The hotel isn't what you expect from a four star, you have to pay for use of safe, no kettle in room, no entertainment other than greek music one night. Majority of staff aren't friendly. Definitely catered for German guests, we stayed in September & there were mainly German pensioners. All inclusive drinks were self service drinks in the day so it was limited to a few options, no spirits until after 6pm. Food was quite bland, dinning room dark & dated, trees around hotel blocked out alot of sunlight. Sunbeds were plentiful, pools were clean, rooms were clean. All German channels on the TV no English. No toiletries in bathroom either, few tweaks could do so much better as per other reviews. Wouldn't stay here again if I came back to kos.

I really want to give this four stars and maybe I would have if this was a 3 star resort, but it's defined by the hotel and TUI as 4.
Rooms: if booking with Tui check if you have the rooms at the back of the resort or the main building. We was initially given a room at the back of the resort which was dated and not shower friendly for those with accessibility difficulties. The room was not blue and renovated like it was advertised on the TUI website. This was rectified by the hotel after 2 nights. I am thankful for the hotel for being able to resolve this. The newly renovated rooms feel 4 star
Food: this isn't four star food. I've recently stayed in a 2 star resort in the canaries and the food was on par with what was available here. Food was very repetitive and this was echoed by other guests. Spag bowl every single day with the same desserts full of cream. I appreciated the fresh fruit but constant chips, pasta, and occasional fish left us eating out more than in. Snack time was the same for the majority of the week with many foods not replaced causing guests to run to the front and leave crumbs for others
Drink: Cocktail not available until after 6pm which didn't feel very inclusive. It's nice to be able to help yourself to tea and coffee, but at a four star hotel if I ask for it at a bar I'd expect to receive service. Didn't feel very four star to have to queue elsewhere for basic coffee. Getting a drink in the evening was very similar with a single line to one side of the bar, in a four star I want to be able to approach the barman and ask for a drink. There was two sides to the bar but nobody ever enforced the second side being used.
Facilities: pools were fantastic but guests reserving sun beds with a towel is a thing. It would be nice to see some rules enforced on this. We often saw people trying to find a bed but no availability. The pool bar is nowhere near the pool, you have to walk through a dining area to get served. The newly renovated room was lovely. The old rooms at the back leave a lot to be desired. The old room has the fridge pulled out, visible wires, furniture not in place showing undusted areas and extremely heavy, dark, dusty curtains. If the hotel was a 3 star, the older rooms would be a lot more forgivable.
Staff: Some are more pleasant than others. Very thankful again for the room being sorted, but reception staff was hit and miss.
Location: perfect, right next to the beach. But the sun loungers from the hotel do come at a charge (again not very 4 star). There is nicer sunbeds for similar fees along the beach themselves. They all take cash fyi.
Entertainment: 1 greek night the whole week we was there.
Overall I think because I paid a premium for a week I have been left feeling slightly deflated. The resort is great and I will be back, but not to this hotel. This is definitely not a four star and for the same money, you can find true four star elsewhere. I would rate this much higher if I paid a little less and it came with a 3 star rating. I would recommend it, but on the advice your paying for the location, not the food or facilities galore. I must stress, the rooms are not disgusting and you won't feel dirty, but if your paying a premium you understandably expect more.

