What a wonderful place! We had an incredible week with my family and friends. Everything was well-organized and structured. The food was delicious, especially on Turkish cuisine day. The sea was gorgeous for swimming, the nature was beautiful, and the staff was great. Thank you for everything! ❤️

We arrived on 10.10. The reception is not the place where you can check in. You must go down stairs. Then the lady told us to wait for whole group with which we arrived. I would like to remind we came alone not in a group. Later was only worse.. In cheese in the restaurant I got a black hair. I was talking with manager about it but didnt change anything. The drinks and type of food is poor quality and to be honest it’s not really yummy. We enjoyed - Starbucks and great job of this man and private pavilion with amazing service - very helpful men. Also we saw a guest eating at the restaurant by his hand, next to the waitress which didn’t say anything to him. It’s disgusting. I am not recommending this hotel. I am sure I will not sell it to any of my clients.

3* Hotel 🏨
If you like quiet I would suggest village rooms not hotel itself as is very noise the guest coming back after midnight make a lot of noise and slam the doors, early morning is the same. the place is understaffed and the public areas are not as in the pictures not clean but the hotel staff are working really hard. Our maid only came in the two weeks to make the beds and replace the towels nothing else, the floor was pretty dirty most of time including the bathroom floor.
Overall a great location and with lots of bars, snack bars and plenty to do.

Flight from Manchester - 3 people and 1 kid (3.5 yo). We picked Duja Bodrum because it was ‘free child place’, reasonable price, good opinions, warm weather in October. We were also thinking about different hotels but ended with Duja. We were using jet2holidays 01.10.24 for 7 nights. It was great as hotel was not very busy and weather was perfect.
We arrived before midnight, quite hungry. It was a nice surprise that they were serving food in the main restaurant from 00:00 till 1:00. Nothing shocking but it was a few hot things + bread, fruits, salads… better than nothing! We also had some fruits in the room, tea, coffee, water, beers, oryginal coke. Very nice guy helped us with luggage and explained everything about the hotel. Receptionist (lady) was also nice.
Hotel inside looks a little bit ‘used’.
Our room 7001 (outside) wasn’t very impressive but OK for us. We didn’t have any balcony - just chairs and table situated in front of our main doors BUT we were close to the main restaurant. What we would like to change - extra line or proper rack for clothes to dry outside. It was lots of space for suitcases, shoes etc. Bathroom was nice, oldish but with a big ‚walk in’ shower. I recommend to take your own hair dryer as this one we had was horrible. We had a small, new TV but we didn’t use it. Air conditioning old but working nicely! Room in general was OK for the price we payed and we were happy enough. Cleaning lady was coming every day.
Food was lovely. It was everything you could ask for. Ofc it was typical all inclusive food but tasty and fresh. There was a snack buffet close to the main swimming pool and sea / and they were serving pizza, burgers, ice creams, chicken legs etc. That was very nice! Desserts looked beautiful but tasted the same in my opinion apart from cheesecake and baclava which was very yummy! It was plenty of salads, olives, feta cheese, Ayran, soups…
Bars & Starbucks - amazing. It was a real Starbucks coffee and guy who was serving it was also very chatty even the long queue it was worth it especially for sweet, milky, iced coffee lovers 😊 we loved drinking it next to the pool. Guy who was serving coffee (Ias?) deserves mentioning as he was a star!
We tried all cocktails from the list. Making it from local spirits almost in all bars, but they were NICE in my opinion. Ice safe to have it in a drink. I also used tap water for brushing my teeth and I am still alive 😂
Kids - my son loved mini disco. In my opinion it was a bit late (8:45pm) but it was fun! the lady (she is also running kids club) was lovely. Great effort, we felt very welcomed in kids club with face painting, baloons, trampolines etc. good job and thank you! There is also a mini zoo, go and find it!
Entertainment - We played darts, ping pong, we saw some people dancing in the pool. It was some performances… We listen a bit of live music and we were enjoying walking and exploring the hotel.
Pools - water was okay but too cold in kids pool :( they could just warm up the water in kids pool with slide - that would be perfect as I saw not many kids were using it because of temperature and shade all the time.
Staff - Very chatty, friendly. Only some of them speak English but they are helping each other and you can always try other languages, translator or ask someone else. We didn’t have any problems.
Spa - that was WOW, great experience. We payed €50 for 1 person for a bubble bath, massage, face mask and body scrub. Lovely, worth this money.
We took taxi to Bodrum (500 lira) and we rent a buggy for my son (5 euro per day). Buggy was used in medium condition :p but at least they had an option so I was very greatful.
Sunbeds on the beach no charge. Simple access with elevators or stairs.
In general - we had a great time! I feel the hotel wants all the best for every guest. There is lots of staff and there is nothing what was so bad to not recommend. I read some reviews and was stressing about this hotel but with no reason.

Service in the buffet is horrendous. Staff dont smile and cant be arsed clearing plates. Massive attitude problem. Grounds and settings are lovely but the service is crap and the management have no handle on things. No entertainment programme listings. 5 al a carte restaurants that only 2 seem open most the time despite the hotel having high capacity still. 3 star at best. As a travel agent the hotel will not be getting reccomended.
