely satisfy. Additionally, there are two bars to enjoy: a poolside bar open in the afternoon (my personal favorite) and another one in the evenings. The highlight of my stay, without a doubt, was the staff. Their genuine kindness and hospitality made the experience truly memorable. Also they have kids club that very helpful if you come with family

Fantastic room / suite (225) and views. Lovely place, can't fault it. Courtesy bus up and down from 10am - midday and then later afternoon to 17.30. Would be better if longer because it's a hell of a walk down and I'd say if not impossible then too dangerous after dark. Plenty of taxi's available @ 200 Turkish lira (Less than £5. Sept 2024)

Views are great, facilities are good - nice diversity of food between the buffet restaurant and the gourmet restaurant.... Kids pool is quite useful. Distance to the town is annoying - but great for a peaceful break. SPA could do with a refresh - but personally I enjoyed the exercise pool.

Loved our stay at this hotel. We found the rooms exceptionally clean with stunning views and great amenities. Downside: Although the location appears close on the map, the walk to the center involves a tricky descent. Walking down in the morning is manageable, but it feels unsafe at night, requiring us to rely on taxis. Thank you to the management for creating such a lovely environment🙏🏼

I really enjoyed my stay I must say I found the food to be lovely especially the desserts.All Staff I met very friendly good sport made sure they talk to everyone. I enjoyed exercising they had yoga and water aerobic was fun and good to keep active. Beach is beautiful we loved the walk up to it. Rooms honestly not the best but the cleaning team do try hard but I think they are significantly short staffed. rooms are in need of urgent modernisation very tired and worn. I think they made cut backs in this area. If they did this hotel would be fantastic. The laundry needs looking at also as towels are dirty when they come. Just returned from a week at this hotel and can honestly say I was relieved to come home. I have been to many hotels in Turkey and always had a good time regardless of their star rating, but this was one was the exception. Majority of the staff didn't speak English, which is not a problem as I am a visitor to their country, unfortunately many were very rude, with the exception of most of reception staff ( although the bell boy was incredibly rude.) Advertised local and international drinks 24 hours a day. They had no whisky when we got there, bought one bottle around day 4, then a couple more on day 6. Ran out of vodka and lemonade on day 3, no tonic. Didn't see any international drinks. Pool bar often closed 5 - 20 minutes early so you had to wait until next bar opened for a drink. Food was average but don't try the a la carte- you will be disappointed. They just put you in an outdoor area, while one chef cooks food in the snack bar. Everywhere was dirty, tables and sunbed around pool were never cleaned. Pool towels were stained, as was some of the bedding. Restaurant tables and coverings were dirty, regularly had to wait for cutlery and glasses to be washed before we could eat or get a drink. Rooms weren't cleaned, cleaners would come in and make beds when they remembered- had to remind them twice. Mini bar never refilled, had to ask for fresh towels. Lots of weird ledges at top of steps and in room doorways, so not great for anyone with mobility issues. All the rooms are around the pool and this is where the bar and entertainment was. Three of the nights we were there, guests were incredibly noisy until 3 or 4 am and little was done about it. Positive side was the pool and separate children's and splash pools with good sized slides. The beach area looked lovely and lively with own bar and food area. Like other reviews have said, UK guests were pretty much ignored. I've never experienced this so overtly in Turkey.

Looking back, I can say that I have good impressions from my visits to the hotel, both in June and October. The main thing is the great location and nature. The forest road with the choir of frogs is a fabulous place in the evening)). The staff is polite, friendly and worked conscientiously. They were always ready to help and answer my questions. I know that a good employee is like a four-leaf clover: hard to find, but lucky to have :) And I met several of them. The food was varied and well prepared. I also tried delicious king-size gözleme (made by a very nice woman near the restaurant). As for the rooms. In both cases I had rooms under the roof. However, some of the equipment needs to be repaired/replaced. Really. The rooms need to be checked and brought up to a uniform standard. So, thank you all very much for an unforgettable wonderful double holiday at Marvida Family Lykia Botanika Beach) And whoever wants to come back, will come back)

