The last day of our holiday, everything was very good today, we accumulated good things and memories here. First of all, I would like to thank the bar chefs and bartenders for their interest and attention. Everything was good. I liked the food and the rooms. I would definitely recommend the hotel. But we were not satisfied with the animation team at all. We realized that the animation was not for entertaining people, but for robbing people. Ethics, they constantly sell tickets for disco and sell alcohol at disco for much more money, it is not entertainment, it is like they are trying to get money like a network. Apart from me, my family who came with me on holiday also think about this, this needs to be addressed, thank you for everything, water side resort hotel

A lovely hotel, staff are so welcoming and keen to make your stay a memorable one. Spacious rooms, large beds, and plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, and drink making facilities. we did find tea and coffee stains down the side of the units, and on the top, we just cleaned it up ourselves. The balcony was a little small, but again, we didn't spend much time in the room. Large restaurant offering a large variety of different dishes throughout the day. There are plenty of vegetables and salads but low on vegetarian options. There is a cafe bar by the pool offering lunchtime menus and ice creams. There is also a beach bar on the hotels private beach a short 5 minute walk away, or use the hotel courtesy bus. There is a small bus terminus across the road, we caught a coach into Side, price of ticket 1 Euro, it appears that is the cost where ever you choose to travel. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. We will definitely go back.

Really bad rooms. The bed is so hard that you can not even sleep on. The pillows are the worst, they are too hard. The service is so bad that you just want to go home. The food is ok but the people are so bad. They are not nice, went 15 mins before the lunch service was finishing and they already started taking the food away even though I was still taking food for me and my family. I didn’t even eat lunch I just quickly took something for the kids. They even switched the light off on us when we were eating. I felt like they are throwing us out. They don’t care. They don’t listen when you order a drink. They are always so sad and moody all the staff. I did not feel good. The drinks they served was so bad. The cocktails are the worst ever. They don’t know cocktails at all…. This is a bad hotel I will never ever come again. The area is bad too you have nothing around you have to walk 30-40 mins to see a shop. It’s horrible. The light and the TV switches off on its own all the time even when you have the key card in. Also if you have kids it’s not a good place they have nothing for the kids here only late night disco for the kids and a kids club which you have to pay for any activity which is pointless… this is not worth 5 star this is a 2 star hotel. Made me and my family feel really bad. Not happy at all….

The experience at this resort was very bad. There was no time for staff to answer questions, and the gym and pool had inconvenient opening and closing times. Despite the promise of everything being included, non-drinking children were left without snacks during the day. Additionally, the language barrier was a challenge as no one spoke English(!!!) Despite having three restaurants on-site, reservations were only available to those staying more than seven days (?!) limiting dining options for shorter stays.

We've got three days left and honestly going home can't come quick enough.
Never seen 5* it's probably a 2 maybe a 3 at a push.
The hard sell in the hotel is awful, all of the trips they *recommended* ram down your throat basic boat trips in the hotel are bring sold at nearly £70 each if you goto the beach they are less than half price per person for all of them £25 adult £10 smaller kids and completely free under 7
The shop in the hotel is the most convenient as it's a 30 minute bus ride to local shops but it's extortionate £24 for a nivea sun cream and the rest so expensive.
They sell the hotel as beach front you have to leave the hotel and go for a 15 minute walk to be sitting amongst lots of horse poo.
Caters completely to german/french and Russian.
Food selection is beyond limited making it increasingly difficult to want to eat.
Entertainment is very hit and miss.
Beds are like sleeping on concrete including pillows. We asked to swap rooms as we had booked 2x double beds and received a pull out and single to be told an extra 90 euros per night for them to accommodate our booking.
The biggest saving grace is the waiters they are fantastic and if you tip them you'll never be left with an empty glass.
Hotel is clean but is very much mis sold.
Wouldn't ever return.
