lovely hotel, soon as you pull up at the hotel you can tell its decent. Main lobby area has a cool vibe to it and the staff are great. Going outside you will be faced with 4 amazing pools 2 for adults and 2 for children. We stayed in the children side which they absolutely loved. Plenty of beds and never gets to over crowded and best of all noisy. Foods good quality, recommend going early for breakfast as u can get the best seats. It's not a massive selection like normal hotels but it's tasted and healthy. Would highly recommend this hotel as a family holiday 👌

We spent 1 week here. Very good complex. It has a family zone and and adult zone. Plenty of sunbeds. Daily activities for children and adults. Big thank you to Victor (no.1) and bar man Marcus for our Cocktail making class which we enjoyed very much (it was a free activity) Buffet breakfast everyday was excellent, plenty of choice. Room very clean and modern. We opted for the cleaning programme where we got credit to use at the bar for drinks for each day we didn't want our room cleaned. Location was excellent. Max 10 min walk to the beach front and then another 10min to old town and Marina. Good restaurants near by. And supermarket at the end of the road to the hotel (3min walk)

First thing we tried the Brazilian style steak night. Our host Fabio was tremendous he explained ed the different meats while serving more than 8 tables continuously Fabio thank you. Now the rest rooms small but comfortable and very clean . Food was a bit limited in choice but well cooked. A good stay overall

Well, what can I say!? This is our 3rd time at MYND, we came twice last year and we are unfortunately ending our third trip tomorrow. But we got engaged this time and what a place to be! Firstly, the hotel is beautiful. Excellent attention to detail, 2 pools on either side of the hotel, 3 bars, 2 restaurants and rooms finished to a high standard. This year there has been a lot of new additions with entertainment, a new half board plan which is well worth taking... Instead of being held to breakfast and dinner, you get breakfast with €27 each every day. We did 10 days and was given €540 credit to spend, quality! We gave the new Balinese beds next to the pool a try, for €80 you get a pool bed for the day, 6 items of food, a bottle of red wine, white wine or brut and 10 drinks of your choice. If you're feeling fancy, it's well worth doing! Lastly, all the staff are always more than happy to help and friendly, but there is a member of Guest Service called Alexa that from morning til night has a welcoming smile and will do anything to make your stay the best it can be. Make sure to say hi to her when you come as she really makes this place! Thank you MYND for the memories!

This our first stay here, we haven't left but already want to return. This hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect with local amenities a short walk away. Our swim up room has the sun most of the day and any concerns about the bathroom after reading previous reviews have gone. Although we have not had an evening meal in the restaurant yet, the breakfast has something for everyone.

Brilliant hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean. The food was phenomenal, easily the best food we’ve eaten at an all inclusive. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks and mention to Tony (in the restaurant) who made our stay extra special and took good care of us everyday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We just finished our stay with 8 months baby and the stay was great. My little one in particular enjoyed baby's club with Raquel. She was extremely caring and playful with the children. Baby's club is cleaned regularly and have sleeping area too. We left our little one there daily for an hour as we knew that she will be looked after. Hotel is amazing for small children and everyone in the hotel is perfect and helpful. There are swimming pools for any ages children. We would definitely return back.

Amazing place for kids! All the staff are so so friendly with the kids, especially at meal times. One server especially was so kind to our daughter. Her name was Valentina I think and she always made our daughter smile and laugh and called her a little princess, she would light up when valentina walked by 🥰 The rooms were always cleaned very well while we were out. There are so many pools and so many activities! Our daughter is only 16 months but I can imagine it would be even more fun for older kids! The food in the Buffet is great and again very catered for kids as well as adults. We will definitely bring our kids here again in the future!

