Amazing service in the whole hotel! The food and drink in the Italian restaurant was amazing! Portion sizes are very big and plenty full. Service from the Italian restaurant was absolutely brilliant! Five stars for them! Staff are all incredible and fully go out of their way to help and to keep you happy! You can not fault anything. I honestly can not fault anything!

The hotel was near enough perfect for me and my family in terms of the experience, service, the acres of spaces the hotel has where you can just walk around. The lobby area where we always hang out was comfortable to relax in and had a great ambience to it. The food was incredible, different cuisine every day with loads of variety and the lunch hall had loads of space. We were eating loads of food every 3 hours, breakfast, snack time they would service fish and chips or hotdogs, lunch and dinner and then after dinner they still continue to serve food! Basically all day long there's no shut off time for there restaurants. The service was excellent, bottled water any time you want, the staff never really said no, they were always accommodating for our every request which was amazing. Now and then we'd receive a call from a member of staff asking us if we need anything. The only negative I'd have to say are the rooms as they were average. The rooms had outdated furniture and the beds weren't exactly spotless. And there was no hotel soap or slippers or more extra stuff to make the stay better. We also encountered an issue with the key card for our room door which constantly was not working. They explained to us that this was because of magnets coming in to contact with our card however even after this we still had an issue we couldn't get into our rooms many times and the card would suddenly work 1 out of 50 attempts of putting the card in and out. This was quite frustrating but the rest of the hotel was amazing so I forgave them for this and they said they doing a project next year to install better cards.

A good hotel, a large beautiful area, many pools and slides for children. Decent food in the restaurants, varied and high-quality. I really liked the lobby bar, good cocktails and pleasant service. Of the minuses, I would like a renovation in building 7 and more responsive service in the main restaurant. The staff tries, but apparently there are not enough of them for everyone.

Lovely hotel, food selection is great, service is excellent at the magic flower. Really happy with everything. Buffet restaurant changes theme every night so not the same food all the time. So many options. Staff are friendly and look after everyone constantly. Would highly recommend to anyone, can not fault a thing. 10/10

Overall we are really satisfied with the hotel. Huge area to walk around, so many pulls for adults and kids. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Food is diverse and nice. Rooms are not the best and need some renovation. But we don't spend a lot of time in the room so it's not crucial.
Just come from Sky restaurant where we had a dinner. Service was up to high standards, food is delicious, staff is friendly and thoughtful, atmosphere is relaxed. Highly recommended.