This hotel was shockingly bad. It is advertised as a 4 star and I believe this needs to be altered as it would be generous to even give it a 3 star. Upon arrival we walked into reception and noticed that there were guests already complaining about something in a foreign language. The receptionist was extremely rude to them and sent them away. This was already bad sign for us however we shrugged it off and looked forward. When checking in, the receptionist was constantly on her mobile phone and calling people whilst we were talking to her. We were then told to wait aside and someone will pick us up in a buggy and take us to our room. We were then met with the buggy driver who was also rude and simply came up to us and said “go now” and pointed at the buggy. He then drove us to our block of rooms. I could only describe his driving as mental, we were clipping curbs and getting thrown about. Instead of getting out and actually showing us where our room is he simply stayed on his phone, stopped on the pavement and shouted “OKAY”. We then took our bags and then he drove away recklessly. We then eventually found our room and entered it and we were immediately taken away by how poor the room looked. It was extremely dated and dirty and furniture was falling off the walls. There was black mold growing in the bathroom. All metallic surfaces were coated in limescale and falling apart. The air con unit was filthy. There were mouldy lemons on the balcony and we were generally surprised by the state of the room. We had then immediately turned to the reviews to see if this was what was to be expected and it indeed was. It is also worth mentioning that the mini fridge was covered in mold too. Once we had finished taking in how poor our room was we decided to go and get a drink to try and make it feel a bit better, we proceeded to the pool bar and was met with one of the many rude staff at the hotel. I was initially ignored multiple times and they spoke to people in Turkish, completely ignoring myself at the bar. It wasn’t until I actually had to shout “can I get a drink” to get any response. I was huffed at and the staff did not say anything. We then went back to the room to get our own towels. When we left and were in the communal hallway my partner was assaulted by one of the cleaners. She grabbed and pushed my partner shouting “NO BEACH, NO BEACH” then continued shouting in Turkish of which we do not know. This continued until a staff member who also spoke no English came along and called reception for us so we could understand what they were saying. The cleaner was telling us we cannot take their towels to the beach. We were not going to the beach and they were our towels. We explained to the man at reception that the cleaner just assaulted my pregnant partner and they did not even acknowledge it let alone apologise for it. We had then moved on and relaxed at the beach which was unusually nice considering our experience so far. We had then gone to dinner which was absolutely awful. As a Brit, you will struggle eating here. The food was never cooked correctly and not labelled. The “chefs” speak no English and when you ask what it is they literally laugh. On many occasions the food was not cooked and still raw in the middle. This was the same for every dinner we had on our stay. The entertainment was shocking and was only on for 2 of the 6 nights we stayed. Not impressed. Overall, this hotel is dirty, old and rude. They clearly hate British people here. The staff are rude and inappropriate in a perverted way. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone and I struggled to relax at all merely due to this “hotel” I have attached pictures of the state of room and not everything has been pictured. Rest assured, Turkey itself was lovely however next time I will be choosing a different hotel.

I was there for 10 days in july 2024 with 10 of my family members, and we had excellent experience enjoying every day. Staff are very friendly. We are still in touch with some of them. The hotel is in the middle of green, so nice. The walkway to the beach was amazing. I didn't want the walk to finish. I read some bad reviews people wrote. I just think I was not in the same hotel with them it's a shame they didn't enjoy that beauty.

