We started coming to Kos in 1996. We still come back. In 2020 the hotel we usually stay at closed so we came here. We have returned three times and all I can say is it is what a fantastic place. The animation team are fantastic. The bar staff fantastic. The Maids kept our room spotless and the receptionists are so polite and helpful. The bus into town is punctual and very handy I will dare yogi to .not be impressed with the whole hotel. Ultra clean, food is so Good and drinks are great. Tonight the show put on was the best and I would recommend anyone comes to this beautiful place and enjoys their holiday. I wish we could stay longer. Two weeks of pure happiness and fun. Thank you thank you for the best time again.

Positives first We were in a suite with an upstairs downstairs and it was immaculate, cleaned everyday and the air con worked fab. The view was just beautiful and we got to hear the entertainment at night from our balcony watching the sunset. There was a whole variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner which meant most days the kids and adults were happy. Drinks are good measures 😂 too good maybe haha. The animator team are just awesome! My 4yr old son can be very challenging and they kept him entertained no problem, he fell in love with Miguel and Kevin and was so sad to leave them!! I'll be singing the sunshine song for the foreseeable! Plenty shaded areas for the kids, lots of shallow kids pools and snacks ice cream served throughout the day for them. The staff can never do enough for you apart from the old grumpy man who serves on the bar at the animator pool! Which brings us onto the negatives .... this man is so rude and grumpy it actually made us switch what pool we sat at because no one wanted to ask him for drinks, he huffed and puffed at us every time we asked for a drink, and God forbid you ask him if he was having a cigarette! I got my drinks slammed on the bar! The hotel shop is quite expensive but we found the shop down by the beach to be much more affordable so started using that. The drinks machines kept going out of order so had to walk up and down the dining room to find one that worked. But honestly they are the only negatives I could pick out of our 2weeks there. All in all it was a fabulous resort and we will most definitely be back!

my biggest complaint about the hotel is one. it is generally dirty and you can see that the hotel needs renovation. a lot of flies in the restaurant, tables stick from dirt. ants in the rooms. traditional and Chinese food is good, other dishes especially the imitations of European average.

The hotel is far away from everything and the service at the reception is not good. Only some of them can speak English and they how can speak English doesn't speak well. The service at the reception is not so well the information is not clear, sometimes incorrect and not at the acutall stand of time. The service at the restaurant is okay mostly the waiters are fast to take the dishes but it's quite normal that some people can't eat when they want because there are no seats left. The pools aren't heated and at a temperature around 15°C (the lake is warmer than the pools).

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was attentive and always ready to help with a warm smile. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to access. Our room was modern and well-equipped, with a beautiful view from the window. We also enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mitsis Family Village, and we couldn't have asked for a more lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning views and the warm hospitality of the staff, who were absolutely excellent and attentive to our every need. Whether we were enjoying a casual meal at one of the takeaway restaurants or indulging in a sweet treat from the pastry corner, we were always delighted by the quality and flavor. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to a beautiful Blue Flag-awarded beach. We loved having the option to either take the hotel’s beach hopper or enjoy a refreshing walk to the crystal-clear pebble beach. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean style, offering an impressive view of the Aegean Sea. The shared pools were a fantastic addition, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. With numerous recreational activities available, including seawater swimming pools, water slides, and sports facilities like beach volleyball and tennis, there was never a dull moment. Overall, Mitsis Family Village is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and enjoyable stay in Kos. We look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future!

We had a great time at this hotel. We had booked into a basic room which was fine and we were happy with. 3 days into our trip we got offered an upgrade to a room that had direct access to a pool. If you get the chance I would book this room. The drinks are all branded and the cocktails were lovely. The food was very tasty. The walk up and down to the beach is about 5 minutes and it not too bad of a walk. Overall I would fully recommend this hotel. We paid £700 each including flights and it was great value for money

Firstly, the staff were incredible. From reception, to waiters, the crepes woman and our maid were so kind and friendly. Everyone is always willing to help anyway they can. The rooms are outdated but still pleasant, pillows are very comfy. Our TV didn’t work which on a nighttime a bit of white noise is nice but it wasn’t missed. The views are amazing, but the location is difficult for people like us. Luckily you can walk into Kardamena or get a bus. The food wasn’t the best, the fries were so tasty and a great idea with pizza on the beach but other than that, pretty basic. The food and isolation of the hotel were a downfall but that’s because we aren’t the kind of couple that enjoys just “all inclusive”. Each to their own. We both thank the staff for their hard work and kindness, you may think that they’re just doing their job but they all go above and beyond for you.

Such a great find, honestly cannot understand any bad reviews on this place. The staff are brilliant and so friendly, the place is full of character and exactly like photos, a little Greek holiday village to relax and unwind. The beach is gorgeous, private and right on your doorstep. Food is fresh and delicious, great variety for everyone. Honestly we didn't want to leave this place and will for sure be back.

Beautiful resort and very clean. Pathways through the hotel nice and clean. Lovely relaxing place, only let down was the food which was luke warm. The themed restaurant you had to book, well they was no theme about it. The food was very little, which you had to help yourself very disappointed. We took one look and went downstairs to the dinner hall. Apart from that and the food cold, what a beautiful place

A lot of money for very little. Food quality poor. No tea or coffee in room. Reception didn’t give any information about transport for going into town. Nothing close to this hotel. Very little choice in the food. There isn’t an American section. It’s pancakes. Dirty swimming pool, same entertainment every night.

There are pros and cons to this hotel, it is clean, the rooms are modern, I found the beds comfy and some of the staff are brilliant. The food is below average all-inclusive food, some of the staff don't realize they are in the service sector & can't be bothered serving you, don't even try to ask for ice cream are the pool bar, we were told not to come back for ice cream as we asked for 5 ice creams. They expect tips to give good service rather than give good service to get tips. We were a party of 9 with 5 children. The maids are friendly but overworked, one turned up at 9.30 pm to clean the room. There isn't a lot for children, a kids club some days and a 20-minute mini disco every other day, also not a lot the children would eat. The cups are tiny, 2 mouthfuls, which causes large queues at the bars. Contradictory to the website the pools are saltwater and not freshwater and are freezing (it was October, so maybe ok in summer) The dining staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly. It’s right on the beach which is lovely.

A lovely hotel and the staff are fantastic. Yiannis on the pool bar was particularly good. He remembered my drink every time and was always happy to serve. Our housekeeper was amazing, unfortunately I can't remember her name, we were in room 204 she was our regular provider. Always had a smile and ready to help. Poppy on reception was also lovely. All in all a great stay. The beach was bit of a walk away but gorgeous.