We arrived home from a week stay on Wednesday and what a week it was! I cannot fault this hotel from the rooms, to the staff, to the food and the location! It catered to everyone, my fussy children even ate! They also had a vegetarian section so I was happy. The staff were amazing with the kids, especially Sergio and Zacarias who are a part of the entertainment team. They spent their time with the kids, made sure we were all okay and having a good time. The day time entertainment was spot on for all ages and the pools were even better! You didn't even have to fight for sunbeds. The location was perfect, it was extremely relaxing and not in an overly busy area. It's a 10 minute walk to the harbour where you can have something to eat or shop. We especially liked the beach where we would sit and watch the sunrise each morning. We will most definitely be back in the future, thank you for making our first holiday unforgettable!

Animation team, happy boy and Sergio very good fun and entertainment. Pool area very clean and tidy, kelvin always tidying around. The rooms are lovely and big and very clean, fresh towels every day. We stayed in a merlin room and my kids loved it, nice to have a separate area for the kids, with toys to play with. Always plenty of fresh food to choose from, those that moan. Literally like to moan lol. I've eaten like a pig and my boys who are both very picky eaters have even tried lots of new food. Very happy with our stay so far and will definitely return in the future 😊

Restaurant staff was very nice. Although it was unpleasant to discover a massive chunk of squid from last night dinner under our breakfast table. General treatment with quite a bit of an attitude from the hotel staff. Reception staff allowed themselves to aggressively clap and hissing to the children from level 5 terrace, while we were on level 2. No service around the pool/sun beds area - everyone had to go to one little bar to get food and drink, sun beds tables were not cleaned. There was bird poop near sun beds, which no one ever came to tidy up. In our presence a poor boy cut his foot by one of the broken tiles in the pool, no hotel staff/cleaners turned up to clean the trail of blood in the area near the pool and sun beds. Cherry on the top is the scandal with Lifeguards, who attempted to totally prohibit kids to play in the pool, use inflatables and make any noise. Hotel rules were around prohibiting unsafe play, which were totally aware of and maintained. The lifeguards were everywhere else apart from where they have to be to do their job. There was no ambience music anywhere in the hotel. I generally got an impression that families are not welcomed there at all. Appreciate effort of the general manager who tried to make up for all issues, however, his job is to ensure he’s got a good team that is willing to follow, which didn’t seem to be the case.

Just superb!...that said,after nearing the end of our 12 night now, I can add: buy the meal offer, it's usually 60€ each, but if you book for 3 nights, you get it for 1/2 price,which is great value and it's an all you can eat buffet style, beware, a 1€ bottle of water will cost you 5€ in the restaurant and they really push you to buy. Rooms are cleaned daily, complimentary shower gel etc is good quality. There's no rush in the early hours to bag a great sunbed, there's loads of them so you don't need to be British about it !! Breakfast is great, again all you can eat. An on site shop would be great, it would save having to walk to the local store to buy things you need.

Recently arrived home after a week spent at the Livvo Volcan Lanzarote. Great location down by the marina, lots of places to eat nearby and a shopping mall a few minutes walk away. Only hotel I can say I’ve walked in and instantly been wowed by the entrance through the church replica en route to the reception area which is also breathtaking. Rooms are of a decent size and very well equipped with everything you may need. Not the most modern however it is well themed throughout and cleanliness is second to none. Highly recommend and will definitely love to go back.

The hotel is overrated, and ads are not up to date. For example the mattress is in bad shape and you really feel the springs. The room is not soundproof and the noise in the hallway is often annoying. What about food? -- The hotels provides breakfast and dinner buffets which do not really change, everyday frozen food and untasty fruits. Local and fresh food is idle. the big problem is how to make yourself understood! google translate is your best friend in such a case :). I enjoyed being and eating outside, the marina is close to the hotel and there are many restaurants to enjoy local food, malls to buy goods and drinks, taxis and buses to join the downtown and are cheap. Fortunately the isle is full of stuff you can do and visit and make you enjoy your stay. I found that the hotel is beneath its reputation, too expensive for what it offers and maybe there are better locations in the isle. As i said renewal of equipment is urgent, better fresh and local food should be a priority. Overall stop considering people herds of tourists. Holidays must be enjoyed fully and unfortunately it is not my case. I do not eat beauty and do not sleep on beauty of the hotel. medium food and bad mattress are not beautiful.

