This has to be one of the best locations on the Greek Island of Kos. I had previously stayed and enjoyed the views and cleanliness of the rooms, so it was time to return. You didn’t disappoint! The buffet breakfasts are hands down the best anywhere for variety and are constantly refreshed with everything and more. The restaurant delivered for a delicious dinner also,but book as it’s hard to secure a table. It was peak season so rooms were also in high demand so book well in advance. The location is so central that you can walk or ride bikes everywhere and it is an absolute must!!!

I love rooms with sea view. But the room I stayed in Kos Aktis was the best gift I gave myself. It's like being in the wheelhouse of a ship on the ocean, but you're actually on land! ❤️

Nice hotel if you're happy not sleeping! Endless music till early hours of the morning downstairs with rooms that can hear it all. Everyone is out partying when I just want a good night's sleep! Kos is a party island with so many bars if you're going to stay and want some sleep please go far away from the town and bars as you can. For a 4 star hotel you would expect some sound proofing in walls but this doesn't seem to be the case for even some 5 star hotels. Sometimes it's better to get a 2 or 3 star hotel away from all the action. Definitely my last time booking a hotel within walking distance to town not worth the compromise for no sleep. It just seems to get louder and louder as the night goes on and to make to worse it's the hotels bar! Why is that all the 'better' hotels seems to have too many facilities and services for their own good...can't beat peace and quiet on a holiday

We just went for dinner. The outside dining area was fabulous and we got a table right by the sea. The food was delicious but it was so slow we waited about 45 minutes for our starter. Then another 30 minutes for our main course. The staff started clearing up when there were still 3 tables with people eating. It’s worth recommending as it’s so beautiful and if you’re not in a hurry.

the hotel is clean and in a good location. 5 min walk to the center. the swimming pool is not allowed, but you can use the sister hotel's pool 500m away. comprehensive breakfast and good service. the gym room is really small and hot in the summer. it was the only modest one in this hotel. we are really satisfied with the visit and can recommend!