Great staff, manager, dining staff, bar etc. except a weird womanish half bald guy on a night shift who don’t care about customers. we had to help explain everything to the newcomers (also as new guests) we took the elderly ladies to the hotel rooms, the guy from the reception would probably have left them on the stairs. He didn't even thank us and was rude. We had to change room after one day that’s why 4 stars on it. Everything with rooms were good. Clean. Hotel recommended

Would definitely stay here again without a doubt. The hotel was immaculate, everything was so neatly placed and clean every day. Including our rooms, these were cleaned every day without fail, beds made, floors wiped and bins changed along with new towels every couple. The location was ideal. We walked everywhere without the need for a taxi, Kos town is only a 15 min walk or so with beaches or shops along the way to stop in. There was also a lovely beach where we watched the sunset at, this was left coming out from the hotel. The food at each meal time was different and always had a good variety of meats or sides, some things lacked in quality but overall was not bad at all for all inclusive. The drinks were also decent, different sodas along with beer and wine on tap, the only thing that was lacking was the fruit juice, it was more like water! There is no entertainment, but the evenings had a lovely vibe. The bar was open till late with music playing in the background, and everyone was sat around chatting whilst playing cards which had a really nice atmosphere. WiFi is accessible from the room, restaurant, pool and bar. The rooms were very spacious with a hair dryer, safe and plenty of storage space. The couple of downsides were that the ‘double beds’ were actually 2 single beds pushed together, so not the best when staying as a couple, but I understand why it’s done. Secondly, the shower drains were not the best. Greece is known for lack of drainage, but we had to stop-start the shower every few mins just so we didn’t flood the bathroom. The pool/sunbeds were nice, very clean however the water was very very cold (this may be due to visiting in October though) so we didn’t get much use out of it. It’s not too much of a manic rush for beds, but if you leave it anything past 9:30 you won’t get one, but there is adequate seating still in the sun by the bar. I must say though, if you don’t like cats, this isn’t the place for you. We had visitors at our room, maybe because we were on the ground floor, in the restaurant and by the pool, pretty much the whole complex. Something I certainly didn’t mind! We ate at the hotel all week, but decided to go out for a meal at the end of the week to a place called Istros which is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel towards kos town. Was a beautiful place and the food was absolutely amazing, definitely recommend a visit. Overall, I do not have many complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff was very friendly and we were super impressed by how many different languages every staff member could speak to accommodate every visitor. Cleaning staff did an immaculate job, the food was very nice and for teatime there was a different them every night. Lots of choice with lots of space indoors and outdoors to dine. Beautiful plants everywhere you look and you are a little bit sheltered from the road outside. Loved the fact that outside there were kittens and cats visiting at food times, which were so cute. The lady at the bar was a true gem, I think she's called Sofia, and she was the sweetest person ever. We were given free bike vouchers for one day so used these to visit Kos by bike, which was lovely. There are beaches all around this place from walks as little as 5 minutes. The only downfall is that the key card also does the electricity in the room, so when we took it with us, the fridge turned off and the milk we bought for brews wasn't good anymore. The aircon seemed to come on at 11am when we mostly weren't in the room but sadly not at nighttime when it was super hot. This hotel mainly had younger people there and there wasn't that much for families, no entertainment etc for kids and we had some trouble with extremely noisy neighbors one night. Overall would definitely recommend and go again.

Great hotel with great facilities, the food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing and we never had a problem finding things we like, the hotel isn’t really one for families with young children as there is no entertainment etc, Kos town is around 20-30 minutes walk away and there are lots of car hire options near the hotel, the staff were always very friendly and helpful. We used to look forward to seeing what the cleaner had shaped the towels as each day and loved the room its self which was quite modern.

The location is perfect with its own beach as well as 2 pools. A bus stops nearby for Kos Town. The rooms are clean. The resort is beautiful. The landscaping is unique, made up of vegetables and herbs used in the kitchen. The food is tasty and fresh. They cater for allergies. It's a true all inclusive, you won't go thirsty or hungry here. There is also a good range of activities. They pay attention to everyone, including their younger guests, it's the happiest children I've seen at a hotel.

Really lovely holiday - group of 6 adults and one baby. Staff amazingly friendly and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean but dated. We did have ants in our room but they work hard to clean these away. The food is amazing really one of the best AI we have done, wifi is not the best so had to get data roaming. The grounds are great with all the fruit and veg growing. We liked the bottom pool as beds were easier to get, good to be so close to the sea. Great snack bar and tasteful slides. Not too kiddie. Would return but would maybe want a room in the main hotel which seem to have been renovated, although the family bungalow worked well for us with a 5 month old baby.

Beautiful hotel fab staff and good food. I loved the fact that they ate growing fruits and veg throughout the hotel grounds I wish more hotels did this! Also the maids are truly wonderful always said morning and had a smile on their face which was lovely to see! Only thing that let's it down is bathrooms are very dated in main building rooms ours had alot of black mould in. Also the amount of kids running up and down the corridors really early in the morning screaming (this is not the hotels fault)

So, I have to say, we have just come back from a lovely week at the Grecotel Casa Paradiso. The hospitality was second to none. It was my partner's birthday while we were there and they were so incredibly accommodating. They organised birthday cakes and balloons and romantic evening meals for us. They really went above and beyond! My partner was so happy! I was happy! The food was incredible with plenty of variety, the cocktails were amazing, and like I said, the staff were all wonderful! The sun loungers were super comfy, the bed in our room was one of the comfiest i have slept in for a long time and I love the fact they grow so much fruit and vegetables on site too! This really gave the hotel a homely feel! I would 100% recommend and come back again! Thank you team!

The hotel isn't what you expect from a four star, you have to pay for use of safe, no kettle in room, no entertainment other than greek music one night. Majority of staff aren't friendly. Definitely catered for German guests, we stayed in September & there were mainly German pensioners. All inclusive drinks were self service drinks in the day so it was limited to a few options, no spirits until after 6pm. Food was quite bland, dinning room dark & dated, trees around hotel blocked out alot of sunlight. Sunbeds were plentiful, pools were clean, rooms were clean. All German channels on the TV no English. No toiletries in bathroom either, few tweaks could do so much better as per other reviews. Wouldn't stay here again if I came back to kos.

Great location - lovely beach, bars, shops and restaurants all within close walking distance. Rooms were rather small but clean (no kettle). TV was stuck on German without option to change. Food was basic and repetitive, not very much selection compared to other all inclusive hotels. Hotel is over run by Germans - very German centered. Food is only available at certain times and cocktails and spirits only available after 6pm for a few hours - which we were a little shocked at considering it is all inclusive. Staff were friendly.