Lovely hotel with great pools and excellent staff. Breakfast is outstanding. Evening buffet is limited in terms of choice, but good quality food. Drinks are expensive. Difficult to find shade around the main pool (umbrellas are fixed and only one for every two beds). Close to lots of shops and restaurants and a beautiful coastal cliff walk.

We loved our recent stay at Secrets. Came for 5 nights with 2 friends and had the most wonderful relaxing time. We were b&b only and didn't feel we were treated any different to the all inclusive or preferred guests as others have said. We even got upgraded to a bigger room so we'd have more space as there were 3 of us. All the staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for you and so so friendly. Cocktails at the pool bar were really good! We ate once in the buffet restaurant at night and it was great and once in the fish place on the beach and the food was amazing. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk to the marina, and we did a nice boat tour one afternoon too. The only thing was sometimes sunbeds were hard to find by the pool. Would definitely come back to Secrets!!!

We have just spent a fantastic week with our grown up children! The facilities are first rate, the staff are lovely and always accommodating. I can’t actually find any constructive criticism. A really unexpected bonus was that at a very modest rate we were able keep one of our rooms for a few hours after checkout. This was pertinent to us as we had evening flights. We were also able to use all the facilities until we physically left the hotel at 4:30pm. I would highly recommend this resort!

We are staying here at the moment. We have had the most fantastic and relaxing holiday! There is truly no stone unturned here. The staff are exceptional- warm, kind and accommodating. The facilities are fantastic with such a variety of daily activities such as padel courts, archery, Pilates and creative workshops. The food and drinks are great quality and well presented. Room service is so quick and tasty. We loved using the app as it was so efficient to request towels, room cleaning etc. Housekeeping are a real credit to the hotel- such a high standard of cleaning with attention to the little details. We cannot wait to come back!!

Amazing hotel with great service from start to finish. Upon arrival we were offered a drink & checked in by the amazing Konte who really is the most cheerful and helpful person, rooms were really good. We only opted for the bed & breakfast package but it was excellent in my opinion. It gave us the ability to go out and explore the island & very handy location as the Marina is a 10 minute walk away that has a supermarket plus some excellent places to eat & drink. Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to come to Lanzarote

We had a lovely time. Staff very friendly, very nice food great for kids and grown ups (pizzas were awesome!) pool was lovely. It was a shame the jacuzzi was closed all week and the sandpit and a few other bits needed love. Location is good but not if you have any mobility issues just because shops are down a hill into town. Recommend!

A beautiful hotel with professional, courteous and attentive staff. We received a very warm welcome from the start. The hotel is spotlessly clean and even smelled delightful. The gardens and pool areas were maintained to a very high standard. We would highly recommend the preferred option to take advantage of the better facilities and perks. The spa is a great addition and reasonably priced for the aqua circuit. Breakfast in the preferred area was exceptional with a huge choice from the usual cooked items, fresh fruits and continental options. Well worth the upgrade.

Brilliant holiday , from the minute we entered the hotel to be welcomed with cold towels and a glass of wine , through to the day we left . Food was great with plenty of choice . Branded drinks at the bars . Entertainment was excellent. Rooms and hotel was spotless clean .Staff were attentive without being obtrusive. Hotel location is between the town and the marina, so plenty within walking distance. My wife needed a mobility scooter which was hired through the hotel at a very reasonable rate. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone .

We booked a peculiar room two months in advance, paying some extra, but when we arrived there, they said the room was not available and they’d give us another room. It was not the same type of room, looking at the pool and not to the sea, with noise in the evening. We were offered no compensation or at least excuses for this unprofessional behaviour. Anyway the hotel is very well located; the kids club has to be improved. It is not what you expect from a Hyatt Hotel, but still a good 4 star hotel.

