The Oriental Restaurant had a very pleasent atmosphere. The food was authentic and a wide variety of tastes was offered. Service is really kind and guest friendly.
A big plus at the Magic Flavour restaurant is very nice service team that is very helpful and very kind. Always ready to help and talkative. And you have the chance to try everyday different international cuisine. Moreover the food in the buffet is often fresh and warm.

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Reception staff were helpful in answering any questions. The all inclusive food was lovely. Chefs were friendly and provided good quality food. There was a large variety of food available with each day being a different theme. Seating area is kept clean and tidy. Will be coming back in future.

The hotel was near enough perfect for me and my family in terms of the experience, service, the acres of spaces the hotel has where you can just walk around. The lobby area where we always hang out was comfortable to relax in and had a great ambience to it. The food was incredible, different cuisine every day with loads of variety and the lunch hall had loads of space. We were eating loads of food every 3 hours, breakfast, snack time they would service fish and chips or hotdogs, lunch and dinner and then after dinner they still continue to serve food! Basically all day long there's no shut off time for there restaurants. The service was excellent, bottled water any time you want, the staff never really said no, they were always accommodating for our every request which was amazing. Now and then we'd receive a call from a member of staff asking us if we need anything. The only negative I'd have to say are the rooms as they were average. The rooms had outdated furniture and the beds weren't exactly spotless. And there was no hotel soap or slippers or more extra stuff to make the stay better. We also encountered an issue with the key card for our room door which constantly was not working. They explained to us that this was because of magnets coming in to contact with our card however even after this we still had an issue we couldn't get into our rooms many times and the card would suddenly work 1 out of 50 attempts of putting the card in and out. This was quite frustrating but the rest of the hotel was amazing so I forgave them for this and they said they doing a project next year to install better cards.

Very good location, nice classy traditional style hotel nice views and aesthetics but more for the elder clientele, mid to late 30s and above or the elder couples. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, food leaves a lot to be desired. If ur not fussy then it’s okay, if you like and appreciate flavours such as Spice, this hotels food lacks it, food lacks basic seasoning and is watered down. Again it appeals more to the specific clientele. Food was a real disappointment to me 4/10. Everything else a solid 8/10.

Fantastic Lobby Bar Experience!
The lobby bar was an absolute highlight of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome and well cared for at all times. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the atmosphere was stylish and relaxing – perfect for unwinding.