Don’t be fooled by the photos of this Supposedly 4-Star All-Inclusive Resort. My recent stay at what was advertised as a 4-star all-inclusive resort left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite the expectations set by its rating, the experience was far from what one would anticipate from such a classification. Here are the issues that marred our stay: Food Quality and Dining Experience: Let's start with the food—perhaps the most critical aspect of an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, it was an outright disaster. The self-service buffet offered a limited selection of unimaginative, bland, and often unappetizing dishes. It was incredibly disheartening to see the same food repeated across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making mealtimes a monotonous chore rather than an enjoyable experience. To make matters worse, it was evident that some salads and dishes were repurposed leftovers from the previous day, which raises serious concerns about freshness and hygiene. Breakfast hours were particularly frustrating. The service officially ran from 7:00 to 9:45 AM, but if a dish ran out at 9:10 AM, it was never replenished. This stinginess was both surprising and unacceptable, especially when guests have paid for an all-inclusive service. Beverages and Bar Service: The hotel advertises a range of local alcohol-free beverages and alcoholic drinks available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. However, the reality was far less generous. The selection was severely limited, and basic cocktails like mojitos were inexplicably chargeable. Even some simple drinks that should have been included came with additional costs, which felt like a deliberate attempt to squeeze more money out of guests. Accessibility Issues: Accessibility was another significant problem. The lift was not on the ground floor, meaning you had to navigate 8-9 stairs just to reach it. For elderly guests, those with mobility issues, or parents with infants in pushchairs, this was a considerable inconvenience. A 4-star hotel should be far more mindful of accessibility and inclusivity, and this setup was not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous. Room Amenities: The room amenities were shockingly inadequate. The hotel provided only three small bars of soap, with no shampoo or body wash included. When we requested these basic necessities, we were told we had to purchase them. This is simply unacceptable in a supposedly 4-star establishment. The in-room TV was another letdown, with channels only available in German or Greek. For international guests, this renders the TV practically useless. Additionally, the promised "Free WiFi" was a joke—it offered a painfully slow speed of less than 2-3 Mbps, making it nearly impossible to use for even basic tasks like checking emails. The One Saving Grace: The only positive aspect of this hotel was its proximity to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. However, this one advantage is far from enough to justify the 4-star rating or the overall cost of the stay. Final Thoughts: In conclusion, this hotel falls woefully short of the 4-star standard it claims to uphold. The poor food quality, limited beverages, lack of basic amenities, and accessibility issues are significant drawbacks that overshadow the few positive aspects. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience. There are undoubtedly better options available that offer genuine value for money and a more enjoyable stay.

All facilities are good. Shower is good. Aircon is fantastic. Some things were not as advertised on the TUI website such as free sun loungers on the beach (€5pp), also had to pay €2.50 per day for the use of the safe in the room. Overall still very happy.

This hotel I would not class as a 4* hotel. For all inclusive alcoholic drinks be aware that you can only have beer or wine until 18:00pm and then after 18:00pm you are allowed to have cocktails. Most spirits are an additional cost. Food selection very small and repetitive but luckily there are restaurants close by to the hotel, although this does defeat the object of all inclusive. Room clean with good working air con, Staff seem to have the attitude that they don’t want to be there and are not very welcoming. Tigaki in general I would recommend the beach is beautiful and there are some lovely places to visit in Kos. This hotel I would not recommend.

This was my second time staying at Mitsis Norida, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into paradise. The beautiful setting, impeccable service, and the welcoming atmosphere make it one of my absolute favorite places to stay. Every time we come here, we feel like we’re in paradise. A special thanks to ladies from the reception, the great bartender lady on the main bar (with red lipstick), and Alexis from the à la carte restaurants, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. In fact, the entire staff was incredible—everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly, and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. It’s safe to say we received the best treatment we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Also food was absolutely amazing, with flavors that felt like home. Each meal was delicious, well-prepared, and comforting—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to quality. Overall, our stay at Mitsis Norida was nothing short of perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning for another unforgettable experience. Highly recommended ❤️🥹

Amazing holiday!! I really can't speak highly enough of this place, all the staff made our stay incredible. The food, the service the cleanliness. All together is a success story for an amazing holiday.. The A la carte dining was high quality ingredients cooked to perfection and even the other restaurants/buffets on site were also delicious. All fresh and great service to match. Plenty on offer to do with excursions, entertainment. But you can cater to your own needs for your holiday. Nice resort. The crepe restaurant was really nice and the asian restaurant was alright. I really enjoyed the pools as well but be careful the floor/sides are gritty like sandpaper can graze yourself very easily! The main restaurant buffet isn't bad but it isn't amazing none of the cooked meats were seasoned and food was always a little overcooked. Overall I had a very nice holiday there and majority of the staff were very nice and super helpful!!!

I absolutely love it!! Quiet, cheap, clean, everything you need it here. No pool but thers public pools all over the area you can go in like restaurants with pools. The lady is really nice. Didn't take card so had to wait until the next mornign to pay in cash. Bus just outside to take to to kefalos old town, airport, kos town as well. I walked most places just got the bus to kos town. Beach is only minutes away and supermarket as well. Lovely place.

The hotel is made up of several blocks. We stayed in a first floor one bed apartment in one of the new blocks. Check in was easy & throughout our stay the reception staff were very helpful, including arranging car hire. Our apt had a kitchen with two single beds & a bedroom with double bed. Both rooms had aircon. The rooms were made up every day & were clean, comfortable & spacious. A special thanks to our cleaner Anna & her ever smiling, friendly colleagues. We went self catering, but eat out most of the time. I would comment that the kitchen utensils & cups etc were spotless. The pool was a traditional rectangular shape & although quite big, it did tend to get over crowded. Most of the guests were Dutch & at no time was there an early rush for sun beds. I would add that there was additional welcome shade provided by the trees on the lawn. The pool bar was excellent. At times the service was a little slow if there was a queue, but we were on holiday, so it wasn't a big issue. The staff were very friendly & obliging & l would like to especially mention Dmitry for his friendly engaging manner. The bar did the usual range of hot, cold & alcoholic drinks, although apart from the Wednesday happy hour, the alcohol was quite expensive. 8 to 10 euro's for a cocktail & 5 euro's for a large beer. As for the bar food, it was excellent quality & the portions a good size & value for money. If you do want to self cater, there is a well stocked supermarket called BamBam across the road. The hotel is approx 1 mile from Kos town & takes about 25 mins to walk with kids. Beware of the army of cyclists as much of the footpath is shared with pedestrians. We did hire cars for most of the holiday to visit the sandy beaches which weŕe predominantly on the other side of kos town & along the north coast. Once you know your way around, there is a large free car park near to town, to save your legs & avoid the cyclists LOL. Kos town & harbour were buzzing & suitable for all ages. A lot of history, shops & restaurants. You can do a day trip to Bodrum, Turkey which is very close, but we didn't bother. Our favourite beaches were Lambi (north side of Kos town), Tingaki (North coast & miles of sandy beach) & Kardamena on the South coast. We went there for the last day & it was stunningly beautiful. This was our first time in Kos & we don't normally go back. However this island is worth repeat visits as it ticks a lot of boxes.

A nice distance from Kos Town, easy to walk and also the possibility to hire a bike as there is a bike lane all the way to the town centre! Lovely hotel, rooms clean, tidy and up to date. The staff are friendly. The only reason this didn't get five stars is that the breakfast doesn't have as many options as all the other hotels I have been to over the years, after the first couple of days it's quite boring. There are bread and bread buns that can be toasted, hard or soft (not really) boiled eggs, sliced ham and cheese, greek yoghurt and tinned peaches and watermelon and 3 types of cereal. There is never a variation either.