Very disappointing and definitely don't meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Room: They gave us a different room than what we booked. We booked the ocean view room and got one where all you can see is the parking lot. Apparently, that's what they call "ocean view" The cleaning level of the rooms is outrageous. We got dirty towels and sheets with hairs all over them. After complaining about it they told us they never get complaints about the cleaning suggested to see another room. A representative came with us to see the new room which to our surprise was also dirty with stains on the towels and hairs on the sheets. At this point they told us that the hotel is in full capacity so they didn't have the time to check the cleaning level in every room. They asked for another opportunity and promised to ensure our towels and sheets will be clean from now on (spoiler: they weren't). We decided to give them another chance to not waste more of our vacation time moving to another place. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake. Food: You cannot book a table or reserve in advance for the dinner restaurants, you must stand in line every night (attached image of the line which was similar on all nights). Waiting time can take up to 30 mins and it's not guaranteed you will get in. One of the nights we waited 30 mins in the line only for them to suddenly tell us they are not accepting more guests. We then moved to wait in the line of the other restaurant available for 10 more minutes before we got a table. Overall, the food in the buffet and restaurants is of poor quality, very dry, without fresh ingredients. Location: location is good, near Playa Dorada but I'm sure there are many other hotels in that area which will provide much higher value for money with decent cleaning, food and service.

Gorgeous hotel! Very quiet and peaceful, tucked away from the touristy areas. The staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and clean and the pool area was a beautiful place to sit and relax. Free bikes available to borrow from reception which we loved - the hotel is on a wide, flat bike path so this is an ideal way to get around and explore the area. Highly recommend!

The staffs service is excellent. If you want piece and quiet it's for you. It's a couple of kilometres from other bars and restaurants but the staff will phone you a taxi when required. It's not cheap but it is quality.

The staff was outstanding and had a natural flare for making me feel at home. Unfortunately, I ended up traveling alone and therefore it was extra nice to feel at home, and be treated with friendliness from every one. The staff truly went the extra mile and I experienced that when they celebrated my birthday by singing for me, decorating the most beautiful breakfast table and treating me with cava and birthday cake for my dinner. Furthermore, they also set up a manicure appointment for me in town. I loved the free access to bikes and easy access to neighboring towns.

Just spend a week in the Hotel. It was amazing. It is a quiet small high standard hotel, absolutely clean, friendly & supportive staff, the rooms are big and well equipped, all of the staff take care about covid regulations, nice pool and jacuzzi. We haven’t been facing any problems at all or feel uncomfortable at any time. It’s sad to see how much effort the people invest in their work during Covid and the Hotel probably don’t get any profit out of it at the moment. Amazing hotel especially for families. Our second time in less than a year and it won’t be our last. Amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. Guest relations surprised my partner with a wonderful cake and decorated the room for his birthday anywhere else you would need to request a birthday plate but this hotel goes above and beyond for their guests. Fantastic offering for breakfast with 3 dining room options to choose from. Rooms are fantastic. If travelling with an infant I highly recommend the baby kit you can rent for the week which includes high chair, changing table, food prep machine, stroller, steriliser to name but a few this takes the hassle out of packing for a younger child. The Italian restaurant on site is fantastic offering authentic dishes.

Our experience at this hotel was first class from start to finish. From the Bell-Boy to the pool and towel staff we were made to feel very welcome. The room was fantastic with well built furnishings and high class bathroom facilities. We will be booking again but for longer next time.

Returned from a lovely 2 week break at this Hotel on Sunday. I was there with my wife and 2 children (15 and 12). The kids were living their best lives and made friends quickly with loads of other kids. There was always plenty of things to do. The location is perfect - across the road from a lovely beach, 5 minutes from Playa Blanca and 5 minutes from the Rubicon Marina. Special thanks to Carlos and his team in the restaurants. We were looked after very well and the food was always of excellent quality. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and there was a turn down service every evening while we were out for dinner. Overall, top quality and we are going to book again.

