Very nice place for a relaxing holiday, very friendly staff, plenty of food choice. Beach area is nice too.
There should be some food choice for the spicy food. Air-conditioning in the rooms not perfect. Temperature goes in the room upto 29C with AC on. If AC is turned off and open the windows then it's comfortable in the room. That was the only complaint I have otherwise really beautiful place for all inclusive holidays.

It's one of the best price ~ performance hotel in town. Don't expect anything special, average animations and animation team, average food and average service quality overall. No dedicated hostesses for you during your stay, nor team serving you nearby the pool or beach, so you have to visit the bars for drinks or food. Very similar and poor food variety almost everyday. Pretty crowded tho. Surprisingly many british indians, british, german and russian tourists. Great to have live music almost everyday. Kids playroom needs to be renovated.

This is my 2nd time at this hotel, the 1st time last year was great which is the reason why we decided to come back for my birthday this year. However, this decision or the great feeling of last year has been ruined with lack of empathy and human emotion.
I will give the reviews in 2 parts, last year and this year.
1st Hotel that I have been to that will supplied all bathroom needs (robes, bathroom slippers, Toothbrush, shower fibre, and so many things).
Receptionist were lovely (cold and unwelcoming this year).
Checked in late night and the restaurant was still open. Late breakfast and late dinner option available.
Last year we were able to extend the check-out for another 2hrs (normal check out is 12pm) as our flight was at night. They also have late check u
out building you can sit in if you don't want to be roaming the hotel.
Hotel is so lovely at night, so many gorgeous place for pictures
Room is compact but have everything needed, wardrobe, free mini bar well stocked.
Big and clean swimming pool. Also heated outdoor pool.
Special shout out to Ismail who served us drinks continously with a lovely smile on his face.
Kids club is open 8am to 12 midnight what a whao. The staffs in the kids club still maintained the same professionalism and their awesomeness as we experienced last year. They even remember our girls from last year immediately we got into the club. They made us feel so welcome again. They are 10/10 minus nothing.
The staff are the restaurant and bars were all working super hard. Drinks flowing with no restrictions. Not diluted alcohol.
Cons:
I would have like Bathroom space a bit bigger for a family of 4
Lunch time is too short, should be extended.
Food is good, well seasoned but repetitive.
A lar Carta - only entitled to one dinner ( if you booked 6 nights). Not expressly explained on either there website or easyjet. And you pay for the a lar carte (£25pp).
Try and not to have anything to do with the guest relations. The ladies lack empathy and human emotions.
We had bed bug issue ( was crazy itching and husband back covered in bite spots). We went to the Dr on site (paid £100 each person to be seen and £30 for injection). The Dr stated " go to the guest relations, give them this prescription and they will order the medication for you and you pay. Also ask them to change your room".Got to the lady at the guest relations explained what the Dr said word for word, she said no they cannot order medication for us and we will have to go the pharmacy ourselves (28mins walk). She did not show any empathy when we told her what happened just sat there stone cold, her colleague came and was colder and ask how are we so sure is bed bug. Like seriously after we have shown you the Dr note and prescription, how can someone be tone deaf.
Anyway, we were asked to go to the receptionist to change the room, the room was changed and fumigated but at this time the good experience has already been ruined.
The security lady was condescending and racist. When my husband got back from the pharmacy, he was stopped to be check even though other guests just walk past without been stop to check and question them. Husband called it out and she became defensive.
We were already discussing of coming back again before this experience but unfortunately we won't be as this encounter has ruined the experience for us which is really sad. Last year I was advertising this hotel to all my family and friends because of the wonderful experience we had last year, which 3 family actually booked for their holiday, going back home now to tell of our new experience and they should look at somewhere else. Cannot be using your hard earned money to buy disrespect.

I don't know where to start.
Very cold food.
No cups in room only paper cups.
Nothing in English at all to watch on TV.
We are going home tommor thank the lord.
Iv been to antalya many times but iv never been so board to death.
Warm pool is nice. Thank the lord.
Staff loverly.
Shop is beyond expensive.
Only entertainment is a disco and my mums 78 so that's a NO.
they just keep saying it's out of season. But I'm sorry if you sell the holiday you need to provide something. Everyone is really board to death. There is no where to walk to so only escape is taxis.

We stayed here in January to celebrate my birthday.
For a 5 star hotel, the check in process wasn’t anything special, no information about food timings or anything else was given.
It would’ve been useful to know pretty much everything in the resort is closed.
I knew not everything would be open as it’s low season, but it should be written on the website so people are aware before booking.
I wanted to have a nice dinner for my birthday, however I was told I can’t eat anything at the a la carte menu because I am vegetarian. So I just had to eat at the buffet, same vegetarian food everyday for a week.
There were no activities, or shows.
Darts one of the mornings and ‘karaoke night’ one night which was only 30 min.
I will say the rooms were clean and some of the staff we met were lovely and helpful.
But my overall experience was very disappointing.
I don’t see why the hotel is 5 stars, because the service we received was definitely not to that standard.
I have stayed at another 5 star all inclusive in the area during low season before and it was amazing, even with some things being closed.