Just come back from a 5night stay at Alexandra beach , and very pleased with the stay. The pictures don’t do the place justice , it’s honestly a beautiful place. The whole hotel and rooms are spotless and very clean which is a must have for me . The only complaint we can have regarding the rooms are that the bed sheets sometimes had a strange smell to them but it was never a major issue . We went in a group of 7, age 18 . Looking for a relaxing but place for us to have a bit of fun too and we found the perfect balance . The beach is basically on your doorstep , Kos town centre is around a 20 minuite walk where you can find most of restaurants, bar street , fun and sight seeing . There was so much more to explore we just didn’t get enough time . We also attended the Sunday ammo’s beach party which we enjoyed . The staff at the hotel are very friendly and polite . The women on the front desk (didn’t get her name, she wore glasses ans had blond/brown hair ) was very lovley ! The pool and hotel through the day was very balanced , with music and chill vibes & enough Sunbed for everyone . The snack bar near the pool was great food and very reasonable price . I would definitely recommend Alexandra beach . It’s no 5* hotel but it’s definitely a very good 3/4* & the older negative reviews shouldn’t put you off from attending . The hotel suprised us very much and we have come away happy but sad to leave

I can’t say enough about Kosta Place City Hotel. The hotel was in a perfect location and the staff were very friendly, nice and welcoming. My boyfriend and I spent 5 days in Kos I got us an upgraded business room which was very impressive in size which overlooked the harbor. I came back by myself a week later after missing the ferry after returning from Athens. They were again very accommodating and remembered me. I got the standard room overlooking the courtyard super cute and was still a good size room. I wish I got pics of the rooms but I did take pictures of the outside areas. The third floor pool and bar/cafe was just too cool and a great view into the harbor and the Mediterranean. Also, great places to eat, drink and shop whichever direction you decide to take.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great service had 2 issues with the door to room and the safe, both were dealt within about 10 minutes. Our room was a bit upside down, bedroom was upstairs, but the wardrobes were downstairs had to be careful when using them. It was a wonderful holiday, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Stayed here for one night and was very happy. Great location in the middle of Kos Town overlooking the harbor. Incredibly cheerful and helpful staff. Competent and kind despite being treated poorly by some guests. I had nice spacious loft room. Pool is good with fun rooftop bar. Nice breakfast in the morning too.

First, I would like to clarify, that we visited lots of 4 stars hotel all around the world, and this one is definitely not a 4 stars. More like 1 star hotel !!! Old, smelly and really dirty rooms, no innovation and reparation for at list 20 years. Bad service, check out at 11h but you understand that when you read the hotel board at the entrance. Nobody send this information in advance. Even though they start entering in the rooms from 10h to rush you to leave. Awful experience. Totally not recommended

This was the first time we stayed at Kosta Palace Hotel. But my fourth time on the Island. I really loved the location of the hotel, it’s a minute away from Kos Town/ harbor and one minute away from the beach. The staff is very friendly & willing to help if you have any questions or problems! Thank you for that ! The rooms is something that you have to fill up yourself what you think about them. We had an apartment, not the most luxury room but for us it was okay. The bathroom was good ( big shower ), the beds were good, the balcony was big enough, the kitchen was big enough. For two people wayyy to big, but for a family stay enough space :)! Also the airconditioning worked very well & the room is clean. The pool on the roof is really quiet , no hard music, no party people. Just people who are trying to relax on their vacation. Something we definitely prefer when going on a vacation. The view is a plus one! The bar is fine. The only thing we really missed was to sit on the roof later in the evening, because it closes at 18:00. A shame because of the view at the harbor, a gorgeous place to have a drink & play some games or something like that. ( you can sit in the lobby bar were they serve drinks, but it would be so amazing to sit on the top floor in the evening)!! Next year we will definitely come back to Kosta Palace Hotel. Me and my boyfriend came to the resort, we booked a last minute holiday, don’t listen to the bad reviews everything was perfect!! The entertainment was amazing! Mikey the entertainment guy was absolutely brilliant. The all inclusive food and drinks were spot on! The location was about a 10 min drive from the town they had private hire or shuttle buses easy enough to get into town. Staff were lovely and friendly we got offered a sandwich and water when we arrived as it was about 2am. Towels were clean rooms were clean. The views were amazing. We had a lovely time !!!

I ignored all the nit-picky bad reviews and went here for a week with my wife and two young children 2 weeks ago. I honestly really enjoyed it and wouldn't have a problem recommending. Yes, ok, the rooms were quite dated, but they were clean and spacious, and a pool just outside the front door. All the pools were beautiful. Yes, sand does blow into them because of the location on the hill, but I saw them being cleaned regularly. Also, there are some dangerous transitions between the kids and adult pools, definitely not ideal, so parents have to keep their eyes open. I couldn't fault the food - good variety, fresh, clean, and didn't see or hear anyone else complaining either. We found the staff to be very helpful throughout the hotel, and we never had any issues at all. It's not a 5-star hotel, but we did have a 5-star holiday here

Please do not listen to bad reviews about this hotel! It’s an excellent destination with great views,fantastic service and accommodation for a much higher rated hotel. The reception is absolutely amazing with friendly and helpful staff. The manager in the reception area is amazing and tends to anything you may need to make your experience a memorable one. The view is breathtaking and you see the endless crystal clear blue waters as far as the eye can see. A wonderful holiday experience!

Myself and my partner have just come back from a week here, honestly ignore the reviews. The hotel was clean, well kept and the views were stunning. We had a king size bed, a patio area and stunning views of the Aegean/ Turkey. The food was as expected for an all inclusive. They have a microwave you can use if it’s not hot to your standard, but me and my boyfriend didn’t even use it. The bar had lots of variety, and the pool areas and water park were fab. We ate in the restaurant above the buffet restaurant on Italian night and it was fab! We used the shuttle bus a few times, and where it drops you off is a literal 15 min walk to the main strip, which is so good. Only bad point was that any activities I had booked with a ‘hotel pick up/drop off’ didn’t actually pick us up from the hotel, but taxis are easy to book with the receptionists. Also to any one going, I strongly recommend the 3 island boat tours, me and my partner had such a good day!!!