Date of stay: 17-24 September We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The reception team was always pleasant, courteous, and efficient. The only minor issue was that our room was not available upon arrival, but we were offered complimentary drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom featured both a separate shower and bath, along with two sinks. The terrace had high-quality recliners and a table. The suite was also equipped with a discreet kitchenette, including a good-sized fridge, microwave, sink, Nespresso machine, kettle, and a large bottle of water, which were replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was excellent—well-organized with a wide variety of both hot and cold food and drinks. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and relaxing, with plenty of sun loungers available. The numerous bar areas were well-staffed and efficient, and surprisingly not very expensive for a 5-star hotel. The hotel's location next to the beach is also excellent. Overall, we had a comfortable and relaxing time. The hotel has a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. If we ever return to Lanzarote, this would be our first choice, and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

We have spent 4 night at La Cala Suites and we were surprised by the overall quality of this resort. Starting from its position, the resort is located on the right side of Playa Blanca (the area I like the most). There is a walking path by the sea that will drive you from the resort to the port area full of shops, restaurant. The design of the resort is really cozy in Santorini style (all white and blue). The pool is fantastic and has a nice view on the ocean. Coming to the rooms, the terrace view is breathtaking and we were surprised by the size. The showers are huge and you really enjoy the time in the room. Breakfast was also good with the possibility to order a la carte. The service has also been top. Fast, attentive and always kind to satisfy guests’ requests. Last but not least, nice restaurants and other facilities are available like gym, spa and massages. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this adult-only hotel in Playa Blanca. The location was perfect, close to the marina and with stunning pool access directly from our room. The staff, especially Natalia and Raul from the service team, were extremely helpful, communicative, and polite. The hotel itself was quiet and relaxing, the perfect base point to explore the island by car or simply unwind by the pool with delicious cocktails. We opted for the bed and breakfast package, which offered a delightful variety of breakfast options each day. On our last day, we treated ourselves to an a la carte dinner, which was the cherry on top of a fantastic stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even arranging an early breakfast for our early departure on the last day. We have absolutely nothing to complain about, only the recommendation of this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable adults-only vacation in Playa Blanca. Gracias y hasta la próxima!

We recently stayed at this wonderful "Adult-Only" hotel for seven nights and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the perfect service and warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable with cozy beds that ensured a great night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's location near the marina, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions and very good restaurants. The pool area is very nice, providing a serene and relaxing environment that is perfect for unwinding. We opted for the bed and breakfast package, and the food at the hotel was consistently delicious. On our last night, we enjoyed a dinner at the hotel, and the food was of 5-star restaurant quality. Additionally, because we had an early flight, we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having breakfast delivered to our room the night before. Wow. What an amazing stay we had here. From when we arrived the service was first class. We were welcomed by Mario, who was an absolute star who couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself was outstanding with a beautiful ambiance. We had no problems at all finding sun loungers and did not need to rush to reserve. All the staff from the breakfast restaurant, Bar lounge, and pool service, especially Sylvia were amazing. Our room had a beautiful view and the sound of the ocean was like nothing else. We also upgraded to a junior suite for our last night as it was my husbands birthday and it was worth every penny. We can’t thank you all enough for making our holiday so special and look forward to booking our next one.

We are just back from 5 days at this wonderful hotel. It was an oasis of calm we absolutely loved it and will be returning next year! Staff are fantastic the hotel is spotless, and the maids do a tremendous job. This is a perfect hotel for couples so relaxing. Loved every single minute. The breakfast is the best I've had in any hotel anywhere! The massage was wonderful! We had a fantastic sea view.