Honestly.. we certainly didn't arrive at this hotel. Infant these pictures are of the hotel next door. This hotel is supposed to be all inclusive and it certainly is not!! Meal times are set times, No snacks, no ice creams not much of anything really, especially for the kids. The food is literally chicken cooked in different ways and occasionally burgers and a " fish" dish. Catering seems to be for other guests not English!! Not a fussy eater but I'm glad we're were able to eat out, which in some cases people pay all inclusive and don't have funds to " pay " extra monies. In my opinion this hotel didn't have very high standards, rooms are " cleaned" and say that lightly as our floors were filthy so I cleaned myself!! Bedding and towels are changed if they can be bothered.. TV s in room aren't much use as nothing in English except sky news.. Aircon we were lucky as ours worked comments from others were nothing in there room worked.. Entertainment is literally 10 mins of kids disco then a " show of some kind lasting 30 mins. Only effes on draft, plastic cups, miniature whiskey, vodka gin.. flat mixers!!. Not enough sunbeds for amount of guests and the " private" beach as literally 12 sunbeds.. bare in mind in summer this hotel has 700 unlucky residents.. Save your money book else where.. oh and don't expect a reply from " on the beach" or other reps because it just won't happen.. Happy holidays just not at this hotel.

Great looking hotel and great location but will not be returning. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in was very poor and noisey and had stains on the carpet upon arriving. The WiFi was terrible and never worked longer than 1 minute before having to try and log back in. There was no entertainment that was advertised and also the price of the safe was more than advertised. There was a few members of the younger staff who did their best to help and keep guests happy but unfortunately the senior members of the hotel were very abrupt and not welcoming at all. The senior members/managers definitely need to learn more about hospitality. Also the food that was on for the all inclusive guests was just horrible and the same every other day. My partner and I only ate at the hotel a few times in 7 days

They rooms were ok, just no drawers to put your clothes in, house keeping was good, some of the waiters were better than others, same with the reception staff. Every where was clean. The only thing that let it down was the location of our room just at the elevator and late night guests didn't worry about other sleeping guest. Chico the entertainment staff was brilliant

I really would not rate this hotel 4 star! We are very easy going and easily pleased but this hotel just didn't do it for us. The rooms are very small, for 2 of us would've been ok but a squeeze with 3 people, they were very clean and comfortable though and serviced very regularly and fresh bottles of water provided each time. The pool area was always kept clean and tidy also but there was only enough sunbeds for around a 1/3 of the hotel, people would b queuing from 7am in the corridor for the doors to open to get a sunbed, a lot of the pool area was taken up by dining tables. The food was not great at all, as I said we are not fussy and can usually make a meal out of anything, but if u don't like salads, olives, cold fish etc there wasn't much to choose from. The soup was always nice and the deserts were amazing though. It would be hard for families with fussy young children who like to eat chicken nuggets and chips for instance. The best food of the day was snack time, usually good then. The real only asset of this hotel in Chico the entertainer guy, so funny and upbeat always got people going but didn't pressure too much either if not fussed on joining in. We went out every night as the entertainment wasn't up to much, but we would have to get a taxi as the pubs were too far, we'd walk home though, don't seem so bad when your drunk lol. Would I go back again? No

I have edited this 1 year later after a second visit! This hotel has gone so far downhill in just 1 year can’t believe how it goes from being great to poor. Sun-bed queuing from 6:30am, 1 hour before the pool opens, Food quality and selection the same every other day and poor. No clean towels daily in Roma as they have ran out! Pool towels which are ment to be changed daily your lucky if you get a clean one every 3 days. Staff all changed from experienced ones to younger barely school leaving age with no experience. This hotel has cut costs in every way to for the worse possible way in ruin their reputation. Only thing that was great was The entertainment team of one Chico

Resting in this hotel left very pleasant impressions, I liked everything, the room, the kitchen, the beach, the only minus is that the restaurant is too small for such a large number of vacationers, there are not enough seats, and compared to other hotels, how do you leave the hotel early in the morning, no even provides a light breakfast🥺, I liked everything else, the staff is polite, the rooms are cleaned every day, have been in the hotel since 07/23/23.

