I am so glad we chose to stay at this hotel. It was much needed at the end of our trip. The beach here is amazing and the facilities exceptional. I have loved how friendly all the staff are but particularly Sasha at reception n arrival and a special special thanks to Sergio for making our time on the sun beds amazing. The service goes above and beyond! Sergio is friendly, constantly checking you are having a nice time and doing all he can to accommodate and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as can be. We feel spoilt! Thank you and we will be back again! 10/10 would recommend!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Special mention goes to Sergio, who was truly amazing—his warm hospitality and helpfulness made a real difference.
The hotel offers fantastic amenities that cater to all your needs, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The rooms were another highlight—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The shower had excellent water pressure, and fresh towels were provided daily, which added a nice touch of comfort.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of great amenities, outstanding service, and comfortable rooms made my stay truly memorable. If you’re looking for a place that will make you feel welcome and well-cared for, this is the spot!

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional for a long weekend. We booked a sea-view room that was stunning, clean, and spacious. The beach bar was luxurious and relaxing, with Sergio doing an outstanding job. The cocktails and food were delicious, and the spa facilities were beautiful. The highlight was the wonderful, attentive, and friendly staff who greeted us each morning and catered to all our needs (special thanks to Sasha). The Sant Elm area is a hidden gem, and this hotel truly deserves 5 stars. The only negative point is that you have to pay €20 per person per sunbed even if you are a guest…

We spent the entire day at the beach club and had an amazing experience, thanks to the excellent service provided by Sergio. He took great care of us, always ensuring we had everything we needed. From bˇringing us drinks to make sure we were comfortable, Sergio’s attention to detail made our day even more enjoyable. His friendly and attentive service truly stood out. This is hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at, and I’ve traveled to over 30 countries! The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Sergio is a one-man powerhouse, working tirelessly to provide top-notch service. Carla and Catia at reception were always welcoming and ready to assist with a smile. Gerardo, one of the finest waiters I’ve ever encountered, added to the outstanding service. I would return in a heartbeat, thanks to the remarkable team and their dedication!
