I had an incredible experience at this resort! The beach and swimming pool were absolutely amazing, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the receptionist when I had a complaint about the housekeeping. They promptly addressed the issue in a courteous and efficient manner, which truly showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction. It's always reassuring to encounter such exemplary service 👌

Nightmare check in- tasteless food- colored water as juices - outdated rooms - great animation team- great helpful pool guard.
The check in was a nightmare with too much questions about why your booking appears from USA ...( The receptionist Hecham was seems angry and even give us non working key card)!! Anyway we managed to survive during our stay. The suppose I will give 1 star but because of the effort and fun the animation team made for the hotel guests I will give 3 stars.
Food is horrible during our stay we eat few times on outside restaurants.
The juice is just colored water. The watermelon they sell at the restaurant is spoiled and tasteless plus old on ref. Rooms outdated but room service was ok.
And the iconic figure for the hotel is Mr.Mohamed the pool guard was so helpful.
One of the bellboys seems older than the rest carrying the bags carelessly and we saw some other guests bag got broken wheels because the way he carried it.
No sufficient glasses for drinks or enough spoons and towels.
They are targeting east European tourists and doesn't care about the rest.

Pros : Great location. Children friendly shallow water. Also pier for jumping and ladder for snorkeling. Good underwater view with lots of reefs and fishes. Nearby shopping mall with OK prices. Good staff in general but lack of professionalism. Little bit too friendly but it's ok. Animation team is nice, funny and keeps children busy. Gives you some time to rest :)
Cons : Children are not considered as human beings. 2 towels per room. No bath towel, no beach towel for them. Local alcohols are disgusting but it's only my opinion. Import drinks are not free. (Heineken, carlsberg, cocktails with import alcohol etc.. 2-5$) On the beach it's almost impossible to rest and sleep more than 5 minutes. Every 5 minutes someone comes and try to sell you something. (Fruit, juice, beer, camel ride, massage, photo, diving, tours etc..). Internet "works" only in the lobby, that is if you are lucky enough. If it's too crowded, first come first served. Soft drinks are ok but almost impossible to find ice.
All in all Hotel is OK. Not great, not disgusting. It depends on your expectations. Mines were not too high, that's why im not disappointed. Its enough for good, calm, budget vacation. By "budget" I don't mean you sacrifice anything. We had everything we except from a hotel. Just not the top class of it. Shortly it's a good hotel. Would I come again? Probably not but not disappointed either.