This was one of the best hotels and experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel itself is fantastic, with an incredibly clean and well-designed property. The staff is friendly and professional, creating a refined and enjoyable atmosphere throughout. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the beach was absolutely stunning. The sea was crystal clear, and we loved spending time by the water. The guests were respectful, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. From the boat tour to the beachfront, everything was simply perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room in block 28, fantastic. Mostly lovely staff, Carin was particularly helpful to us in arranging a wheelchair for us to get into town. Pool and beach areas great and waiting staff very good. Staff in People's restaurant in evening not very helpful and we're quite rude, no tip for them !! Our room was kept lovely and clean and the gardens were immaculate. Guests relations guy was again v helpful in sorting out a leak in our bathroom while we got on with our evening. Overall a great holiday.

We stayed in Village 28 which was a very central location for all amenities. We regularly used the shuttle boat to the secret beach which was a lovely location. We never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the boat there or back. You had the choice of a kebab snack or a meal in the Azur Restaurant where again the food was excellent. Sunbeds were also readily available although not always at the waterfront. We did the free boat trip twice which was great, we stopped in slightly different locations each time for a swim. There were 3 swim stops each time. It was a very relaxing morning. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Sunbeds always available no matter what time in the day you went. People's restaurant was great for both lunch and dinner although you had to book for dinner which was fine. Food was of a very high standard and always beautifully presented. The buffet had a nice variety of food but we preferred having a waiter served meal at night. The variety of drinks was excellent. The breakfast was good but service was slow to get coffees, maybe a self service machine would have been better. We felt the entertainment at night could have been more varied. Overall an excellent holiday.

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel is gorgeous, and the food and drink was of an excellent standard. The level of service is excellent and the facilities and setting of the hotel is wonderful. The beach and bar/restaurant out there was excellent. The evening entertainment was a little hit and miss but it’s probably hard to cater for a variety of nationalities, also the beach did get pretty busy on our last day, but that’s really trying to find faults. The level of service and quality of the food and drinks was exceptional, the cocktails were excellent and made carefully and presented well every time. I’d highly recommend this hotel to others, it’s as close to a perfect hotel that you could imagine.

We had the best week at Rixos Premium Göcek. The food was exceptional, the service from your staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. My only feedback to the hotel would be that it’s a shame that the top floor apartments don’t have any outside sitting for the balcony but that would be only feedback as the holiday was exceptional - from the free 3 hour boat trip to the amazing fresh food and your friendly helpful staff.

The staff on reception and the cleaner are really nice people, if I could I would give them 5*.... but unfortunately, the hotel is in need of an update. The sheets had holes in them, and the sockets were wobbly. I'm surprised we never got electrocuted. The shower curtain was stained, and there was no kettle no oven, only a hotplate, which was fine as we didn't cook. No iron, either. If you wanted to sit on the balcony, you had to take chairs out. Should point out you have to pay for the remote to work the air-conditioning. Might of worked out to be around an extra £9 per day. Even some of the parasols and loungers by the pool needed changing. If they kept up with the upkeep this hotel would be ideal as it's close to the main street for the shops where you can also get the bus to Icmeler or the marina for 30TRY per person and not far from the beach and pubs

We stayed here for 10 days from the 29th of August with two family members in separate rooms. It's in a great location and the balcony was a good size but that where it stops. The room was very dated, the air conditioning unit looked like it would never work as it was ancient, plus you had to pay for it. The kitchen facilities we didn't use because again they were very dated and didn't look that clean. The shower rail fell off after a couple of days and the sink was very wobbly. We never went in the bar as it was always full of drunk people all day. The pool area and kids area was a death trap. I would recommend goin somewhere else. The cleaner was good though as she did our room most days.