The room was clean and was right around a pool which was ideal and there in a number of pools to choose from. The man working on the main bar was lovely. Yes it is out the way however during the day there is a shuttle until 3pm. And after then taxis are €10 each way (the longest we waited was 30 mins) The food was okay the first few days but then seemed like stuff was being reused however we could find something each meal time but shouldn’t be having to “make do” on a holiday you’ve paid for. Very much felt like as we were the last week we were just made to make do especially the last few days (we weren’t aware of this as when we booked dates after ours were available and some people have had to move hotels for the rest there holiday) on the last night (only informed 24 hours before) the hotel closed at 6pm meaning those of us getting collected after (we weren’t collected until after 8pm and there was a number of us in the same situation ) were left sat in the dark! We had sandwiches made up but not what we’ve paid for at an all inclusive especially when we paid for Friday and didn’t arrive until early hours Saturday morning (bar and main restaurant closed) yet numerous members of staff around. Felt really unwelcome as they were all sat round watching waiting for us to leave (so no excuse to leave us how they did with no bar as staff were around as well). But can’t understand the thought behind leaving your paying guests sat in the dark. Sadly the managers attitude is also quiet poor and heard she’d lied to people who’d had bad experience s earlier in the week being able to move to a different hotel getting them to turn up for a transfer the next day all packed and then turning them away! Even heard an elderly lady got pushed! Sadly the last couple of days really let them down as would have been a 4 star review otherwise as loads of pools and the room was more the okay however the food started to go downhill and the last day was awful. It’s a shame as it has the potential to be a lovely hotel.

This is a notification to all parents considering booking this hotel: Unfortunately, this hotel is NOT KIDS FRIENDLY, despite their claims. We arrived here three hours ago, and our children have already been reprimanded by four different staff members. I can still understand the first instance, as our kids were a bit noisy and running in an empty restaurant. However, the second instance was from the animation staff, who made an announcement over the speaker asking our kids to be quiet (there are five children with 3 adults, mind you). Then, we were asked to keep quiet again at the empty reception. We have been on multiple holidays together, but this is the one I am now dreading. We hope to change our situation soon. This hotel is more suited for adults, not families. It feels like false advertising, and I wish we had known this before booking. We work hard to take our kids on holiday, only to be told they must walk on eggshells. I am genuinely disappointed just a few hours into our stay. What a shame!

Staff always very polite and courteous, the restaurant is very good, we were worried about the food but they list what is in every dish so you know what you are eating before you choose. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had a low room, but they run a free taxi service to take you up the very steep hill to support rooms which would have amazing views. Taxi to kardamaina town is 8euros which is a lot but about the same as UK these days. You can walk it if you are good with walking, it's a nice walk along the coast if you are that way inclined. There is a basic shop although bottled water at hotel so is 3 times the price from town. So it's worth buying water there if you get a taxi.

Generally a good place. Food is great, although dinner service is awkwardly arranged. They try to create a classy atmosphere by making men wear long trousers in the insane heat, but then have staff running around cleaning tables l, getting in the way etc Some staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, others are good. The mini bus service to the rooms can be quite slow, often faster to walk up the many steps. Drivers are almost always on their phone whilst driving break neck speed around tight corners and roads of the hotel. The pool is lovely, although the entertainment team are a b little lacklustre compared to other hotels

After reading some reviews I was a little worried but we spent a week here recently and was very pleased. The views higher up are just amazing. We were in room 404 and it was beautiful. If you wake up early enough you see the beautiful sun rise which is just spectacular. We walked down to the beach infront to catch the sunrise too. Food is lovely, staff are lovely. Cleaning is very good. I do understand it's frustrating for the guys wearing trousers to the evening meal especially as its so hot but mine managed. If you aren't very fit the steps are challenging but the regular mini bus is good. I'd definitely want to stay higher up though because those views are special. Entertainment is ok. Local bus for those who don't wish to walk. I'd definitely return to same hotel. Thank you for the great stay 🙏

Second holiday at this hotel. The standards have dropped since we last visited. Definitely not 4 star, 3 at best. It has great views and a convenient beach although the free sun beds are rickety and uncomfortable. The beach is a bit stoney and unkempt but still good. Best beach is magic beach just along the coast. Best staff were Anna on reception and Katrina on the bar. The owners were always hovering around and we felt as if we were always being watched. The rooms are spacious and kept clean by the daily cleaner. She was super efficient and really friendly. Our room was on the road side, so we had quite a lot of noise at times. Our balcony was mainly in shade so we didn’t use it. The bathroom was small and the shower screen was too small and didn’t retain the water. The whole toilet floor flooded each time we used it. The toilet was too close to the shower and got soaked. The main issue was the lack of hot water. We couldn’t shower other than between 4-5pm. We complained for the first 4 days but gave up after being given ridiculous excuses and lies. We were told it was only our room but other guests were saying they had the same. Management didn’t seem to bother that about our issues. Air con was excellent. The breakfasts offered the same limited choice every day and were on a par with 2 stars. Overall I had the feeling that they were penny pinching and had little regard for guests comfort. It’s a shame as with a bit of effort it could be a fantastic experience.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and can only say how an insensitive ignoramus can spoil your holiday. The owner’s son appears to now be staff on reception and he is about as inviting as having to poo a hedgehog. On the first night we were there, he insulted 2 guests (not to their face but to another guest) calling them alcoholic because they enjoyed a drink on holiday. As he was noticeably disabled, as am I, I asked him what had happened to him and he bluntly said, “It is my mother’s fault, I was born like it”. He then told me that I did not need my crutch to walk with (something I have needed for over 24 years) as he had seen me walking around the pool table without it - a complete fabrication. At this point, I just felt uncomfortable every time I saw him so all I could do was ignore him and try to enjoy the holiday. The next morning at breakfast, I asked if there was any bacon as the tray was empty. The female owner came out with 8 more rashers and promptly told me, “my daughter says that bacon is not good for you”. We soon learnt that Mrs. Owner and her staff tried to save our lives every morning by putting out 8 rashers of bacon at a time and making us ask for it when it ran out - last year it was plentiful. We had freezing cold showers every morning and complained to the staff but this fell on deaf ears. In fact the only time the showers were warm in our room was between 1600-1700. My wife, who is dairy intolerant, asked for plant based milk only to be told they do not do it - something you would expect from the hotel’s 4*+ rating. The disabled toilet in the reception area is permanently locked as it is used as a store room. When my wife asked if I could use it, she was told that as we had not let them know I was disabled then we could not. On the plus side of this hotel; Katerina, Andreas and the cleaners - brilliant customer service something the owner’s son and Mrs Owner could learn from. The location is lovely. It is a great shame as this could be a fantastic hotel with a bit of an update and better service by the aforementioned people.

Misleading description of the rooms to get more money from you - what you see on the images from booking.com about ‘partial see view or garden with the pool view’ is not what it is in reality. I got a room facing someone’s construction site with a glimpse of the sea if you stand in the corner of the window to see it. Definitely not worth the price they charge. Not mentioning the reception girl who silently opened the room and left. Had to go again to the reception and ask for all details about breakfast, pool and so on. It is NOT a 4 star hotel!

Attention! Hotel overbooked and then cancelled! In October 2023 have we booked a hotel room for 2 persons from September 17th to 24th, 2024, and received a booking confirmation. Therefor we booked the flights, excursions and a surf course. Two days before the start of our holidays the hotel cancelled the reservation. As it turned out later, the hotel had overbooked its rooms. Keep your hands off this hotel!

