Our brief stay at this beautiful hotel was truly wonderful. The thoughtful landscape design creates a relaxing ambiance, with stunning views at every turn. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and luxurious. Service is likewise outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff from check-in to checkout. It's a genuine five-star experience in every respect. We left thoroughly satisfied and eagerly anticipate our next visit. 🤍

I recently stayed at La Badira Hotel and had an incredible experience. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful decor and breathtaking views. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The dining options were excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Ms. Achwek and the entire staff for their outstanding service. Overall, La Badira exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I recently stayed at La Badira, a hotel that touts itself as a five-star establishment. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this level of service. Throughout our stay, I observed a concerning disparity in treatment based on ethnic background. White European guests appeared to receive more attentive and courteous service, while my partner and me, being non-white, often encountered dismissive attitudes from the staff.
Moreover, we faced a particularly distressing incident when we were abruptly asked to vacate our room in the middle of the day due to a mix-up regarding our check-out date. The staff’s response was unprofessional; rather than assisting us calmly, we were met with indifference and a lack of empathy. This series of experiences left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, far from the welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. In light of the observed disparities between white and non-white guests, we were prompted to question whether this distressing incident would have occurred with white guests.
We sought to bring this incident to the attention of the management, but it was challenging to find a responsible person on the premises. After finally speaking to a manager, we were met with inaction, which only added to our frustration. Given these experiences, I would advise non-white travelers to reconsider staying at La Badira, as the disparities in treatment we encountered may detract from their overall experience.

Great hotel, loved the private beach and infinity pool. Wonderful breakfast and very nice staff. Only things that could be improved are the service at the restaurants which was sometimes slow and the pool food menu is a bit limited. Overall highly recommend and great value for the quality you get.

While La Badira impresses with its appealing and aesthetically pleasing interior, unfortunately, that's where the positives end. For a hotel that advertises itself as 5-star and commands premium pricing, the service and overall experience fall drastically short of that standard.
Most of the staff, instead of providing the warm and attentive service expected at this level, were often rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions, we were made to feel unwelcome, with staff questioning our status as guests, repeatedly asking for verification even well into our stay. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere, completely at odds with the luxury experience we had hoped for.
To make matters worse, when the hotel made an error, rather than addressing it, we were ignored and passively stalled until our departure. This lack of accountability and professionalism is simply unacceptable for a hotel that carries a 5-star label.
Our overall impression is that while La Badira may have the look of a 5-star establishment, the service and internal organization are far from it. We left disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to those expecting a true luxury experience.