Well what can I say we stayed here on the 29 august and wow I couldn’t believe my eyes how’s this place is still open is beyond me I would strongly advice no one to stay here it’s dirty and unsafe! You get threatened and called a idiot by the owners and then they threaten you with the police if you make a complaint this place ruined my first two days my holiday we got thrown out on day two with two children and 3 adults and had to pay 347 extra to be put somewhere nice I also went and took photos of other peoples rooms before I left the children play area is a death trap I was stuck in an attic room in 40 degree heat honestly avoid !!!!! Also at night time the corridor lights sometimes don’t work and I actually fell over and hurt my knee but the owner did not care the place is just a ticking time bomb waiting for a serious accident

Our first time staying here and visiting Marmaris. Everyone are so welcoming and friendly always polite nothings ever too much. Rooms cleaned often fresh bedding and towels. Supermarket on site lovely eating area and quiet pool area. Will definitely return. Close to all all shops, shopping strip and beaches with many taxi available. Thanks the Lamb/Wilson Family

One of the worst hotel I use in my life , no one smile in your face all of them angry , room it was not good at all. The bed is not comfortable. If you’re looking for good experience pay more like 20$ extra and found something more good The only thing good is the pool 😶‍🌫️ .

nice hotel there is a lot of discrimination going on down here. You are not allowed to bring drinks into the pool. but have we seen family two days in a row. who do it. and the hotel master said so to them today. the man went up. and picked up another round and went down again! a pool is a pool! then they must sit up. there are more children in the area! now we have to see if we want to come again! we come from Denmark!

It was basic. You get what you pay for. It was clean enough in the room but cleaned the bathroom before use (hairs). The food was very samey so ate out a few times. But the pool was clean with a good atmosphere. The staff were all friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want, eg beach and bazaar. Ask for a room with a pool view!!

I stayed here for a week, such a calm and nice hotel if you want to relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff are very friendly!!! The food also was good. And the desserts every evening was dellicious. I recommend Halici definitly if you want to have a good vacation what is nearby the town center and the beach also like 10min walk.

Not great, the staff were lovely though. I feel sad for them as they are all losing their jobs as the hotel has been sold to the Turkish government, apparently as college accommodation. The food was very British, I guess I was expecting much more...I wouldn't recommend going through a travel agen or company like easyJet etc if you wanted an "authentic" experience. By the end of our one week there, it felt like "groundhog day". Same music, all day, repeated entertainment with the same songs, same food, limited alcoholic selection. I was glad to get away, felt sick of it all on the final day. They never replenished our toilet paper apart from two days, so we had to go to reception to get some, which was not a problem, I'm not lazy but it shouldn't have been this way. The staff also entered our room whilst we were at the pool one day, not to clean, but to take our balcony chairs so we came back to an empty space. We were on our way to reception to ask why and bumped onto a near neighbour who said the same thing happened to them and weree told by staff that the place was being sold so they were taking things to sell (I actually saw them load it on a truck over the wall!). All I can say, is that I was happy to have a bed until the end of my holiday, even though it was broken and wonky. I commend the staff on their excellence and professionalism right up until the end. Cian (pronounced Yan) was lovely and always went the extra mile for us.

If you looking for a place to stay this is your stop. The entertainment for kids is fantastic the staff are absolutely gorgeous and the food is to die for. The hotel is tucked in Between some mountains which makes it private but the downside is it a 20 minute walk from Içmeler or a 5 minute bus trip I have been here multiple times and never left feeling disappointed

Went to this hotel in 2023 and it was one of our best holidays so we booked to go back in2024, we asked for a pool view in block A and we got a road view with a cockeral making noise all night, the room were not cleaned for 6 days after complaining everyday it was finally cleaned on day , we had to ask for toilet rolls and towels on several occasions. The food was barely warm so we had to eat out majority of the time, the entertainment was poor and the staff at reception could barely speak English. I WONT BE GOING BACK

Waited for 1 hour for checking in. Then we had to wait another two hours for the beds to be made when they told us 20 minutes. There were 2 power cuts. There was air conditioning in one room only. It was too hot everywhere around the Hotel including The first bedroom. Folding beds were the worst quality. .ever.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy to say the least. The cleaner (one called Ada) and I’m not sure who else are thieves stole 350 from our hotel room from children’s bags and stole from 4 others in the same 48h period. Staff lack care and brush it under the rug
