Beautiful all around. The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You can also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest.

Hotel is really good.Staff were friendly.Food was amazing taste.There are so many shops in hotel.One of my favorite shop was Green Pharmacy.He give to us best price for us.
Night entertainment was brilliant.Animation team is friendly.

We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.

Beautiful, large and clean hotel. Very good food, daily themed dinners. Great evening show! It was something I looked forward to every day. And of course the mega friendly and helpful staff! Big thanks to housekeeper Mohamed who took care of our room every day and created such miracles with towels! 😍

Lovely place, great facilities could do with some attention in the rooms but we're lovely and clean. Fantastic staff very attentive 407 Mahmoud in the Lobby bar is just the best. His surprise cocktails are fab. Walheid or room guy was very good always available with refills and extra little bits like room spray our fridge and tea tray was stocked regularly. The pool bar guys and lifeguards were always happy to help.
Drinks in the main dining room were slow and food plentiful even for me that's got a terrible palate. VIP breakfast is more civilised but not as big a selection. The staff are not the problem the rude customers are. The Spa and Trip guys selling their stuff are a bit of a pain but a firm no thankyou sends them on their way or a red flag on your parasol from the lifeguard station does the trick.
The Chinese on beach side was nice but small portions. Mongolian was my favourite and we tried it twice.
We stayed in a swim up room 3148. The pool was freezing and the room was in need of an update especially the bathroom but it was clean and very comfortable.