Overall, this is not a 4 star hotel, as described. I’ll summarise the good/bad for each point as it’s well worth noting before you book. Generally I had a good time myself as the hotel was only part of our holiday (we were out quite a lot) and I do not have kids but I wouldn’t personally book this hotel if I did.
The location is really good, there is a short walk to quite a few restaurants (5 min) and an even shorter walk (2 min) to a really gorgeous beach. You can get a bus to Kos Town from the bus stop just outside the hotel for €2.30 one way and it clearly displays the times which is really useful! It takes about 20 -25 mins so well worth the money. The bus/coaches were well air conditioned too. The hotel has its own beds on the beach but, they are not ‘all inclusive’ as you have to pay €10 for 2 beds.
There are 2 good sized pools and 2 kid pools. Important to note that these are NOT manned and there is hardly any staff around the hotel, let alone any at all around the pool. This would make it less family friendly in my opinion as parents can’t really take their eyes off of the children and there could very easily be an accident. During our stay, I had witnessed one child go over to the pool, spit in the pool, then walk away. Another child squatted next to the pool, went for a wee then got back up. This was disgusting and believed this would not have happened if 1) the parents parented their children (cannot be helped by the hotel) but also 2) if there was staff / life guard to man the pools. It felt like a wild zoo at times.
The buffet / food was decent for lunch, didn’t try the dinner as we liked to go out but guessing it was similar items / similar standard. The breakfast was poor in our opinion (6 of us) including the quality of the cooking. For example, the ham/bacon is always dripping in oil and looks pale. We just mainly stuck to pastries which were alright.
There is no entertainment here apart from a Greek night on Sundays where they have dancers for a couple hours. This is it. Again, this did not impact us as we were out for the evenings but, I do feel as though people book all inclusive to relax and not have to leave the hotel, if they don’t want too. So entertainment should be included.
The drinks are all inclusive (soft drinks, coffees, beer which is very low %, and wine) but then cocktails are from 6pm - 11pm. The cocktails are not worth it; they taste dreadful and if you want a known cocktail, you have to pay €4 and even then, they are really not nice and the alcohol tastes so cheap. No kettle in the rooms but guess it’s not needed.
The reception staff are something else though. They are very condescending to all guests, I’ve witnessed them speak to people in front of me so rudely. One of the members of our party had slipped on the stairs and smashed his tooth, and his tooth had come off so he now has to get this repaired back in England (£80). He never once asked for this to be paid but for 2 days he was in A LOT of pain and for those 2 days, one member of staff in particular from reception just did not want to help. She said that it’s not their fault and that our country should pay for it, not theirs. This is why I think she didn’t want to help, incase it came to light that they were at fault. He never once asked for any money or try to place blame, he just simply needed them to try and help find an emergency dentist which she refused for so long. She made a painful experience even more difficult and for that alone I find worrying, as this could have been a child with a much more serious injury. She hides every time she sees one of us to avoid helping.

Great location - lovely beach, bars, shops and restaurants all within close walking distance. Rooms were rather small but clean (no kettle). TV was stuck on German without option to change. Food was basic and repetitive, not very much selection compared to other all inclusive hotels. Hotel is over run by Germans - very German centered. Food is only available at certain times and cocktails and spirits only available after 6pm for a few hours - which we were a little shocked at considering it is all inclusive. Staff were friendly.

Don’t be fooled by the photos of this Supposedly 4-Star All-Inclusive Resort.
My recent stay at what was advertised as a 4-star all-inclusive resort left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite the expectations set by its rating, the experience was far from what one would anticipate from such a classification. Here are the issues that marred our stay:
Food Quality and Dining Experience:
Let's start with the food—perhaps the most critical aspect of an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, it was an outright disaster. The self-service buffet offered a limited selection of unimaginative, bland, and often unappetizing dishes. It was incredibly disheartening to see the same food repeated across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making mealtimes a monotonous chore rather than an enjoyable experience. To make matters worse, it was evident that some salads and dishes were repurposed leftovers from the previous day, which raises serious concerns about freshness and hygiene.
Breakfast hours were particularly frustrating. The service officially ran from 7:00 to 9:45 AM, but if a dish ran out at 9:10 AM, it was never replenished. This stinginess was both surprising and unacceptable, especially when guests have paid for an all-inclusive service.
Beverages and Bar Service:
The hotel advertises a range of local alcohol-free beverages and alcoholic drinks available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. However, the reality was far less generous. The selection was severely limited, and basic cocktails like mojitos were inexplicably chargeable. Even some simple drinks that should have been included came with additional costs, which felt like a deliberate attempt to squeeze more money out of guests.
Accessibility Issues:
Accessibility was another significant problem. The lift was not on the ground floor, meaning you had to navigate 8-9 stairs just to reach it. For elderly guests, those with mobility issues, or parents with infants in pushchairs, this was a considerable inconvenience. A 4-star hotel should be far more mindful of accessibility and inclusivity, and this setup was not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous.
Room Amenities:
The room amenities were shockingly inadequate. The hotel provided only three small bars of soap, with no shampoo or body wash included. When we requested these basic necessities, we were told we had to purchase them. This is simply unacceptable in a supposedly 4-star establishment.
The in-room TV was another letdown, with channels only available in German or Greek. For international guests, this renders the TV practically useless. Additionally, the promised "Free WiFi" was a joke—it offered a painfully slow speed of less than 2-3 Mbps, making it nearly impossible to use for even basic tasks like checking emails.
The One Saving Grace:
The only positive aspect of this hotel was its proximity to the beach, just a 5-minute walk away. However, this one advantage is far from enough to justify the 4-star rating or the overall cost of the stay.
Final Thoughts:
In conclusion, this hotel falls woefully short of the 4-star standard it claims to uphold. The poor food quality, limited beverages, lack of basic amenities, and accessibility issues are significant drawbacks that overshadow the few positive aspects. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience. There are undoubtedly better options available that offer genuine value for money and a more enjoyable stay.