This has to be one of the best locations on the Greek Island of Kos. I had previously stayed and enjoyed the views and cleanliness of the rooms, so it was time to return. You didn’t disappoint! The buffet breakfasts are hands down the best anywhere for variety and are constantly refreshed with everything and more. The restaurant delivered for a delicious dinner also,but book as it’s hard to secure a table. It was peak season so rooms were also in high demand so book well in advance. The location is so central that you can walk or ride bikes everywhere and it is an absolute must!!!

Nice hotel if you're happy not sleeping! Endless music till early hours of the morning downstairs with rooms that can hear it all. Everyone is out partying when I just want a good night's sleep! Kos is a party island with so many bars if you're going to stay and want some sleep please go far away from the town and bars as you can. For a 4 star hotel you would expect some sound proofing in walls but this doesn't seem to be the case for even some 5 star hotels. Sometimes it's better to get a 2 or 3 star hotel away from all the action. Definitely my last time booking a hotel within walking distance to town not worth the compromise for no sleep. It just seems to get louder and louder as the night goes on and to make to worse it's the hotels bar! Why is that all the 'better' hotels seems to have too many facilities and services for their own good...can't beat peace and quiet on a holiday

We just went for dinner. The outside dining area was fabulous and we got a table right by the sea. The food was delicious but it was so slow we waited about 45 minutes for our starter. Then another 30 minutes for our main course. The staff started clearing up when there were still 3 tables with people eating. It’s worth recommending as it’s so beautiful and if you’re not in a hurry.

the hotel is clean and in a good location. 5 min walk to the center. the swimming pool is not allowed, but you can use the sister hotel's pool 500m away. comprehensive breakfast and good service. the gym room is really small and hot in the summer. it was the only modest one in this hotel. we are really satisfied with the visit and can recommend!

We stayed here overnight on our way to Kalymnous. We had a great experience. The staff was very helpful. We checked in at midnight and had lots of hungry kids with us. Since all the restaurants close at midnight, the staff gave everyone a bag with an amazing sandwich, fruit and drinks. We all really appreciated it. We had lunch there before we left for the ferry and the food was so fresh and SO good at the pool bar. I could tell the bartenders were very seasoned. They were very helpful, friendly and make amazing cocktails. I would definitely stay here again.

I don't write reviews often, but I have to make an exception here. You can't choose a better hotel than this one. Key highlights: 1. The entire staff is helpful and kind, but really everyone. 2. Cleanliness. Not only the rooms, but the entire area is carefully maintained and tidy. 3. Food. Great. Selection, quality, freshness, local. Even though the area is larger, 3 restaurants ensure that there will be room for you in the morning and in the evening and you will feel comfortable. One of the restaurants is "adults only", which is nice for people who are not in the mood for children. 4. The beach is clean and large with wooden walkways. It costs 4 Euros per day for a sunbed (they accept credit cards). Sunbeds functional, new, comfortable. 5. Seaview means seaview here. 6. The resort is close to the airport (10 min), but outside the arrival and departure corridor, so you won't even notice the planes. 7. I would get to rent a car at a different rental company than the one at the hotel, which is more expensive. We chose Costas Car Rental and we were very satisfied - with the price, smooth communication and the car itself. 8. Waterpark right across the street. Don't hesitate. Thank you HBR!

This was a fantastic vacation! The resort has very top facilities, pools, beach service, all you need for a high quality stay in a Greek island. The restaurants have high quality food and the gourmet restaurant Mosaic guarantees a top culinary experience. We enjoyed the fish gourmet menu and got a very nice wine from Northern Greece. Fantastic spot for families and couples. If you are a couple renting a car suggested to explore all the fantastic spots in the island or explore night life outside the resort. Very relaxing, high quality vacation - we will come back ☺️

We recently stayed at Hotel Corali for 10 nights. We had an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. We found this to be very spacious with a large balcony, with a view of the pool. Air conditioning was great and the bathroom also big with powerful shower. Beds comfy. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds which are very well kept. We only used the large pool as it was a bit shallower which our youngest child preferred and we all really enjoyed our time spent in and around the pool. Could not fault the service and staff at the pool bar. Self service ice cream, cakes and also sandwich rolls later on in the day. The hotel restaurant is large with a nice terrace. Hot food was standard to hotel buffet expectations but always lots of nice fresh salads and fruit. We found all the staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful, they really all are a credit to Corali. Thanks to all for making our holiday so enjoyable.

My wife and I were here from 29 th September -13 th October 2024 , it was a great holiday ,thanks to all the staff at Corelli for their absolute dedication to making it so. On our first night we were put in the wrong room , they quickly moved us the following day to our correct room but no hot water,this was quickly dealt with. It can happen, no problems from then on , beautiful gardens , lovely swimming pools , excellent food and really helpful receptionist's. Our flight was a late one so we asked if we could keep our room till 5,00pm (we were prepared to pay) they said no as we had a problem at the beginning of the holiday, this I thought was excellent. After the mixed reviews on here we were very unsure of what we were going to find on arrival. We had a double room with a balcony looking over to the main reception. Room is very basic with a fridge (no kettle). It is spotlessly clean and so were the sheets and bedding. On our late arrival there was a small snack and some water in the fridge for us (thank you this was very much welcomed). Our first time on all inclusive and I can honestly say food was amazing. There was a different selection of meals to choose at every mealtime. Apart from breakfast (my choice) I never ate the same thing twice. The restaurant is also managed impecably and all staff are kind, helpful and always cleaning. During our time there we always used the pool at the Village apartments. The lady at the bar was lo Ely and helpful. There are always sandwiches and cakes available from 3pm and self serve ice-cream. Drinks always cold and welcomed in the heat. Evenings were spent in the Starlight bar. They have entertainment some nights and there is always a great atmosphere. Again the staff were all amazing. The hotel is situated a short walk from the beach, which is always clean with crystal blue warm water. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you to Kos Town which again is stunning. I would definitely return to Kos and hotel Corali and would like to thank all the hardworking staff for making our trip memorable and enjoyable.

This is not a 4 star hotel, 3 would be a more suitable rating. We came end of season and there was a lack of effort by a lot of staff. Room air-conditioning was noisy, the room flooded if you have a shower for more than 45 seconds and the safe was locked when we arrived. All issues were reported but aside from the safe nothing was done. The gym had broken equipment. This was reported but looking back at reviews the same issues were true back in Sept. The location just about made up for the hotel. Gorgeous beach for miles, sun is glorious. Oh and the pools are freezing cold 🥶

Just had a great week here with my grandchildren and 4 adults. The hotel was so clean, food great with loads of variety and children catered for. Hotel was fully booked but it never felt like there were too many people and no problem getting a sun lounger at either pool or the beach. Had a trip into kos town which is beautiful, bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 20 euros for 6 of us. Lovely mix of nationalities and lots of friendly chats in the hotel. Entertainment team are so very friendly and the aqua gym each morning was great. All inclusive drinks are everything we needed and the constant supply of ice cream for the children was amazing. The sun rises and sunsets are also beautiful 😍 Would recommend for a great family holiday .

Very nice hotel, people working there were very nice and friendly. There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar. If you didn't want to participate you could go to the second bar near the beach which was really quite and nice to talk.

