Very good hotel. We are currently resting here. Everything is 5+. With children, the best vacation is only here. Food is at the highest level, many thanks to the chef, who cares about his guests and wants everyone to be satisfied. The staff is very friendly, the girls clean at the highest level. I liked everything, I recommend it to everyone!

Great hotel regarding price-performance ratio. Clean and good food. However it’s definitely not 5 star hotel, 4 star at most. No nice beach close to hotel, but there is variety of pools to choose from.

We loved our stay at Vasia. The service from checking in through to checking out has been excellent.
We enjoyed using the pools, gym and spa facilities.
The breakfasts were amazing. There was so much choice for everyone. The dinners were also great, I especially enjoyed the salad bar and the freshly prepared main courses.
The service at both meals was friendly and helpful.
We had a family room with its own balcony, which allowed us to relax outdoors when it wasn't quite poolside weather.

For all inclusive food wasnt that great there was no entertainment no music
A few times we played music from our own little boom box around the pool got told turn it of our room was kept clean but rusty old chairs on balcony ruined my clothes
Wasn't allowed to play bingo or pool because the germans wouldn't and didnt let us i complained a few times got me nowhere
When we arrived we had to pay £120 taxes when asked why answer because its 5 star please believe me it definitely isn't also lack of communication wasnt shown or told where everything was last day i found the last 2 of the 4 pools i would 100 per cent go back to sisi but NOT this hotel wasnt for me

Nice 4 star resort (on some websites it appears as 5 star for some reason). They have three pools and and two small adjacent kinds pools and are located by the sea-side. A nice sandy beach is reachable with a free shuttle from the hotel. They have a free kids club for over 4 and payable one for under 4. They also offer babysitting services. The buffet is good with always something to choose from despite the fact that some dishes are not so well done. Very nice and friendly staff and very clean. You can book trips around Crete from the reception with the company Cretan Odyssey. They are generally quite well organised and worth it.