I absolutely loved the time I spent in this place. It is marvellous designed and super clean space. The attention on each detail is spectacular. We have been welcomed by Laura who had impressed with her personal very kind and friendly approach. Served a glass of cava offered by her colleague and introduced the services in a great customer service way. That was the beginning of our experience which continue with tasty and healthy breakfasts in the mornings. Just a note the variety of freshly made health juices is never ending. People who made the food and drinks were extremely friendly and each of them never stopped smiling. The products in the bathrooms were so great so we wanted them home which was easy to buy from the shop at the ground floor. The shop was spectacular and well designed as the hotel themselves. The infinity pool and the warm salty bubbly outdoors baths were such a treat and not only you can jump over a door and end up on a small private beach to watch out the sunset. Adding to the experience the beach towels change with a welcome beach bag present to take home and remind you later of the place. It was a story tale, honestly, so well done designed and pleasant place. If I am honest with you, the only think I would change is the service around the pool as on our first days there was a smily girl at any time we needed her which was not the case at the last 3 days but that was 0.01% down of the huge pleasant experience. Well done to the management and all of the great staff that look after the hotel.

Myself and my new husband recently got married in the stunning Hotel Fariones. We cannot put into words how appreciative we are for every single member of staff. From being greeted with Prosecco at the door to being weighted on hand and foot, we felt like royalty. The room was to die for, so stunning with a gorgeous beach view and the most astonishing breakfast the following morning. The room was freshened up for us after a busy morning of beautifying, with a fresh vase of flowers added for when we returned that night! The day of the wedding will be etched into my memory forever, from the ceremony to the evening party, the staff were superb and so professional I have never experienced service like it in my life! The food was fantastic with all the guests complementing the delectable food! The waiting staff were so kind and attentive, I wouldn’t even have my empty glass on the table and immediately a member of staff was refilling my drink. They were unbelievably fantastic with the small kids also, playing and keeping them entertained which was wonderful to see. Management staff were superb also, making sure our entire day went off without a hitch, for that we are so thankful. We will never be able to fully express how thankful we are for every staff member who helped create the most amazing day for us, we will never forget it and will be back every year to celebrate our anniversary in the most extraordinary hotel in Lanzarote!

The hotel is just perfect! It is very stylish and full of art. The tropical garden is a green oasis and a nice contrast to the dry volcano island. The restaurants and bar offers high quality food and cocktails. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel! The animation team was fantastic—always around with a smile but never pushy, especially Armando, who really made our stay enjoyable. The sports activities were also top-notch, well-organized, and varied. The restaurants were a pleasant surprise for an all-inclusive, with a wide variety of high-quality buffet options. The waitstaff was very friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, no complaints there. The pool was beautiful and well-located, with a bar nearby offering a great selection of drinks. A minor downside was that the pool water was a bit cold, but it didn’t spoil the experience. The beach is within easy walking distance, which is a real plus, though it's a shame the sun loungers there are not free. The gym was nice for a quick workout, although some of the equipment seemed a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Special mention to the TV screens at the bar, showing sports—always a good touch! The reception staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. Overall, a great stay and an experience we highly recommend!

Tonight is the last night of our holidays (Sept 2024) and we are sad to leave. This holiday has exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean and tidy and has all that you need. Our suite was truly remarkable with complementary drinks at the ready. The staff were nothing other than attentive, kind and helpful. The food and drinks were of the highest standard with top brands and generous measures. The entertainment was great albeit the evening entertainment did not start until 9.30 and our personal preference we would have liked it slightly earlier but that is just our view. The location and views are just lovely and will say this is a 10/10 resort. We will definitely be looking to come back here and we generally never go to the same place twice.

We stayed here for 10 nights in September 2024. Excellent hotel and we were well looked after. We had a suite and took the optional Reserve upgrade. The hotel is fabulous and the staff are among the best. They engage, chat and have a laugh with you. Check-in is done well, with a tour. Having said that I'd prefer if you were taken to your room first to freshen up. After a long flight, the tour is a lot to take in. Our room was superb, bed really comfy and everything was really clean. Both pools are good but there's no way to walk between them. The Reserve was not worth the extra cost. Plus on check-in they tried to get us to take a villa for another €2700!! I would go back, so that's my recommendation but I'd skip the bigger room and The Reserve extra cost. Highly recommended.

