The Hotel was Amazing and we got the room with a beautiful view of sea and lake. The service was good by the cleaning staff as they were very helpful. At the restaurant the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner served by the team was brilliant with care and served fresh. Swimming pool was very neat inside for kids even for outdoor. Bar service available at any time as per them however when we checked in didn't get the service as it was too early in the morning. Other than the Bar service was good. The location of the hotel is good which is even five minutes walk to Beach and they have a hotel service by the beach with Bar and Drinks. Money wise the SPA seems to be bit expensive. Gym area was good but they have to do equipment services as the equipment was not used and bit rusty. Hot air room and Sauna was available. Sauna need to be checked by the team as the steam was restarting bit delayed. Bit hard to get Transport from outside hotel. Public mini bus is there and taxis available after 10 minutes walk or to get taxi to be called from reception. Overall it was good for kids and family as they really enjoyed stay.

We spent a perfect 10 nights in this hotel. Nice hotel, always clean, friendly staff. The rooms are always tidy, there has never been any dirt left in the shower. There are plenty of sunbeds available around the pool and even though it was already full, a willing employee was able to find another and bring more. The pool is big enough and clean, but cloudy with time due to sunscreen and oil. Some guests painted the children with a thick layer and thus let them into the pool. Fortunately, with effective filtration, which cleaned the water by morning. The hotel's private beach is only a 5-minute walk away. It is also possible to use the shuttle bus that runs twice an hour. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is fine gravel. No rocks or large stones. There is always a large selection of food in the dining room during the main meal times, plus the possibility of lunches and late lunches by the pool or on the beach. There, however, the selection is understandably smaller and monotonous, but there is plenty to choose from. Dinners were fantastic. A children's club is available in the morning and in the afternoon, where, among other things, they can also make T-shirts. Every evening there is a mini-disco in the amphitheater followed by an interesting program for the whole family. Juices and mixed drinks are available for children in the bars. Bottled water is available for everyone, which is regularly replenished in the large refrigerators located near the bars and canteens. In general, the drinking regime is sufficiently ensured, for adults also with beer or (sweet) mixed drinks. There is a bus station just across the road from where you can take buses to Managvat and Side for €1 per person. A hotel we would like to return to.
I perceive the evening noise of children even after 11:00 PM in an otherwise very nice and generally open interior space as a minor negative. This noise can be heard through the door and into the rooms, and it was sometimes difficult for our children to fall asleep.

I just left this resort. I am disappointed in everything. I expected more because it claims to be a 5-star hotel. I don't suggest you go. in the pool all around there are no pieces to avoid slipping. my 15-month-old child fell. food was the same every day, stale. the sheets in the room were not washed, the towels were all dirty stains. shower water had no pressure. the chairs that the children sat on were never cleaned. there was no activity. I do not suggest it.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, food is fine (to be honest, all meats are "well done", should be medium), service is friendly.
The hotel pool is clean and adequate, the aquapark consists of four slides and is perfectly fine for fooling around. The beach is about 300 m away, you can walk even with small children or use the shuttle service (unfortunately, the car smells of cigarette smoke). The beach is dirty from cups and cigarette butts, which is not the hotel's fault. The entrance to the sea is pebbly and quite steep.
Food is plentiful and varied. People waste them terribly.
The rooms are air-conditioned, with a safe and a small balcony. Cleaning is possible every day.
Overall it's a great place to vacation.

Hi,
I will be writing a review however, I need to write a formal email on my recent stay with my husband and my baby of 1.
1. I am disappointed firstly before we travelled out I mentioned I had booked this holiday because it was mine and my husbands anniversary and my daughters 1 year birthday. I got a response back saying "we look forward to welcoming you and we'll make sure the room is decorated." Which to that on the day our room was not even ready let alone it be decorated which was very disheartening you spend so much money on an apprent 5* resort so they say and this was not done for my baby.
2. When we entered the resort we was disappointed at the look of it as the pictures on the site tell us otherwise. However, we carried on as we are here now. When the private car dropped us off... I thought someone would be waiting outside for us to take our luggages of course not so I said to my husband go inside and ask them they will come out they have too they are 5*, nope my husband got asked to bring it all himself mind you with a baby too. So this was already a red flag.
3. We came into the hotel/reception and we checked in and got our wrist bands put on whilst standing, not offered us a drink or tea/coffee go through the itinerary no of course that did not happen. We got told our room is not done and we have to wait till 2pm with a baby again that was disgraceful. Then someone at reception said to us oh your rooms ready at this point I was so happy, needed a shower and rest after the early morning flight I'm pregnant too so you could only imagine. Also, I thought the room would be a family room big spacious it was your standard room very poorly designed and for us as a 3 to stay was awful. Definitely not child friendly. My husband went to the balcony which was a size of the bathroom the ramp was woobly and a hole on the side so it was scary we didn't ever let our baby out dangerous. On top of that we was on the 5th floor with a baby so if there was a fire I would of sued this resort as I would of never been able to let my baby survive through a fire. We was in utter shock.
4. I did not mind the food but towards the end I got bored of the same food everyday. However, my husband didn't eat nothing all week he hated the food and was sick too.
No food for babies/kids I got told resorts would have "ellas baby pouches". Yeah right.
5. Staff were very lazy and you had to ask them if you needed a drink or anything they wouldn't come round asking or giving us a drink. Most of the time they were standing around talking.
6. We see some people from the UK and we was happy but to hear about their experience at waterside it was disappointing.
7. Entertainment was good nice evening. But that's it.
8. Lands of legends we got ripped off as more travelling than actually spending time there. With a baby with 100 other people in a shuttle was not nice at all. We heard we could of got our own private car and did not have to pay 50 pounds.
9. Photoshoot brother were really good and friendly.
10. Fridge to be stocked just for water we had to keep calling down the water mainly was for my baby but for a 5* no1 should be calling down everyday for it to be stocked.
11. TV channels don't work.
12. Cleaning the cleaners never did a good job we ended up cleaning and they always came at 4pm to do the room which is satisfactory in my books.
13..no children facilities
14. Where is the indoor swimming pool that shows on your website.
This is not a 5* resort we have been to a 5* and we expected 5* this is 3* and we shall never be returning again and we would never recommend this resort to anyone.
Kind Regards
Miss Nahar.
