The staff were fantastic here especially for kids activities, we couldn't have asked for anything more from them. The hotel was spotless rooms cleaned every day. 4 pools outdoors to cater for different ages plus a play area. The food was also excellent with different choices each night.We have already booked for next year and honestly can't wait.

Be ready to meet British and Irish costumers with typical attitudes. We stayed one week and I am thankful for the staff which is there for costumers. Meanwhile I can’t recommend the Hair aim beauty salon which is private business which can’t provide the timelines for booking and the treatment that they are providing. Probably it’s time to reconsider the business provider. The rooms and the hotel services are good.

Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and everything about it start to finish was great. Our room was great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Location, staff, pool and the handiness of the local shop when you need bits and pieces. I would definitely make it a point to stay here in the future as I have in the past. Videos are all I have of the rooms ignore our waves in the mirrors 😅

Me and my family have just got back from here, it is very clean and staff are welcoming! We had alot of fun! The male life gaurd was fantastic, always making sure everyone is safe in the pool especially our kids and making everyone feel at ease that they are safe! The room was clean and spacious, with the cleaning staff coming around everyday to change bed sheets and new towels. The only thing we found to be less then acceptable was the food in the oasis, the dinners lacked flavour and we found a mouldy pancake in the breakfast buffet which put us off eating there again, it was swiftly dealt with but not acceptable to be serving mouldy food. The lifts also seem to take a long time to work so end up waiting abit if your unable to use the stairs. Overall we would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel! Thank you for an amazing stay ❤️

The old chubby male receptionist should not be working here. Absolutely appalling service and the biggest bully. Made me and my family feel very unwelcome and told us we were wrong when we paid for sea view room and have the receipt and confirmation to prove but he said it’s not his problem and refused to help us told us it is our problem so this hotel scammed us. Luckily we got our money difference back from the booking agents we booked with. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A HAPPY HOLIDAY AND FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!! SCAMMERS AND VERY RUDE!! Definitely not what Spain hospitality should be like.
