The best family vacation we’ve ever had with our young children. Unbelievable views all around- from architecture to landscaping and to scenery. The staff was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Rooms were beautiful and almost felt like their own little apartments. My family enjoyed every restaurant. Kids club was out of this world- you have to be there to see how gorgeous and well planned it was. Just the perfect vacation on every level
Story of a Guide
We stayed at Titanic last year and without a doubt I will say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in with our 2 year old son. I am Turkish and my husband is British. I am looking at perspectives from two different cultures who also studied tourism guidance in university at school in Turkey. (food, entertainment, customer service, quality, sandy beach, great alacart food options, kids entertainment etc) Everything was excellent and high quality.
The kikoa kids club was beyond amazing and I don’t even think anywhere in the world offers this quality of service and has the variety of options for your kids to do (face painting, lego, experiment classes, making your own personalised tshirts, drawing on rocks, soft play area, disco and the list goes on) all included.
I am sorry for my delayed review but I would love to say thanks to a few people who made this experience incredible.
Mr Orhan was beyond amazing and gave the most incredible unique customer service experience from the second we checked in.
Mr Mustafa bey from hasır restaurant was also so great and the food there is amazing.
From the baby room Miss Neciha is so friendly and my son was so excited to see her every day.
For those whose names I can’t remember I want to say a heartfelt thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I am already in the process of making a new booking for this summer and can’t get over how turquoise blue the beach was which definitely gave me the Maldives vibes. Thank you all, please keep up the good work.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is the best hotel I've ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, everything was impeccably arranged, making my stay not just comfortable but truly memorable.
The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious meals that catered to every palate. Each dish was a delight, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs.
A special thanks to Hamida for the exclusive service she provided during my stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference, ensuring that I felt valued and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

We had an amazing stay with our whole family! The whole team of the kids club was superb and our son loved trying out all the cool activities; Anna and her fitness team were fabulous and so was the food and beverage offering; Melis and Dicle from the guest service team also looked after us and took care of every request! Thanks for the outstanding stay!

I would like to share the experience I had while staying at the Titanic "Luxury" Collection hotel. They should definitely remove the Luxury from the name because you won't find any luxury there.
1. When you arrive at the hotel, you can expect a kinder surprise - the hotel is mainly designed for children, full of children. I do not recommend this hotel to young people and couples. The hotel cannot respect the diversity of tourists, no swimming pool for 16+/18+, no adult-only dining area and no beach area, and misbehaving children everywhere. Even in the Irish Pub, where alcohol is supposed to be 18+, I have never seen children watch alcohol with such commitment
1. Another issue is the unorganized space, the hotel is located in a completely remote area. Summary of the hotel lobby, escalators, food, food, swimming pool, beach so much there are no places to walk. I mean a hotel that was created only for large families to have children within reach and for retirees. You can be bored to death, I understand that someone can come only to lie down and eat, but the hotel should specify this in the description.
2. Ladies and Gentlemen, you have to prepare yourself for cleaning your room. Service was barely making the sheets. You had to ask for everything fresh water, washing cosmetics, beach bags, just attitude, for such unimaginable money. This is out of place in a supposedly higher class hotel, but for me this hotel is 3 stars at least.
3. If you think that you will be welcomed and served nicely, forget it, the staff is very young, I don't know if they are trainees, rude and inexperienced, it is very difficult to communicate in English. There are no refrigerators with water available at such high temperatures. And the staff on the beach were probably coming from Istanbul with drinks🫠, orders were made using a QR code, on the first day I asked a waiter on the beach for water for 2 hours, no one brought me water, and in the following days it was the same, I had to go and get some myself. Even if you placed an order, you had to place a second order because they didn't bring the first.
4. Rooms - I think I will leave it without comment, dirty walls, ceilings, poorly made sinks, no carpet in the room where it is supposedly standard, I don't know if they wash the floor. A folding bed made of wall units, the ugliest room I've ever been in
5. The hotel is relying on the fact that it will sponsor a few well-known people to stay and advertise, but let me tell you, this will only have a short lifespan. If you want to maintain the reputation of the hotel, you also need to take care of the standard and not save and cut costs everywhere 🙃.
