Stayed here for 12 nights in September, The hotel is a little bit out of the way, however the bus system is cheap and easy to use. It's about 10 minutes on the bus to the strip and costs 55p. The hotel itself is spotless, rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday. Pool areas are cleaned every night.
Food in the hall... Plenty full and fresh, however did get repetitive after the first week.
Drink... Branded alcohol is used, unusual for an all inclusive. Cocktails weren't great though.
Pool area... Plenty of beds, good size pools with plenty of activities going on. There is a pier off the beach, ideal for a quiet day in the sun.
Entertainment... Was mixed, we did see a few good acts but also so average ones too.
Staff... Not overly friendly, in fact some were quite rude.
Lots of cats and kittens around the hotel too, not a problem for me as I love cats.
Overall a lovely hotel, not cheap but cheaper than a lot of hotels out there...

A laughable “5 star hotel”. There is not a single glass or mug in the hotel room. Only paper cups available. When I asked the housekeeper to give me some mugs, she said go to the reception. The bed sheet is loosely laid on top of the mattress. The soft drink option is very poor quality. When we arrived on the first day, one of the lifts is out of service. Now we are on day 5, no one is bothered to fix it. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. One lady at the reception of the spa is very grumpy. One lady at the reception giving guests drinks and Turkish delights is unfriendly. The app for daily activities is never updated. Poor communication in the hotel.

This is second time here and would definitely recommend. Hotel is brilliant and rooms are great. Plenty of variety with food you’ll always find something that suits. Entertainment is great, brilliant acts at the amphitheater at nights and live singing in the square at night. The entertainment team are great, always doing games and activities throughout the day. Drinks are good with plenty options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. There were also plenty of entertainment activities for guests, making it easy to relax and have fun. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great vacation experience!

My honest review..
The hotel in itself was amazing! It had everything you needed on the complex.
The staff - they were amazing, very friendly, and welcoming apart from one of the ladies at the welcoming drinks. She was very miserable (sorry) and didn't offer us a drink.
Truth be told, the guests at this hotel ruined our holiday. I don't want to point fingers, but it has to be said that the racism we faced from the Russians and Germans was despicable and appalling! Basic manners from saying good morning was an issue. At the food hall and bars, they would cut in line. The looks we would receive were like you are beneath us, and we do not belong here. Which is highly confusing because they have come to a cultured country 🤷🏽.
The only friendly nationality on the complex were the British. We are British ourselves, and as people of colour/race, I wanted to make others aware that this type of nonsense is most definitely out there! Based on what we experienced, we will not be returning. Again, this is no fault of the hotel. it's the guests! The types of clientele at the hotel are prohibiting diversity.
Furthermore...
The rooms - very relaxing, clean, and housekeeping - were great, and I had no issues.
The food - there was a massive variety of food, and some days it did get a bit repetitive, but we can't expect different food every day when we don't get that back home, lol. The only slight negative for me was that you had stray cats just walking around which for us wasn't very hygienic.
The entertainment - slightly disappointed, as we expected to hear some Turkish Cultural Music, not western music which we hear everywhere.
Thank you to all the staff at the hotel and the complex is so huge, you can't get bored.
