We celebrated the new year 2025 in a beautiful hotel. I read some negative reviews before the trip, and I was very worried about it. Don't believe it, the hotel is beautiful. The food is varied, fresh, and delicious. The sweets are at a high level and varied, which is not always typical for all inclusive. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, towels are changed, cleaned every day. Many thanks to the staff, who responded very quickly to all requests and was so kind.

I had an amazing stay here at Swandor hotel. It was a brilliant experience!! As soon as we arrived we were put in a meeting for the next day to book all the excursions we wanted to do. We were looked after from the moment we stepped into the hotel until the end. We were helped with our luggage. The room attendants were also very helpful, it felt so good to come back to our room and seeing that it was cleaned also we had fridges that were restocked everyday with still water , fizzy water. fizzy drinks and different snacks. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The hospitality staff here were also so friendly and helpful. The Chefs were also friendly. I had a great experience traveling to Turkey for the first time and this hotel made it even better. I stayed here over new years which was a fun experience, they had a party in the nightclub and had dancers and singers to entertain!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.I will definitely come back in the future aswell.

The architecture is beautiful. The hotel is on a grand scale, but not in comparison to 5 star hotels of Europe. I am giving this rating based on personal experience. We were given a room where the toilets were not cleaned. When I called the reception, they were ready to send a cleaner. But we would have been late for dinner, so we had to request an alternate room, which was done promptly. Due to heavy rain, corridors were flooded, which was a hazard. Most of the lifts were not working. The intercom phone to call the reception was not working, so I had to go to the reception to ask for the bell boy to help with the luggage.

Landed yesterday and can’t wait for a New Year Party Eve VIP. A lot of trips with attractions. Food is perfect, Master chief, a lot of food… fresh and delicious. Sweet nice Deluxe room. Staff ideal, very helpful and friendly. 6 new wonderful friends after 1 night!

We stayed at Swandor Topkapi in August 2024 for 10 days with two adults and two kids in a garden suite for an incredibly affordable £270 per night, all-inclusive. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The drink selection was top-notch, with favorites like Beefeater Gin, Absolut Vodka, and delicious Negronis. The food was outstanding, offering an overwhelming variety - at least 100 different options which catered to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff were not only friendly but also provided superb service, making our stay feel personalized and hassle-free. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and maintained to a high standard, providing a comfortable retreat after days filled with activities. The entertainment was another highlight; nightly concerts and shows were of such quality that they kept us engaged throughout our stay. The foam party was a particular hit with the kids, and the Kids Club was fantastic. The team there was brilliant, ensuring our children were both entertained and well looked after. Overall, Swandor Topkapi exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from the quality of food and drink to the service, entertainment, and especially the kids' activities. We are already planning our return visit.