One of the best experiences we ever had. We stayed there for 4 days. Let me start from the location. This place is 20 minutes from the airport (Taxi costs 25-30 euros). The reception was super friendly and explained everything upon arrival. There is a mini market just near the pool and you get most of amenities. The room which we got had an amazing view! The room was clean and every day they cleared the room. It was all inclusive. The food was great, being a buffet means you will need to add salt and pepper for your tasting, which is known. But the variety of dishes and quality was better than many other places. All the staffs were friendly and polite to us. The bar had many cocktails and they were friendly and always had a smile on their face. Overall our experience was beyond our expectations and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful vacation. Also, if you want to go to the Town, there is a bus stop nearby (5 mins walk) and costs 3,50 euros.

Staff are friendly, very hard working and polite. Premier Bungalows are a must. They are spacious, clean, and come with perks, such as designated sun loungers labelled with your room number. Our room was in need of some TLC. Missing hooks on the curtains (which definitely needed washing) a broken hinge on the wardrobe door and others were rusty. The manager was apologetic and agreed that repairs were needed. He also explained that they were working very hard to make the hotel successful. The Premier Bungalow pool area is a designated quiet area, which is lovely, and very clean. If you want music and noise, the main pool area is the place to go. If you are in a Premier Bungalow, please do note that the lovely 'Tranquil' restaurant (it's name is very apt) by the beach, closes at the end of September as does the luxury of a member of waiting staff taking drink orders from the pool area. We were not aware of the closure and were disappointed 😔. It is on the website but you have to click several links to find it, unfortunately we missed that info! 😢 I believe that this hotel, with some improvement, which the manager is working on, could become very sought after and be deserving of the 4* it is advertised as.

We have just returned from a week at Aeolos. I made a mistake on reading the reviews before I came so was a bit worried. However we have both really enjoyed our stay. Overall this is a lovely hotel with potential for even more with a manager who is clearly looking to help improve anything that he can. We had a superior bungalow which was really spacious on the inside especially for 2 people, and had its own sunbeds on an outdoor terrace as well as a table and chairs which were really handy. However we have visited towards the end of the season so there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The room was clean and had a massive walk in shower and double sinks. The only small thing which i have found is very common in Europe is a double bed is 2 singles together but they did move a bit and so created a gap which could be a little uncomfortable but it did not affect our sleep and the pillows were great. The pool and bar area were good - it had a large pool where you could swim comfortably and there were plenty of sunbeds but we did come in October so towards the end of season so was not as busy. There were a range of cocktails, wine beer spirits and soft drinks available on all inclusive from the pool bar and they were all more than satisfactory. There was food everyday as well at the pool bar as well as ice cream and cakes. Food from here was always tasty, and although it was only a set meal every day we really enjoyed them. There were also a child’s pool and a premium area but since we were a couple and had not paid for that then I cannot comment. Food - the buffet was fine for us each day. There was plenty of selection and although I read reviews stating everything was the same - I found that although some things like salad and cold meat/cheese remained the same there was some variation in hot food. They also had 4 theme nights in our week stay where they put on different meals in the evening. I would say that some days I found more I wanted than others but I think that is the same anywhere. It is not 5* dining but that’s not what I was expecting and both myself and my husband thought it was more than adequate. The staff in general were all helpful and friendly as well. As I have said we came at the end of the season but from what I gathered from our rep it is a quieter hotel in terms of limited daily entertainment. There was a karaoke night when we were here that was fun and a good laugh, but we were looking for a relaxing break and so we really were not bothered by this but if you are then it may not be the hotel for you but that is not a fault of the hotel I would say, more about what you want out of a holiday. There is also a bus stop at the end of the drive which is €2 each way and about 20 minutes into Kos. It is not really walkable but we enjoyed a trip there to break up the week. The hotel is beach front but it is quite stony and not white sand but people were still swimming and using beach shoes. As they cannot put sunbeds on the beach we stayed around the pool but you could put sunbeds from the massive grassed areas right up to the beach so you were very close to the water. It is quite a big complex with a lot of grassed areas with sunbeds as well. Overall for the price we paid and with the expectations we had we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I think it would depend on what you want out of a hotel and holiday overall but hopefully this can give an honest review without being negative

We have just returned room this superb hotel, our fourth stay in as many years, and once again everything was perfect. Everything from the initial check in to the final check out was exceptional. The room, the food, all of the staff, everything was first class and nothing was a problem for anyone. We thoroughly enjoyed a stay and would highly recommend this hotel. beautiful hotel with a wonderful beach and pool. there is plenty of space to do whatever you like and lie down wherever you want since the hotel complex is huge. theres no need to reserve sun beds since there are plenty by the beach and by the pool. definitely recommend the beach, since the pool can get quite crowded. all of the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. whenever we requested anything, they did their best to help us and guide us through our stay. they are also open to have a chat when you feel like it. they aren't rushed at all, which is very nice. they also organize a lovely evening entertainment. be aware that some of the bungalows have not been renovated yet. the main building and premium bungalows have been renovated and are very modern. however, all of the accommodations are nice. the hotel is not situated near shops or towns but the hotel has a great little shop with everything you need. the taxi prices into kos town are approximately 10€. if you're looking for a relaxing holiday with amazing views and swims, then this is the place for you!

This is not a 4 star hotel by any measure, it is 2 or 3 star at best. Stay was for 12 nights in a room in the main hotel. Pros: - The sunset view - The main pool was large and a good temperature - The ladies with glasses on reception and Anna in the restaurant & bar were nice friendly, helpful people - Our room was cleaned every day. We were provided with clean towels and a large bottle of water every day. Cons: I need to point out quite a few problems with the food & drink here: - The food was really bad. They say they have something for everybody but they really don't. The themed food, Italian, Greek, Mexican etc were not good representations of food from these countries. The food was not hot, was not prepared well (undercooked meat in the Moussaka on Greek night for example) and was not enjoyable at all. A crazy thing here is we could not get any coffee after dinner with dessert. Staff rudely brushed us off saying that coffee is only for breakfast. What a strange thing to say. Are we not in Europe anymore? I have never experienced this before anywhere in my life. The breakfast is aimed at their German guests only it seems to us. Boiled frankfurter are not a breakfast item anywhere else in the world (come to Ireland we will show you what a breakfast sausage should taste like). The eggs were undercooked and disgusting. The croissants and sweet breads were disgusting. The fruit did not taste fresh to us. And the morning coffee was really, really disgusting. We had breakfast twice in the hotel and then did not have another single breakfast for the rest of our stay. For dinner we tried twice in main hotel restaurant and once in the restaurant beside the beach. We did not enjoy the food at all. - The alcoholic drinks are all diluted. There were no glasses available either at the bar in the hotel or at the pool bar for our entire stay. One of the bar ladies (NOT Anna) was very rude and sarcastic with guests and made us all feel very uncomfortable, telling us it is not her problem there is no gin, no whiskey and no glasses. Ourselves and other guest stood there looking at her in disbelief while she made these comments. - The male bar staff were the most unprofessional bar staff I've ever experienced, anywhere in my life. When you order the same drink but it is a different size and different taste each time that is very strange and not acceptable. How do you make the same cocktail different each time? Wow, that's really bad. They were more concerned with smoking and talking with each other to the side of the bar. Nice guys to be friends with I am sure, just not good at their jobs. - The really REALLY loud music from the pool bar started at 10am every morning. Even with the balcony door closed in our room it was very loud and we couldn't sleep. - There was really loud maintenance works occurring early in the mornings near the end of our stay. We got no warning of this and it badly affected our sleep. - There are serious drainage problems in the hotel. The urinals in the bathrooms beside the pool were overflowing with urine every single day. We also had serious problem with the shower drain in our room. The water would not drain and kept overflowing into the room and we had to put lots of towels down each time. We raised this issue with the hotel and they told us it was rectified but it wasn't. There was also a bad smell of sewage in the bathroom. - The rooms in the hotel have been renovated but the shower head in our bathroom was old, broken and had mould on it. I feel a bad writing such a poor review as there are good people working here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately. Maybe if the food & drink situation was better I would, but it is so far from another town that you cannot simply walk out of the hotel for other options.

