The shops inside the hotel are extremely overpriced, and there are no real bargains to be had. The lady in one of the shops, in particular, was rude and unpleasant, offering some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. You’ll find much better deals and friendlier service in the nearby town, so I’d recommend shopping there instead.
Some staff members also came across as quite miserable and didn’t treat guests equally, which was disappointing. I also wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness around the pool areas — for example, two dirty plates sat near the infinity pool for four days without being cleared away. Getting a sunbed is another challenge; if you’re not up early to reserve one, you’ll likely miss out. As for the rooms, I’d strongly suggest booking a sea view room. Without it, the rooms can feel a little dark and depressing.
On a more serious note, I also noticed a few health and safety concerns around the hotel, which really shouldn’t be overlooked. It gave the impression that attention to detail in this area wasn’t a top priority.
Now, onto the positives:
The views are absolutely beautiful and were my favourite part of the hotel. The food was decent, although I did notice that items started being cleared away from around 8:45, even though dinner is advertised until 9:30. Some bar staff were excellent and went out of their way to help, although it often seemed to depend on whether you tipped first. The housekeeping team, however, was outstanding — I’d give the maids a solid 10/10. The entertainment team also deserves full credit; they were fantastic and really couldn’t be faulted.
Overall, this hotel has its strong points, but also a fair share of letdowns.

For a small family, this was a wonderful holiday. The biggest highlight was definitely the team of animators who made sure there was always great entertainment – they really deserve special praise in my review. The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping staff do an excellent job. I also really enjoyed going to the snack bar for lunch.

Forget about the Turkish hotel star ratngs. This is a 3.5 star hotel. 4 stars on a sunny day. Someone said that the hotes is whay you make of it... well, this one is making me hard to find samething worth the money I have paid for it. That being said, I will never come here again, or Turkey most likely. Soooo... where to begin.
This is definitely not the ultra all included resort as advertised. Not everything is available all of the time. Ice cream, snacks and such are available 2 hours a day. All that is always available is cheap liquor and machine soft juices. The food is actually good and they try to make it interesting and there is something for everyones taste. Always enough foe anyone. All the sweets taste roughly the same, too mush sugar in everything, but that's the way locals love it.
I would say that our room was the oldest in this resort. We paid for double bedroom, but were given the single one. After complaining, we got this... let's call it apartment. The apartment we were forced to take, since everything else was full apparently, was unused for some time. The two A/C units were uncleaned for ages. The room was filled with moisture and mold odor, the air from A/C units as well. One was barely blowing cold air at all. We actually had black mold in the bathroom. See the pics.
If you have a problem or are unsatisfied in any way, you can count on staff being rude (in our case very rude indeed) or not understanding english all of a sudden. The very young receptionist was so rude when we came with our problems to him, while the manager stood next to him and said nothing. He did send someone to clean and repair the A/C, but nothing was really done.
The stairs... the damned stairs. This resort is all in stairs. Wherever you need to go, you'll need to take the stairs. People with knee problems or anything stairs related, stay away!
The beach, or more precisely the wooden dock, is OK. You can take fresh beach towels every day, one per guest. The number of beach chairs and parasols is not enough for all of the guests. You must come and claim what you need on the beach before 8AM! People reserve their parasols and chairs when they leave the beach by leaving towels, wate bottles or alike, so that makes it much worse. Nobody removes the reserving towels, even after we were said that the towels will be removed after 15 minutes. So... nobody of the staff cares, as is the case with almost everything else.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Our room was outdated, and the beds were very worn, which caused discomfort. The television was old and the picture quality was poor. Additionally, the door to our room could not be properly locked, which made us feel unsafe.
We reported these issues to the reception several times, but no action was taken. The hotel advertised Wi-Fi online, but upon arrival we discovered that internet access was only available at the staff desk. We mentioned this to the reception multiple times, but again, no solution was provided.
Furthermore, the dolmus (minibus) stop was farther away than indicated. The food was monotonous and not very tasty, with little variety. Finally, there were no beach facilities suitable for children, which we had expected.
Overall, our stay did not meet the expectations we had of the hotel.

Upon our arrival at the hotel around 1 a.m., we were given a double room without a window, room number 920. The receptionist said they couldn’t change our room. However, around 3:30 a.m., a room suddenly became available—of course, for an extra charge of €80, with no receipt provided. The room we received had a broken bed. The food at the hotel is monotonous. The service is slow and the staff seem tired. The animators also show no motivation to work. This hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars—more like 3 stars.
