We had a wonderful stay in this excellent hotel. Everything from the spacious clean room, the wide selection of delicious food (especially the Egyptian restaurant which was in a beautiful setting and the food was fantastic), the beautifully landscaped grounds and the activities were among the best we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the animation team did a great job of entertaining guests without being pushy. The Halloween show was spectacular. We would definitely like to stay again! Thank you to all staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very well looked after. We had a wonderful time yet again. It was our third time in the hotel and we have already booked again for April and July next year. The animation team goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a good day. They make everyone feel included there is something to do for all ages. The food was exceptional and the restaurant staff were amazing. The only issue we had was that the pool was too cold to use however I know that the heaters get turned on in the winter but even the animation team found it too cold when doing any pool games

Genuinely, look no further. This hotel has managed to not only cover all aspects of an excellent resort experience, but even exceed expectations. And that’s coming from someone who’s quite picky.
The pool area is divided in a way where there’s an area for families, an area for activities and an adults only area which hits the best of all worlds. One side of the adults only is closer to the animators and the loud music where you get to socialize, engage in activities more easily and the other side offers more peace where the music is not as loud so that was excellent.
There’s a wide range of activities on site from games and mini events with the animators, to pool slides, archery, horse back riding, tennis, football and much more.
Ahmed the Animator managed to notice exactly what activities we lean more towards and would recommend activities motivate us to join, it was always a great time!
General service and servers were excellent all around the hotel. Especially Hassan, the waiter by the adults pool. He will always manage to draw a smile on your face, he’s quick, tentative, genuine, and personable.
The higher up management team from every single department seam to gather up and walk around a couple of times a week to ask how everything is going. We had a minor complaint regarding our room, notes were taken and it was addressed and solved within an hour!
All in all this is a very well balanced well maintained all inclusive resort and will def be our go to for relaxing destinations.

Got back from our stay a week ago at tui crystal bay resort. It was our first holiday as a family with a baby aged 1! I was quite nervous about taking him however we had a wonderful time and enjoyed it thoroughly.
All staff at the resort are very helpful and always smiling and talking to our baby. The food was good with lots of different options! The Indian restaurant was our favourite so definitely a must try.
Our room originally was very far from reception with steps and no lifts to use which was a problem with a baby and pram so we spoke to reception and they got this sorted efficiently.
We would definitely return to the resort as we really enjoyed it.

Amazing stay! I loved the attention given to each and every detail. The food was phenomenal with only the best-quality ingredients, and the staff couldn't be more polite and helpful. No loud music playing unnecessarily near the beach or pool which made for a relaxing and stress-free experience. Even if music was played, it was tasteful and not too loud. Everything exceeded my expectations with maybe one exception which was that a member of the animation/entrainment team kept pressuring us to write a positive review on Google so that he could a take a screenshot of it. I would have been more than happy to leave a positive review anyway, so he didn't need to be too pushy.