Great place for kids! A good sandy beach with shells, stones and grass too! Ice cream was a tasty treat (careful of the seagulls!). The car park can be a bit of a struggle at busy times. A super fun day out! It wasn’t the warmest of days when visited and we still had a blast! Thank you

Had a great time here. Food choices was nothing to scoff at having an amazing wide variety of tasty options each meal. Evening entertainment was a bit hit or miss, with the children's mini disco songs being stuck in my head for a week after the holiday thanks to repeats every night 😅 however the 9:30pm shows was fantastic with the highlight being the light/fire show. Would recommend highly for a family resort, however would likely look elsewhere for a more chill/adult holiday.

Spent a week with my family at this lovely hotel. The staff were amazing,.very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and plenty of it. My son enjoyed himself immensely and the better half had time to relax and treat herself to a spa treatment. The pools were clean and the slides were great fun. The hotel itself was kept very clean as was our room. Because it is such a great place it was quite busy, however you never felt rushed or over crowded, even at meal times. The staff at the poolside bar worked endlessly always with a smile( and deserve a pay rise). The evening entertainment was fun too.I would highly recommend Labranda to all and plan on visiting again....

Rated the location 4 due to the lack of buses running whilst we stayed here and lack of taxis. Rooms were spacious and modern. Food was fresh and always replenished. Fresh pasta and pizza made daily. The snack bar near the pool was a bit repetitive but the main restaurant was open for lunch. Ice cream on the terrace 3pm until 4pm. The staff were amazing and helpful. We didn't see entertainment due to having a 3 year old who fell asleep beforehand. The slides are amazing and the wave pool is great. We loved the wave pool. A la carte Italian was very nice and I recommend the spaghetti carbonara 👌🏼

Our stay at Labranda Marine Aquapark was absolutely wonderful, and we enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent – a wide variety, everything tasty and diverse. The hotel has an ideal location right on the beach, providing us with stunning views and easy access to the sea. For families with children, the pools and water slides are a huge benefit, and our son absolutely loved them. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The entire area was impeccably clean, and the environment was beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was also clean, and all the amenities worked perfectly. One suggestion we have is regarding the condition of the loungers by the pool. Some of them could use replacement. And the only minor inconvenience was the occasional drop in the wifi connection by the pool, but this was really a small issue compared to all the positives. The whole Tigaki area is beautiful, and the town is pleasant with cozy taverns and shops. We greatly appreciated the rental service right next to the hotel, where we rented a buggy and explored the island. We visited the village of Zia, which offers breathtaking views, and then headed to the southern part of the island to the town of Kardamena, where there is a wonderful beach. Overall, we rate our stay at Labranda Marine Aquapark as excellent and we will definitely return. Thank you for the wonderful experiences!

NO LONGER IN OPERATION!!! This place went bankrupt some time around May/June 2024 but they didn’t bother to inform us. We flew to Kos expecting a fun family holiday but were left stranded at the airport with nowhere to stay. Absolute shambles. I strongly advise anyone with a reservation to this establishment to check with their travel agency before travelling. Good luck to any staff who lost their jobs due to bad management/incapable owners.

We enjoyed our stay here .there were some issues with hot water but git sorted eventually. Our room was dated but clean and spacious. Overall we enjoyed the food most days .pool was a good size .I would say they need someone to go round and keep it clean as some guests leave all their mess .garden areas are in need of a good tidy great location 20 min walk into kos .we would return to this hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Continental Palace Kos. Good location , nice walk into town , handy for a swim in the sea , plenty of sun beds. Irene and Stavrola on the reception were very helpful, full marks ! Also, chambermaids were very good. A couple of issues.....disappointing food , salads and starters were OK but the so called hot food not even warm and poor quality. Staff in the dining room are efficient. Cleanliness around the pool, particularly the white tables in need of regular cleaning. Overall 7/10 and value for what we paid. Michael W.

I was disappointed with the management of this hotel. The hotel is rated 4 stars but unfortunately does not offer conditions beyond 2 stars. The food is diverse but lacks taste, made with the cheapest, frozen products, and offers little traditional cuisine to maximize profits. Out of 7 days with breakfast and dinner included, I was able to eat breakfast only twice and dinner only once. Coffee is powder with milk. The interior of the hotel is well-maintained and clean but old; it’s not ventilated, likely to save energy. To know what’s on the menu, all you have to do is open the door to your room, and you can smell everything, even up to the third floor. The electrical system is outdated, and both the lift and the electronic devices in the room are old and have operational problems, not checked periodically before new clients check in. The accommodation conditions are lacking. The rooms are large and beautiful, but the furniture is made of wood and over 25 years old; the mattresses are hard and wake you up at night due to creaking. The bathrooms are equipped with low-quality products for a 4-star hotel. Towels are changed daily with new and fresh ones, but they are stained with coffee or various drinks, cheaply detergents, likely to reduce hotel costs. “Once I changed the towel at the reception, but every day the same problem occurred.” After the pool closes (at 18:00), the cleanliness around it is terrible. The location is good , near the beach (3 min walk) and city center (20 min walk). The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the hotel management does not allow them to offer quality services and the best solutions to encountered problems. After sharing our experience with other guests, we concluded that they had exactly the same complaints as my partner and I. The worst accommodation experience so far. I can only give this hotel 2 stars. I would suggest the manager update their knowledge in the hospitality industry and try in the coming years to bring the standards and conditions of this hotel to the 4 stars it supposedly has.

Loved our stay here. Every member of staff were brilliant & so helpfull. They made you feel very welcome. We were half board & the food was excellent with differant choices each day. Pool was nice until last day when somebody brought a speaker that was annoying when you are trying to chill out at the pool. (Use headphones!)