The daily chocolates on the bed, the cleaners left, weren't left on 3 occasions. You don't need towels or toiletries as well supplied. Well stocked mini bar Full sized and smells lovely too. I bought some to take home. I loved the steamer to decrease our clothes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Pool is great! There's access to thebeach however you have to pay for sunbeds 12€ each. I didn't like the sea as it was quite rocky and full of seaweed. Great view from our balcony. Had a good time. The entertainment is okay, just singers. I think it would be better with a variety of entertainment.

My husband and I recently had a weeks holiday with you from 20th -27th October. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the reception team and given advice on the day to day running of the hotel plus the chance to upgrade to a sea view room which we chose to do. So glad that we did the room was spotless with a fantastic sea view.Every day the lovely staff checked to make sure that everything was either exchanged or topped up as well as making the bed and cleaning the room. Choices of food in the restaurants were varied always something for any palate but at times certain meals could have been hotter. Although we were not interested in joining in with the sporting activities there were always various choices each day.Evening entertainment was varied and different each day and all the performers were good.This hotel was amazing on the inside it was like a beautiful rainforest with areas of tropical plants and fish ponds . Around the pool area plenty of sun beds and pretty trees also a little bar and snack shack. All staff were on the next level they could not do enough to make our stay positive and very memorable. All in all a perfect holiday a huge thank you to everyone involved .we would love to come back and we will recommend your fabulous hotel to other people.

We stayed at Villa Jaspe 11 the week of Christmas and couldn’t of been happier. You get the wow factor when you walk in and there were Christmas decorations waiting for us too! The Villa was also immaculately cleaned. The Villa has everything you need. We had a lovely BBQ when there, there is a supermarket within walking distance too for food supplies. The pool is a good size, but the water is very cold. We managed to brave it and spend Christmas Day in the pool as you soon warm up once in. Keys are left in a secure box outside the main gate, accessed via pin. The Villa has an easy to use alarm system too. We contacted the team via email to request a later checkout and they granted this quickly and without fuss. Replies to emails were always quick and everything just felt so professional. The taxi from the airport to the Villa was €20, with lots of taxis waiting outside. A taxi to The Square cost €4-5, or you could walk it in approximately 45 minutes. Cannot wait to visit again next year for Christmas, many thanks!

I really had a great time staying at this village. Nice beds to sleep on the only thing I didn't enjoying is How far was costa teguise it was 30 minutes an if you didn't want to rent a car an just to let any on if you are getting a taxi reminder the number of your village were your saying

Villa is lovely, although the pool is a bit cold as it's constantly in the shade and not heated. Would be five stars but a couple of bits need looking at: no markings on the oven/hob - pot luck what is going to happen on the dials, washing machine only works when it feels like it, WiFi only works in living room and TV in bedroom can't see any channels. Games room downstairs was a bonus we weren't expecting from booking. All rooms spacious and well equipped, everything you need to use equipment (washing machine, dishwasher) provided, toiletries in all bathrooms too.

We stayed at one of the Las Caletas villas at the beginning of January as a family. The villa’s are beautiful with a lot of space, especially if you have a large group of people. Only negative we have to mention is the lack of cooking equipment such as pots & pans, especially when you have 8 people staying you’d think there would be a suffice amount of cooking equipment to make your meals. There was only very small pans which proved a nightmare when making big meals. Other than that, fabulous stay :)

👍Really nice villas that a clean and tidy on arrival. 👎villas are packed together soo making noise can upset neighbours. The bin disposal areas and place outside the village which can be a bit of a walk if you're villa I'd on the other side. The pool is small and not deep at all. Also the pool was only maintained once on our stay and began to discolour by the end of our visit
