Please do not listen to bad reviews about this hotel!
It’s an excellent destination with great views, fantastic service and accommodation for a much higher rated hotel.
The reception is absolutely amazing with friendly and helpful staff. The manager in the reception area is amazing and tends to anything you may need to make your experience a memorable one.
The view is breathtaking and you see the endless crystal clear blue waters as far as the eye can see.
A wonderful holiday experience!

Me and my boyfriend came to the resort, we booked a last minute holiday, don’t listen to the bad reviews everything was perfect!! The entertainment was amazing! Mikey the entertainment guy was absolutely brilliant. The all inclusive food and drinks were spot on! The location was about a 10 min drive from the town they had private hire or shuttle buses easy enough to get into town. Staff were lovely and friendly we got offered a sandwich and water when we arrived as it was about 2am. Towels were clean rooms were clean. The views were amazing. We had a lovely time !!!

Overall had a fantastic stay here for 10days. The location was beautiful with a regular shuttle bus into town throughout the day. Those reviews saying it’s walkable into town are completely out of their minds. Unless you’re a champion athlete or one of those lunatics that enjoy hiking in 25+° weather. Our rooms were lovely and well equipped. Despite hearing things from other guests saying there was AC hanging off wall, dirty etc. wasn’t the case for us. you are warned about the ants so you can’t complain if you leave food open in the rooms. Pool area was clean also and cleaned daily, despite what other reviews say this shouldn’t put you off. On a few occasions our rooms were left open, either front door, terrace or both by the cleaners. Which I should add was cleaned daily and to a high standard. So use the safe to be on the safe side. Hopefully it was an isolated incident.
Entertainment was great, especially if you have kids it’s definitely the place for you. Mikey the entertainer was brilliant throughout. Day entertainment is good to watch or join in with, aqua aerobics, waterpolo, darts and beer pong.
The food wasn’t the best however there was always something you could have, chicken on one of the days looked a little underdone but there was plenty else to choose from and a decent size kids selection
Saw 1 argument turned headbutt one night between guests. which was quickly resolved by staff and didn’t interrupt any entertainment.
However on our last day, shouting and punches were thrown between kitchen staff, in view of main pool and children, not very professional.
Staff was nice on a whole, bar staff and reception staff especially. Kitchen staffs mouths must be sewn together due to inability to crack a smile. Manager was lovely though.
I would return back.

The room was clean and was right around a pool which was ideal and there in a number of pools to choose from. The man working on the main bar was lovely. Yes it is out the way however during the day there is a shuttle until 3pm. And after then taxis are €10 each way (the longest we waited was 30 mins)
The food was okay the first few days but then seemed like stuff was being reused however we could find something each meal time but shouldn’t be having to “make do” on a holiday you’ve paid for. Very much felt like as we were the last week we were just made to make do especially the last few days (we weren’t aware of this as when we booked dates after ours were available and some people have had to move hotels for the rest there holiday)
on the last night (only informed 24 hours before) the hotel closed at 6pm meaning those of us getting collected after (we weren’t collected until after 8pm and there was a number of us in the same situation ) were left sat in the dark! We had sandwiches made up but not what we’ve paid for at an all inclusive especially when we paid for Friday and didn’t arrive until early hours Saturday morning (bar and main restaurant closed) yet numerous members of staff around.
Felt really unwelcome as they were all sat round watching waiting for us to leave (so no excuse to leave us how they did with no bar as staff were around as well). But can’t understand the thought behind leaving your paying guests sat in the dark.
Sadly the managers attitude is also quiet poor and heard she’d lied to people who’d had bad experience s earlier in the week being able to move to a different hotel getting them to turn up for a transfer the next day all packed and then turning them away! Even heard an elderly lady got pushed!
Sadly the last couple of days really let them down as would have been a 4 star review otherwise as loads of pools and the room was more the okay however the food started to go downhill and the last day was awful.
It’s a shame as it has the potential to be a lovely hotel.

I ignored all the nit-picky bad reviews and went here for a week with my wife and two young children 2 weeks ago. I honestly really enjoyed it and wouldn't have a problem recommending.
Yes, ok, the rooms were quite dated, but they were clean and spacious, and a pool just outside the front door. All the pools were beautiful. Yes, sand does blow into them because of the location on the hill, but I saw them being cleaned regularly. Also, there are some dangerous transitions between the kids and adult pools, definitely not ideal, so parents have to keep their eyes open.
I couldn't fault the food - good variety, fresh, clean, and didn't see or hear anyone else complaining either.
We found the staff to be very helpful throughout the hotel, and we never had any issues at all.
It's not a 5-star hotel, but we did have a 5-star holiday here
